The Emblem was in the prime location of Old Town Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean! Housekeeping lady was very sweet and attentive if we needed anything. Overall stay 10/10 my only gripe is the keys to get into room and gate can sometimes be a pain. Other than that, no complaints!

We enjoyed the most beautiful view of the Old Town Square Christmas market and watched the Christmas tree lighting ceremony from our open window! An added bonus was the view of the astronomical clock from our side window! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean! When we first arrived at we thought was the hotel. We were told to leave our luggage there by complete strangers and then walk in the rain about another two blocks to an emblem hotel to proceed with our check-in.

The person who checked us in was Vladimir he was horrible and treated us with rude and disrespectful service.

The purse staff that helped us with our luggage his name was Ahmed and he was amazing and awesome, and he was kind to us.

Lovely, spacious room, directly on the Old Town Square - only about 100 ft. from the Astronomical Clock! A really nice shared kitchen (with stove-top, microwave, sink and coffee maker) in the common areas space, in addition to a kettle with coffee and tea fixings in the room. Also several comfy nooks and places to sit in the common areas. My only quibble is that you need to check in at the main hotel, which is about a 5 minute walk across the Old Town Square from the room. But the hotel staff helps with the luggage. Check-out is easier - just leave the keys in the room.

Great condo in the heart of the Old Town Square. Really enjoyed the space, and it had great air conditioning - important in the summer. It felt private and secure, and you had to enter through a restaurant to access the gate to the apartments. But every morning you’re steps away from the statues in the square. Would definitely stay here again. Only disappointment was we were staying in residences run by the Emblem, but they didn’t let us use the workout facilities or top floor jacuzzi in the main hotel. That felt wrong, but not much we could do about it. One small tip, there is no reception at this location. So you have to check in at the main Emblem Hotel. It’s not easy to take luggage through the cobblestone streets of Prague, so make sure you go to the Emblem main hotel to check in.

Loved the location. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and large. Loved having access to a kitchen and laundry. I was worried about parking but we found a spot on the street nearby and could park there the whole time. We were able to pay on our phone. Very easy. Where our room was, it was not noisy. There is air conditioning so we didn’t have to open the windows.

We had the best room in the Old Town Square. We had our very own balcony, and visited during Easter week so we were able to people watch, and enjoy the festivities from our room. The building has a common eating room, kitchen, laundry, and is spacious enough for a family of 5.

The stay was really good in the middle of the action in Prague… just in front of the Prague Clock… the only watch out is to perform the check in at the Emblem hotel around 5 min walk from this place and is not elevator on the hotel so be prepared, on the day of arrival they help with a bell button guy with the luggage. Good hot water and a lot of space on the room… Overall everything with in walking distance!

I would recommend this hotel very highly. Our room was right in the main square right across from the astronomical clock. It was not quiet until around midnight but we did also visit on a Friday Saturday and Sunday so I expected it to be louder than other parts of the city where we could have stayed. The huge upside was it’s right in the town square so walking distance to everything in the old town. My family and I loved this hotel.
Also there is Josef. He is the concierge and he actually made our trip. He was the most helpful person (concierge) that I have ever had help me. He seems to actually like his job and is very very very good at it. We wanted to see the Klementinum (library) and could not secure tickets. Josef to the rescue he actually walked over to the Klementinum and was able to secure 5 spots for the tour that I thought we were going to have to miss. He walked there. That is going the extra mile. Everyone at the hotel went the extra mile to make our stay very wonderful, but somehow Josef stood out as going above and beyond from securing tickets to arraigning daytime sightseeing tours to booking our dinners in the most amazing restaurants. If you do not utilize his services you are doing yourself a disservice on your trip to Prague. This will probably mean more work for him and I apologize to him in advance for adding extra work from tourists but he is AMAZING!!!!!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay at the Emblem to all the staff!!!

AC did not work well- portable unit that could not keep up with large room. Location is good but complicated registration with pickup of keys is quite aways away in a different lobby. Awkward entry as you have to walk thru a busy bar to enter or exit living areas. Drunk people from bar spilled beer on wife as we left one night. I have travelled a lot and this whole setup is awkward at best, bad at worst.

Very good apartments in the great location. Clean and comfort.
Few issues for improvement:
1) the keys are old and needed for 4 doors. There is only 1 key for apparent and few times one of us was stuck outside.
2) the keys are really old. I was afraid few times the key will be broken inside the door.
3) for checking in and out you need to walk to the main hotel. It’s not convenient with the baggage. May be some electric scooter or something can be used by bellman.

