Everytime I visit family who live in Tangerang, this is my hotel that I go to. Even though it is outdated, I had noticed a few upgrades done, such as Netflix now on the tv, walls painted, upgrades to the kiddie playground which is next to the Balinese inspired pool with lush greenery and waterslide. The slide is still in good condition which my 10 year old daughter enjoyed immensely. Lippo/supermal Karawaci is within walking distance with lots of shops, food court and cinema and if you do not want to eat inside the mall, there are restaurants and cafes too that are good. I always get the breakfast option with my Expedia reservation since it has a good variety of western and Indonesian dishes.You can even have a McDonald's icecream cone since it is next to the hotel! A couple recommendations, please replace the hotel/fitness area towels since they had holes and replace the carpets inside the rooms since they are getting worn and tired looking. All in all, Aryaduta never disappoints me and the staff are helpful. In the past, I have stayed in their cabanas but this summer time, for July 2025, I stayed in their hotel room. Until next time!

10min walking distance to a shopping mall with various kinds of food. next to a golf club with great view if you luckily stay at high level. staff there are also excellent, they provide perfect service.
but the room maintenance is poor. a strong and wired smell came from nowhere like someone hasn't washed his hair over one month. The building maintenance also terrible, you will find 20 bats stay together in the ceiling outside the window of room at level 8.

Great place at a good price!

Hotel room toilet was a little old but had clean water, good pressure and temperature for the shower. The room looks a little old but the hotel does not compensate on the quality of the bed and towels provided. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which provided a really good night’s sleep. Breakfast was great! There was a wide variety of food, both asian and western, and everything tasted great. Location was near to big malls and the area felt really save. Great place for families or relaxation. Worth the price as well.

Old charming hotel but Need a refurbishment

This hotel already very old and never did a renovation to maintain its charming californian style. The towels are wear off and not white anymore and smelly. The linen also lots of stain and saggy and smelly ( like sweaty smell) not crisp white anymore. The carpet also already stiff and dirty ( i dont dare to take off my sleepers to walk in the room)

Amazing pool at the connected country club. Breakfast is phenomenal, but would be good to have some pork bacon (pork only on weekends and sausages not that good). Two malls just outside of the entrance in walking distance. Have stayed here many times and plan to go back!

I booked 2 nights stay for 3 rooms unfer my name. My first stay at the Deluxe Villa. My neighbor there a bis noisy because there is connecting door. The door should be silent and didn't disturb the other guest. My first breakfast is have a limited option because it's \"second\" place. The main place is full. The taste of the breakfast is not good according to my taste. I taste better at other 4 stars hotels. My second stay is worst. The air conditioner is hot. I complained 3 times. But it didn't resolve anything. On My fourth complain, I ask the manager to come to my room. So he can see and know the problem. After seeing that condition, the manager agree to change the room to other place without any fee. That's what we call a good service. Oh, for the room there is a stain on the carpet. Overall is good but the breakfast.

When I am always in the Tangerang area, this is my hotel of choice. It may be an older property but the amenities are the best. There could be some areas in the room that may need some TLC., such as a new coat of paint here and there and properly clean the exhaust ducts but all in all, you cannot ask for a better place! A mall is there with restaurants and shops. Plus a McDonalds outside the parking lot if you are craving a Big Mac or ice cream cone :) I had a daily breakfast which offers a great variety of local cuisine and western dishes. 2 pools present and I used the Balinese inspired one that also has a kid pool too and slide which opens up at 1200 noon. My toddler liked the playground which is small but still gave her entertainment. Good firm bed, tub and shower present, safety deposit box, good tv channels and Wifi. Fine grade bathroom amenities, ex body lotion, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Excellent staff members who tend to your needs and when I made a complaint, attention to it was taken care of immediately. Keep up the good work Aryaduta Lippo Village.

Stains on carpets everywhere. It was so dirty. Water stains and peeling paint in bathroom. Shower head sprays water everywhere so the bathroom floor gets soaking wet. This is a 1-star hotel. Saving grace was the buffet breakfast. I would not recommend or stay here ever again

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and that speaks volumes its self. I look forward to a fourth visit. They're swimming Lagoon is unlike any other you will find in Jakarta, old-school Elegance. What really makes this place special is the staff. The last time we were there was almost 2 years ago, yet three or four of them remember this. Friendly helpful courteous everything you could ever want staff.

Good Hotel if you need to be in Karawaci area

Hotel Lobby, Breakfast and Country Club Pool,Gardens and Gym are great. Staff are friendly. There is also a sports bar on site if you want a Beer and Western dinner. It is a convenient location for visiting factories etc in the Karawaci area. Better than comuting from Jakarta.
The rooms are a little basic however. Not terrible but nothing flash and little tired with basic hard beds, towels etc.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom. The toilet was leaking water all night and several other malfunctioning equipment. The service call was prompt but the hotel rooms need major renovations. I wouldn't want to stay here again for the money.

I specifically booked a room with a view of the pool for my Wife and 3yr old daughter. The view as of a trashcan in a garden with no plants or flowers. I was very disappointed and will not be booking with this hotel again. On the other hand, my wife and daughter did enjoy the breakfast, and pool. My wife didn't seem to mind, but I did pay extra for a pool view, and did not get what I payed for.

Not short but long distance to the airport

The hotel is offered close to the airport (12,3km), that was the reason, why we booked it. But the distance was more than 30 km which was very uncomfortable for us because I had go go to the airport and back next day. What I did not understand is that the manager of the night shift and next day even the General Manager tried to explain, that there is a special way with about 12 km. The short way is about 32 km and the jalan toll distance about 36 km. They promised to change the wron information, but till now they did not. I think the onlinge information should be true.

Great getaway. Great location. Awesome pool area with greenery. Breakfast was really good. The bad parts are: There are only two elevators, so we had to wait a while when busy. The bed is too firm for us and caused backaches. The a/c was way too cold. They sent 2 people to adjust it, but they said it cannot be adjusted. It was set on 16. We had to keep shutting it off and turning on. Frustrating.

I came with my family for a short break, just a night out of Jakarta. It's not an old, but neither a new hotel as you can see from the interior design. Despite that it's very clean an comfortable. The service is very good, the breakfast meal is B+ rated. I particularly enjoy the swimming pool and the country club (they have hot jacuzzi and sauna too). At last, you can find nearly everything in the neighborhood; shopping mall, restaurants, cinemas, even hospital. But for me, though, I just want to take a break from the bustling metro of Jakarta.

One area that needs thought, week-end promotions attract a full hotel, so in response the hotel should ramp up its staffing / catering operations when known in advance off high levels of occupancy, having to wait for 45 mins for a table @ Breakfast and then little food available needs attention. Other eating areas & food service need to be offered

프론트데스크에서 부킹진행 도와주고 있습니다.
시설이 오래되어서 화장실 물빠짐이 좋지않고
타올은 많이 낡았습니다. 나의 친구는 방카드가 오류가 나서
하루에도 몇번씩 프론트데스크에 다녀왔습니다.
에어컨은 성능이 즣아서 아주 만족스러웠습니다.
헬스장은 비교적 규모가 크나 투숙객외의 인원도 이용하여
조금 번잡합니다.
