Overall the hotel was very nice! Specifically the restaurant which was always full with wonderful families and couples at German dinner time. We got to experience Oktoberfest. Food was fantastic. For the hotel being the only one in the area it was very nice.

Excellent stopover - would like to visit again

We received a very warm welcome and we were very happy with our room. Excellent service for dinner and breakfast, lovely modern decor. Easy to find and safe quiet parking behind the hotel. Interesting area with access to a walk to the reservoir only a short drive from the hotel. We would like to return to the area when we have more time and Hotel Roeb will be at the top of our list. If we had to find anything to mention it would be just a few areas such as corridors where the decoration could do with a slight refresh but this didn’t detract from our experience significantly at all really.

ein normales Hotel für eine Übernachtung

Sehr nettes Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und Frühstück. Gute und sichere Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war groß aber nicht vorgeheizt. Das Frühstück war gut. wünschenswert wäre ein Brötchen bzw. zwei Scheiben von frischem Brot (es ist auf dem Land). Das Frühstück bewerte ich mit Note 4---.

Prima hotel voor een kort oponthoud. De kamer nr12 was heel erg gehorig. Tv bij de buren is goed te volgen. De vloerbedekking had allang vervangen moeten worden en de afstandsbediening van de tv deed het niet. Het bed was prima, nette schone douche en gewoon een goed ontbijt.

Familiengeführtes Hotel/Restaurant bei dem der Gast oberste Priorität hat. In vielen kleinen Details wird der Gast persönlich angesprochen und das Personal hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Anfragen/Wünsche. Das Zimmer sowie viele Teile vom Gebäude selbst sind modern und hochwertig renoviert. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen großzügigen Wellnessbereich mit Whirlpool, Sauna, Infrarotkabine und Liegebereichen zum entspannen welcher ohne Aufpreis genutzt werden kann. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann den Urlaub genießen.

Dit is een ideaal gelegen hotel om van daaruit diverse wandelingen, die meestal in lusvorm zijn uitgestippeld, te genieten. Het afwisselend bosrijke gebied van het Hürtgenwald beschikt over vele troeven om er eens tussenuit te knijpen... Een goede Duitse Keuken sluit de dag af en het rijke ontbijt lacht de dag tegemoet.

Fantastisch hotel.

Met manlief een heerlijke wandelweek gehad in de Eifel. Mede te danken aan dit heerlijke hotel, waar mensen nog hart voor hun vak hebben!
Prachtige kamer, het hotel is gerenoveerd, fantastisch en blij personeel waarvoor niets teveel was! En heerlijk eten, we zijn niet één keer ergens anders gegaan. Dit hotel ligt dicht bij de wandelingen uit de Rother-gids.

Uitstekend ontvangen en de lastige route naar de kamer uitgelegd gekregen . In het restaurant gegeten waar een reserverings bordje met naam al was geregeld . Tijdens ontbijt was ook de tafel gereserveerd . Beide keren prima gegeten en met Duitse hoffelijkheid ontvangen . Ga we nog eens heen

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir wurden nett empfangen. Sowohl die Leitung als auch das Personal war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Hotel ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hier und da wurde schon einiges renoviert. Unser Zimmer war relativ neu und frisch. Auch das Restaurant wurde bereits erneuert im modernem Stil. Alles in allem wirken die Räumlichkeiten etwas improvisiert, sind aber ok und auch sehr sauber. Im Flur roch es allerdings sehr modrig, wenn die Tür zum Lüften geschlossen war. Das Frühstück war ok, vor allem die Brötchen waren recht lecker. Das Abendessen war etwas einfach und dürftig.
Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Hotelzimmer ok, Restaurant sehr gut

Am meisten überrascht hat uns die geringe Anzahl von TV Programmen und die unglaublich schlechte Bildqualität. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, nur ein Nachttisch inkl. Licht, keine Steckdosen am Bett Keine Kleiderhaken um nasse Tücher oder Mäntel aufzuhängen.
Das Essen im Restaurant dafür sehr gut, auch preislich in Ordnung. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr guter Service.

Prima Hotel voor kort verblijf

Fijn verblijf gehad in begin april. Mooie omgeving vanuit een fijn hotel. Eenvoudige maar nette kamer met super badkamer met luxe douchevoorzieningen. De kamer wel van weinig voorzien, geen waterkoker of koffie, weinig info, zelfs geen pen. En ook geen bijbel gevonden ;-)
Geen 10 maar zeker aan te bevelen.

Freundliches Hotel

Sehr herzlicher Empfang beim Check-in und ich erhielt ein Up-grade von einem gebuchten Einzelzimmer auf ein Doppelzimmer. Das Doppelzimmer sowie das Badezimmer sahen neu renoviert aus und waren sehr sauber. Das Platzangebot war sehr grosszügig. Für Silvester war zudem für jeden Hausgast ein Tisch im Restaurant reserviert und man konnte beim Check-in entscheiden, ob man diesen nutzen möchte. Zu jeder Zeit waren die Besitzer sowie das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht.
Man fährt vom Hotel mit dem Auto etwa zwei Minuten zum Rursee, fünfzehn Minuten zur Burg Nideggen und fünfzehn Minuten zum Nationalparktor Heimbach. Die Lage eignet sich hevorragend um die Rureifel zu erkundigen.

In het algemeen een goed hotel, tenminste 1 medewerker sprak Nederlands en een andere medewerker in het restaurant sprak Engels, zeer vriendelijk. We zijn met z'n tweeën er naartoe gegaan en we zijn beide vegetariërs. Alles op het menu daar voor het avondeten is zo'n beetje vlees, maar ze hebben speciaal voor ons een (lekkere) vegetarische maaltijd gemaakt.

Ook hadden we een gerenoveerde kamer!
