We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The room was very clean with a sufficient supply of towels/toilet paper, etc.and surprisingly quiet even though we were attending a convention while we were there The lady at check-in was also very polite and helpful and didn't make us feel like we were rushed. Our only disappointment was that the pool was being maintenanced and we couldn't use it, but the hotel did let us have access to the pool at another property close to this one. Would definitely stay again for this yearly convention or for a holiday vacation.

We visited The Village off season and the atmosphere was relatively quiet. Our room was not ready when we arrived at check in time but they did provide an upgrade at no additional cost, which was nice. The interior of the building is starting to show its age and detailed cleaning in the room was slightly lacking. The room itself did not have much in the way of hooks or towel bars for hanging things or drawers for storage. The kitchenette was good and provided most of the needed appliances. One of the two elevators was not working so some longer waits than expected. Overall we had a pleasant stay and the off season pricing was good value.

Check-in was smooth, but the wait for the room was far too long. By 5:00 PM, I still hadn’t received any notification. When I went to the front desk, I was told the room was still being cleaned, and it was only after I complained that they arranged another room for me.
The room looked clean overall, but some less noticeable areas, such as the chair backs and the wall shelves, didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. The bathtub also drained a bit slowly, which could be improved.

We just had issue with the cleanliness of the swimming pool, it was prime summer when we visited, so ideally we expected the pool to be clean, but overall great experience, no other complaints, rooms were clean, great views and has everything you need for a short vacation from Toronto.

From the time we arrived to check in, everything was great! Sarah at the front desk was amazing, offering us an upgrade in order to be next to our friends since we were celebrating a bday that weekend. Rides, restaurants were great, staff was friendly and the grounds were clean. Would absolutely recommend, we will be back.

The property itself was great. Perfect location, clean room, great balcony etc.

It was the staff and service or lack of at checkin which was terrible. There was a huge line with about 14 people in it. There was one person checking in non-timeshare owners, and 3 people standing at the owners check in doing absolutely nothing. There was not one person checking in there. At the regular check in there was the one person as mentioned who was also answering questions for 2 guests that had just checked in. The rest of us were waiting and were all getting visibly annoyed.

At one point the guy thay had been working went on break and then the 3 at the other window checked in one guest. Together. 3 of them to check in one. When asked where the other guy went we were told he was on break.

Finally a girl came and started taking people at the regular line. She told me she had just returned from break. With 14 people in line at 6:30pm. I made a comment that the parking for checking in had a 15 min max limit and we had been there for 45. She just laughed. Other patrons were loudly overheard making comments about the terrible service. After 45 mins a saw a manager but she didn't take any customers. Just looked around.

Other than this terrible customer service experience. The room and resort itself were great. Especially with free parking.

If I return I hope the check in experience is 180 degrees different than this one.

I booked Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites for my wife's 50th Birthday. It had it's ups and downs compared to the last time we stayed there. I requested something special considering the occasion and when we arrived to our room, there was a complimentary bag of caramel popcorn with a standard note. It was nice but I didn't have the chance to discuss anything else with guest services at time of check-in due to the hotel being flooded with groups of people for a Lacrosse tournament and a dance competition. The line up was crazy and took about 25min to check-in. We stayed in building two as appose to the main area. It was a nice room, clean, balcony with a view of the mountain and the pool below us. Overall we were happy with the hotel. However, the downs were: only one elevator working which made it difficult for everyone staying in this section of the hotel, plus there was no customer service in our lobby. If you needed to talk with anyone directly, you need to walk over to the main building to have your needs met. We still enjoyed our stay and experience and would recommend this location but I would inquire about some things before they assign you a room. We would prefer to stay in the main building the next time. Thanks again.

My room was clean and well-maintained. Our room had a beautiful view. The receptionists and cleaners were very polite and nice. We found enough parking spots, and on top of everything, with a wristband provided by the hotel, we could get free passes to some activities, including an open-air gondola ride.
The drawback was that it had no restaurant, which can be helpful, especially for breakfast. Also, we couldn't find any slippers or toothpaste. They are considered personal items, but if you forget the slippers, as happened to me, it helps.
We stayed just one night, but the experience was great enough to consider going back.

The bedroom appartments are well equipted, well furnished with good quality furniture.
However, the service is poor, lacking basic necessities and toiletries like body lotion.

$39 resort is ridiciouless as it provides no real perks - you can hike up the mountain with wrist band?

The electric charger spots are taken by gas cars and staff throws hands in the air saying that it is not their problem and go park car outside at outdoor chargers.

Well, we had two mountain bikes on the rack in my car so overnight outdoor stay of my car might end up loosing my bikes or parts of them as it happen in Mont Tremblant resort in outdoor parking. So we had to re-park car in the middle of the night to undeground again after charging. That was my $39 resort fee bonus.

The hotel and room and overall structure is good. However, the management needs to figure out logistics of running the place better so that small inconveniences like the ones described above would not deter repeated customers like us from coming to Georgian.

There are other nuisences, however more realted to guests behaviuous like cooking curry dish at 7am on Sunday!

We had a great weekend! The only issue we had was the use of the elevator..one was broken and the one that worked was slow. There were times you were waiting up to 30 minutes to get in to it. There were people with children with wheelchairs and they just couldn’t get the elevator.

Booked a room with 2 beds… our room wasn’t ready at arrival. We arrive at 3:54 and check in is 4pm. Anyways they “moved” us to a different room and it had a bed and a pull out couch that was incredibly uncomfortable. If we were staying more than 1 night I would have said something but it wasn’t worth it due to the check in desk being in a completely different hotel than the one our room was in. The pool was also closed so we had to use the pool and hot tub at the grand Georgian which was lovely thankfully.

My stay at the Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites was great! We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and dining area. There was a king bed in one room and a queen in the other. We had two washrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped. The fridge and freezer were very clean and the dishwasher was also a convenient option. This was the perfect accommodation for a family of 4. We were central to the village which made it convenient to come back for meals. The room was very clean and they provided a sweet little surprise for my daughters birthday. We would definitely stay here again.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the condition of the accommodation during my recent stay.

Several maintenance and comfort issues significantly affected my experience:

• The bathtub drain was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly.
• The shower water pressure was extremely poor.
• The sofa bed was in very poor condition and provided no comfort for sleeping.
• The front entrance door did not close properly. Due to a gap in the latch, the door continuously rattled throughout the night, creating constant noise and making it difficult to sleep.
• The building appears very old and poorly maintained.
• There was only one elevator serving four floors, which caused inconvenience, especially for guests traveling with children.

These issues made the stay far below the standard I expected when making my reservation. I believe the property requires significant maintenance and upgrades to provide guests with a comfortable during my stay

My stay at Seasons at Blue Mountain Resort was excellent. The location is perfect right in the heart of the village and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and activities. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made the stay even more convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit, and the amenities, including the pool and hot tubs, were a great way to relax after a day of exploring. I especially enjoyed the village atmosphere and the beautiful mountain views.

Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or a weekend getaway, Seasons at Blue Mountain is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at the Grand Georgian. It’s an apartment with a functional kitchen, utensils which were helpful when travelling with a kid. It’s right in the village which allowed us to enjoy the activities and take breaks. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is nice, staff were nice. Location is amazing right in the village, walkable to everything. Our stay included the gondala ride which was nice. Included underground parking with available electric car charging. Unfortunately people took the charging spots without using the charging. The pool was out of service. Elevators were very slow and one didn't seem to be working half the time. Bed was hard which is not what we like but that's person dependent. We were able to get late checkout which we really appreciated.