Amazing Stay

Firstly I had a warm welcome at The Emblem hotel which is where you need to check in and then was kindly taken over to the apartments by a member of staff which are a few minutes walk across the square.
You do enter the apartment block via a restaurant. I was then shown where the shared amenities are which all looked clean & tidy.
I was then taken to my apartment and everything was kindly explained to me how things worked .
I was very lucky to be staying in apartment 12, which as you can see by the photo's its massive with plenty of storage. This room is the only one that does have the little balcony attached with beautiful views of the whole of the square. It was very clean and well maintained.

A few things to bear in mind if you are to stay here, none of which were issues for me but its just something worth adding.
1) as its apartments there is no house keeping, so during your stay the room wont be cleaned or towels changed. You are shown where extra towels are kept if you did need them.
2) As my room was literally facing all the restaurants and bars, it can be pretty noisy into the small hours of morning so if you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs, as you can her the street noise. I don't know what the noise level would of been like if you stayed in a room at the back of the building.
3) there is no lift to the rooms so you do have to deal with a flight to stairs to get up to the rooms.

I would happily stay here again on my next visit back to Prague.

The property is in the best location possible - on the square. Although the square is very busy, the noise level was minimal and quiets down at the same time every night when the restaurants and cafes close. It's a beautiful building, with tall ceilings and windows. We loved our stay there. There was one hiccup with the cleaning not happening the day it was supposed to, but the management acted swiftly to offer a remedy to compensate for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it .

Overall, the property was awesome! The balcony overlooking the Town Center was a huge bonus. The only slight drawback was the mattress on the pullout sofa. It probably needs replaced but our son didn't complain about it. The main, king size bed was very comfortable. Other than that, it was a 10 .

We traveled to Prague with our two children 5 and 3 and stayed in the family suite which had two large rooms. The pictures are exact and the location is amazing. The suite we stayed at was facing the entire square and it was amazing. The staff was also equally amazing and very accommodating. They brought us a bed for our toddler and helped us with all the necessary documents that needed to be printed for our return flight. They even set up a car with car seats to the airport! Do helpful!

The hotel was located right in the square. The views were terrific as was the breakfast. I only wish the AC worked better. It was in the half of the room where the kids stayed. Since it was a heatwave, a good nights sleep was difficult to get. We had a fan blowing on us, but it was an uncomfortable temperature for sleeping. We understand that the AC was retrofit to a historic building. Everything else was amazing!!!

Only downside is that breakfast is served in your room as there is no breakfast room/restaurant. That means you have to order, and decide the time, the night before. The breakfast was very nice though!

A Remarkable Small Hotel on a Historic Square!

This hotel met our needs perfectly! We were there for the Christmas Market - and the main one was right out our front door!! The staff of this hotel was incredibly helpful - especially Vaclav! They made sure all of our needs were met including staff to carry luggage down two flights of stairs at 3:00 a.m. to meet a taxi for the airport! Their breakfasts were wonderful. There were 3 of us traveling and all of us give the staff, the location, the rooms themselves an A+. We plan to return to this hotel for our next visit to Prague! Only note of caution - if you cannot do stairs at all, this is not a hotel for you. None of the historic buildings on Market Square have lifts due to their historic value. One of our people uses a walker, but the staff carried the walker up and down the stairs every time - and our walker person just took her time with the stairs.

The desk clerks just lie to you. Nothing they say to you actually happens including booking you cabs and such. The entrance to the hotel is through a restaurant and they apparently are so sick of tourists asking how to get to the hotel front door that they ignore and disparage you. Hotel rooms are awesome however. Just don’t depend on the staff for help and don’t give your money to the restaurant through which you enter. It seems they would use the moment to entice you rather than the opposite.

We decided to visit Prague for a mini moon, we wanted somewhere central and this lovely hotel popped up. We really enjoyed the breakfast, that we picked the day before and advised what time we wanted it to be delivered to our room. The staff were all really friendly and always said hello.
The room itself was looking out over the side street, it was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a huge bathroom. Unfortunately we did find the noise from the square and side street rather loud from 6am onwards but obviously can't be avoided with the central location!
Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Staff very helpful in arranging taxis and providing information including out of the way eateries at good quality and price. Breakfast in room was a great change after previous place.

A boutique hotel directly on the Old Town Square - the best location! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They offered great recommendations of things to see and do, booked restaurants etc. Breakfast is delivery daily to the guest rooms. There is no elevator and there is a few stairs to the hotel lobby but the staff helped carry our bags up and back down at the end of our stay. The entrance is via the restaurant downstairs which is perhaps a little quirky. Overall a wonder experience.

The room was very nice and clean but the AC was inadequate for some really hot days. The staffs were great but there seems to be an issue with providing ice for cold drinks in the room.
