Convenient hotel and affordable

Friendly staffs and pleasant hotel to stay in. The facility were clean and employees are helpful. When I needed certain items as iron board etc they provided with quick and satisfying services. Recommended and will returning back on my next visits

I stayed at the Atria for business. Whilst the room I had was a little dated, I understand that refurbishment is underway.
Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much. Location was fantastic with the mall just across the road. Highly recommend.

Not happy with check in supoused 2pm they said room not ready we wait until 5pm, they give smoking room which is not in my booking we refused then we complaints they give us 12th floor when we get in to the room the tv program not clear, noises from aircondition not get towel until 12pm, we need to call reception many time with this problems. Anyway we get room nice and clean bed very comfy, manager hotel come to apology for delays.

We booked Junior suite, in late October 2019 but during the night it was so noisy that we could not sleep and we requested to change room...we got the lower grade room without compensation. we basically paid for suite but getting regular room..The Breakfast was so so..

Good location but not so for the accommodation

The soundproofing for the room was poor and I got furniture noises occurring around midnight. Hope that its not due to paranormal origins but that disrupted my sleep for 2 nights. In addition, the towels issued had stains. A bit disappointed but the location beside the Summarecon Mall managed to mitigate the poor experiences

I am a regular at Atria, but past 2 trips, i am quite unhappy about it.
Cleaner does not replenish shower cap, although i left the empty wrapper there for them to see.
I was given the 2nd floor room for both trips (i think it was the same room near the lift lobby), gives me a very uncomfortable feeling, 1st night can hear non-stop loud water flow sound, 2nd night totally quiet.
Shower water pressure sooo weak, cannot have a proper bath.
Not as nice as the upper floor rooms, although i made the request upon booking.

Great for vacation

generally great, but there is 2 issues I note. First, the air cond at my room is not working well, ....allready set up to the max , but still not working good. Second, ...the pooll not available at the hotel coz of maintenance schedulled they said. But they replace the pool to their residance pooll....where that location is in other building.

Pleasant hotel near a mall

Hotel is near Summaraecon Mall which has plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of food. Gym is located at the next building so it’s a bit of a hassle to get there if it rains. Gym is reasonably furnished with 2 treadmills, 2 elliptically, 2 stationary bikes, weights etc. Pleasant hotel staff and clean spaces. Buffet breakfast has good range of local cuisine.

The Staff are helpful and friendly. The disappoinment was the bed sheets, quilt cover and towels that need to be replaced because they were torn in more than one places and discoloured because of old.

Traditional breakfast was excellent but other days were just okay and boring.

We thought there will be shuttle bus around the area but actually it depends on whether there's a big group.

Overall i'm pretty pleased with staying at Atria Hotel Gading Serpong, hotel staff, facilities were great and above all the room was clean. Given the rates for its room it certainly provided alot of value and i would recommend it to other guests.

However the air condition of my room perhaps the building was just too weak (turn the thermostat to the lowest) despite my feedback to the hotel reception, it was a tad too hot during the day and while the air conditioning was a little stronger in the evening to make sleeping more comfortable, it was still too warm as compared to other hotels.

While Atria Hotel was reserved via Expedia, there was no room.
Atrla Resident was assigned.
Since room charge was same, that's no problem.

Quite out of the way. Not within walking distance from anywhere.
If you have transport, that's fine. Breakfast is very basic. Shower hot water was inconsistantly hot & cold. difficult to adjust.

Disappointed - hotel did not live up to our expectations, Breakfast quality was not good and varied. Water pressure was poor and air condition was not working properly in room 302. Location though is excellent - close proximity to Sumarecon Mall. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Surprisingly Nice Hotel

The hotel is surprisingly nice. I stayed at many 3-4 stars \"local\" chain hotels before, but so far, this particular hotel is very well managed. I had a good experience, starting from the door/bell man helping with the luggage, very friendly front desk staff and quick responsive house keeping. The location near the popular mall also a big plus, the Mall known for its simultaneous live music stages and good outdoor sittings (you can't really find any of this in Jakarta due to the heat).

Good hotel for the busy business people.

Very friendly staff and reasonable although limited fitness centre in the adjacent apartments block. Excellent free WiFi in rooms makes this a useful hotel for the business traveller. Good food available in the bars and restaurants, which seem to share much the same menu at much the same price. Very close to a major shopping centre for those with time, money and the inclination to spend it.

bad front service for hotels.com purchase.

I bought hotels.com through internetn and went to hotel. Hotel front service forced me pay open credit card for 1 day. Front service made me wait for for confirming to hotels.com even though I showed hotels.com purchase document to front service. I was not pleasant so much.

I used this hotel as a stopover twice in two weeks while traveling to eastern Indonesia. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were well maintained. The price is very reasonable for the value received. The meals in the hotel were overpriced by Indonesian standards but directly across the street is a huge modern 3 story mall that had a dozen reasonably priced restaurants to choose from. The only negative is the distance from the Jakarta Intl airport. In light traffic (if there is such a thing in Jakarta) the trip takes 30-40 minutes. In heavy traffic, it takes 60-90 minutes. If you are not in a hurry, then this is a very nice hotel. I recommend the hotel's private airport transfer service - it's safer and more reliable than the local taxis and about the same price. One other thought - I had a suite on the second floor on my second visit. Great room but the noise from the live music on the first floor was very loud in the room. It stopped around 10 PM. If you need to sleep after long flights, consider a room on a higher floor.

Purely for business travel. In basic location at major commercial area with nothing to recommend for families or tourists.Very poor excuse for pool , on a balcony with no relaxing area for chairs and no stairs into pool.Nothing at all for kids , and too far from airport to use as stopover, about 1 hour in taxi.Could not advise staying around here unless you had to.

Aston Paramount Serpong Hotel was a nice place

Physically this hotel is a new building equipped with all modern facilities. Nice and quite place to stay. Definitely suitable for a new married couple and for a business busy people. Congratulate to Aston Management and keep it up.

4박5일 숙박하였는데 건물 외벽에서 계속 공사중으로 소음이 너무 심했다. 관련하여 호텔 매니저에게 어떤 사과도 받지 못했다. 호텔 공사로 인해 피해를 봤는데 어떤 사과나 서비스가 없었던 것은 이해할 수 없다.
