The hotel was in great location downtown. The rooms and bedding was also clean and nice. We had to request a room change because the toilet and sink were not working correctly. In the new room, the bathroom sink continued to not drain. It was definitely annoying and disgusting. I probably won’t be staying here again due to the bathroom issue, but overall if that won’t bother you - it’s a good clean hotel with great staff.

Very nice location with lots of things in walkable distance. The only negative was the small room size. There wasn't a closet but the room was functional. It also had a small refrigerator and microwave. I would stay here again.

If you have a car be prepared to pay 50/night for parking which is pretty common for all downtown properties. This property is affordable so it does offset the cost.fpr parking. Smaller rooms are perfect for solo traveler or a very close couple lookingfor an intimate space. The only other thing is you can hear the party crowd at 3AM on Saturday night after bar close but that might be common for downtown property. Great staff, awesome free coffee, ice water and bacon, egg, cheese breakfast sandwhich (small fee for breakfast sandwhich). Cute lobby. Great diner across street for lunch! Walgreens 1 minute away.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made a great impression. The location is convenient and easy to get around from. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated.

One small downside was the bathroom sink—it’s quite shallow, so water tends to splash out easily. You have to be a bit extra careful when using it.

Overall, a good stay and I would consider coming back.

Stayed at this location for 3 days and had a great time. I saw where some people complained about the size of the room but it was spacious to me ( 1 king size bed). The hotel was in walking distance from a lot of the places we wanted to go to. Only down side was that the room did not have a closet but still was extremely nice. On arrival there was a gift bag on the bed- never had that before. I would definitely visit again

I found the price you pay for breakfast inclusion there would be more options then a danish, fruit, yogurt, and a coffee that there is a limitation on how much you get.
The room was clean, there was issues with plumbing but they were working on fixing it.

On the second floor the walls are thin I could hear every word of the TV in the next room.

The TV also lost signal multiple times and it would take forever for the tv to come back on.

My room was a perfect temperature. I was able to adjust the thermostat as needed. I loved that I could wirelessly connect my phone to the television. I didn’t participate in many of the amenities because I was usually up later in the day/ exploring the city.

The noise in the hallway travelled into my room (specifically because i was beside the elevator, i could hear everyone).

There is no restaurant but rather, a small bar staffed by the front desk people.

The location is excellent. The price was very reasonable - i might stay again if i was visiting ORD.

the room had cobwebs, the shower would leak water everywhere. plus there was only one bathrobe when we put the room was for 2. the phone in the room did not work so i had to go downstairs to talk to someone about the tv not working either. turns out someone cut off the google cast wire from the tv so that’s why our tv wasn’t working at all.

Honestly, the hotel is nice. The rooms look much bigger in the photos, but in real life they’re actually very small. There’s no L’Occitane set in the room — the soap and shower products you see in the pictures are not there.

Breakfast is not included. What they give you instead are little vouchers per day that you can exchange for a coffee, water, or a snack. And by snack, I mean something like a sandwich, a croissant, bread, or fruit — but it’s not a real breakfast. If you want a bottle of water, that also counts as one voucher.

Honestly, the only thing that saves this hotel is the guy on the front desk — he’s Italian and super nice. But everyone else doesn’t really care.

Also, the water in the room costs $8 per bottle. And if you ask for water, they give it to you in a small water, but you have to use one of your vouchers.

The room was clean but is a lot smaller than advertised. I booked a suite with a king bed and it advertised that I would be getting a city view but my view was just another hotel. There were no amenities on the bed as pictured either. Which is fine but I was excited about it (lol) other than that, the stay was great.

There is an extra fee called an urban fee that cost 26 dollars per day you stay and you also have to pay tax on top of everything. This fee is for breakfeast and other amenities that don't even come close to being worth the extra money. The breakfast only lets you get one item for each person in your room without paying extra. The bed are ok nothing special, but the pillows suck.

This stay was ok. There wasn’t a lot of perks. You get shampoo conditioner and body wash… no lotion or any extras. The extra fee that you have to pay when you arrive, get you… coffee in the lobby?! But if you want a muffin that’s about $6. I felt gouged. Having no restaurant in the hotel is a downfall as well. The body wash was completely empty which I didn’t realize until I was in the shower. It was ok but not sure I would stay here again unless the price went down.

The property looks beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The details are, however, very lacking. The window in my room was drafty and upon inspection there were stains on the curtains. The shower had basically no edge to it and the curtain was short enough that the floor flooded when we showered. The bed was also not comfortable- especially the pillows which had zero support. It's a good location but I definitely won't be staying here again.

Room was clean (including bathroom), my view was beautiful, and the hotel staff were very helpful with any questions/concerns during my stay and they were very informative upon check-in. The one amenity, the bar, was under construction a bit (still open), but less welcoming then. I also had to unexpectedly leave a day early and they did not charge me for the extra day I wouldn't be there which I really appreciated. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here and it is very centrally located - great walking area. Overall, would give this hotel an 8/10.

The hotel is nice. Not luxurious, not fully equipped, but well located. It is definitely understaffed since the same person handles the front office and the breakfast/drinks in the morning, and the front office and bar in the evening. But they manage well and are extremely nice. Shoutout to Marina who was very helpful.
It is rather clean, though we had to request our room to be cleaned on the 2nd day as they hadn’t done it on the first day.
The breakfast options are not great, only 5-6 options are available and they’re all pastries. They have some fruits as well. Overall the stay was good but I wouldn’t go back.

Located in an area with tons to do and decently priced, nice parking ramp located right next door at the Godfrey Ramp to make check in a breeze! Staff were also very nice and accommodating - had several conversations with staff looking for recommendations and every one they gave was perfect!

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the bathroom in our room was not properly cleaned, and there was no refrigerator available, which was inconvenient. We were initially placed in an extremely small room that felt like a shoebox, and I had to request a room change to be more comfortable.

Additionally, the water provided in the lobby did not appear to be refreshed or changed during our stay. There was also no staff member present at the front desk when assistance was needed, resulting in a long wait before someone finally arrived.

Overall, these issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay and the level of service we experienced. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

There were no glasses in the room to drink out of. There was no lotion. There was no coffee maker. The shower curtain does not stretch the whole way so water gets all over the bathroom. We had a free VIP \"hot\" breakfast. When went down, there was no hot food. Just coffee and some bakery items. And no employee to serve us. Very, very misleading. We won't be staying here again.

We were there for our anniversary. I couldn’t have asked for a better location and walk ability. I’ve driven past it so many times and so glad that we stayed! This hotel has always been one of my favorite. I’m happy to see that they are serving breakfast. Have beverages. And are doing some updates in return returning back closer to how things were pre-Covid. I love the staff they always are super kind
