I love this hotel. The esthetic is beautiful. The restaurant is top notch and staff is amazing. The only thing I can slightly complain about was there was no creamer for my in room coffee which meant I had to get dressed and have my coffee at breakfast.

Absolutely the best hotel that you could stay at. The rooms are incredible and if you are a lady, you’re really going to love the bathrooms. The lighting is amazing. The decor is a 10 out of 10 and the staff is simply amazing. Let’s talk about the staff. It’s almost like everyone in that hotel is an owner. They care so deeply about it. Whether it’s the maintenance person or the person working on the restaurant, these guys are just incredible. Huge shout out to autumn who just bent over backwards to help me, she was in the restaurant and just was amazing. My husband had surgery in the hospital and she did not have to help me. She carried Food up to my room. She was just amazing.
Special recognition also for Monique in the restaurant just so precious. She was always so attentive to me in the restaurant. Just a wonderful wonderful person.

The hotel manager in the p.m. was rude. We have a disability placard on our car and she stated snarky like, that it will still cost us $39 a night to park in a space clearly marked disabled. We have stayed at this hotel since the week it opened several years ago. It has done nothing but gone down since then. No upgrades no nothing they don’t even give you bottled water any longer and they are rude. We go to Anschutz Medical Center there. It has always been convenient, but not convenient enough to put up with that. I was told by the manager that. Anschutz owns it. Really charging $39 a night to park in the disabled parking space. Shame.

We have stayed at this hotel since it initially opened. It has always been wonderful.. They catered to the big Medical Center that is just around the corner. So whenever we have an appointment, we stay there. However, in the last six months, they have been giving the handicap parking to their employees or the valet parks there. None of the cars there have handicap placards. I have repeatedly requested for them to move the car or I’m going to call the police and report it. They have always been rude and surly. I reported it to a district manager and have never heard a thing. This is really destroyed my opinion of this hotel. I believe they were built to assist people that come in to be treated at the medical Center so most of them have handicap placards. Shame on them.

The hallway by your gym on the lower level is so bad with this smell you can't stand in it and feel like it's ok to breathe. We really like this hotel and hope you can fix this. My stay at the Benson Hotel was amazing. I was traveling for work and after a long trip (8.5 hour drive) I was grateful to see a smiling face and experience a fast, efficient check-in process. The room was clean, peaceful and exactly what I needed. All of the staff were polite and gracious, and very accommodating.
The only complaint I have is that one of my parking charges was supposed to be comped for eating in the restaurant and two of my charges were supposed to be reduced by $10 for my coupons that encouraged me to eat in their restaurant. Those charges were never taken off of my bill.

The hotel was very nice overall and the room was great. The property listing states \"free self-parking.\" While this is technically true, the parking lot was about a half mile walk from the hotel, which was not mentioned on the property listing. Also, we checked in very late in the evening and all hotel doors were locked and we had to bang on the doors for several minutes before someone finally came out to let us in. This person told us about the parking situation and informed us that it would cost $40 to \"valet\" park overnight. She did not know where the free lot was located and also told us that the valet attendant is off duty so basically we should pay $40 to self park our car on the street in front of the property overnight.

This hotel should not be listed on 3rd party booking sites if it is going to treat people like 3rd party citizens. Also there is NO actual parking. They claim there is a garage but it is 4++ blocks away 10-12 min walk through a poorly lit area. The Valet is an additional $39/night. And the \"free garage\" requires so many steps you end up paying $3 an hour to be there anyway because their instructions are downright wrong. The staff Tashea or Tayshay...Anglo young lady with an aweful attitude... should be fired there are so many reviews about how badly she treats people.
The food and the restaurant were awesome. But they are a whole other business I gave a good review. Stay somewhere else and go eat at the common good...but for the love of customer service the Valet needs to be included in the price of the room...the additional $40/night is heinous considering you have no actual Parking upon arrival.
