The location was central, but otherwise the motel was very expensive for the quality and service.

I had prepaid but was charged an after hours check in fee. The TV was very small and for $180.00 I would have expected at least 1 complimentary \"Milk Arrowroot\" biscuit.

Overall poor value for a rather ordinary motel. I travel regularly throughout NSW, and it is definitely 1 of the more disappointing motels. It has been added to my Blacklist.

Tesla charging overnight

We arrived Saturday afternoon, message on phone to locate entry and key. We didn’t see a single person during our stay.
We chose the motel to use the overnight battery charger(Tesla) we had no problems with that. We ate at the workers club next door.

The staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay feels like a home away from home. I was working in Lismore for two weeks and could not have asked for anything better than the Bounty from a smile and a chat as you passed reception, each day as I left for work, to availability of in-house meals and even a takeaway lunch should you need one.
The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. This is not the first time I have stayed with these awesome people and it won’t be the last.

Reception staff is excellent but the room needs maintenance. Bathroom tap is broken snd shower door doesn't close properly it leaks the water to the bathroom.

Great staff who went beyond the call of duty

My room had been booked through another company who assured me that my room would be ready upon my early arrival. Although this had not been communicated to the Hotel by the time I arrived the Lady at reception suggested that I go and have a lovely breakfast at the excellent local Cafe 'The Bank' while she sorted my room to be cleaned asap. I was so appreciative of this as it was a very busy weekend for The Bounty and I had a business deadline and really needed the room. This was extremely gracious. I would definitely recommend the Hotel to anybody looking for excellent service that goes that little bit further in a Regional town. Thank You!

We stayed 1/12/16. After check in were told restaurant is closed \" until next year\". This was NOT noted online. Worst beds we have ever had at a motel. Balcony [haha] room was just a closed in room with slats that could only be moved a few mm..i.e. could not be put in a level position to get a \"normal\" view out....then again the \"view\" was just a concrete pad between the rooms with a few pots on it. Receptionist was more concerned about telling me how sore she was from going to the gym rather than checking us in. Good points were few but included undercover parking and a room fridge which was actually cold. Would we stay here again? NO

Hotel was fine and staff friendly enough, but from their own web site and the reviews I expected more. Restaurant/Bar which was promoted as a \"sanctuary\" was only open Monday to Thursday. TV had not sleep function and some channels did not work (tried to ring reception at 8.31 and it has closed at 8.30. A hotel that is rated as 4 star needs to have more coverage than that). Room where cold as was bedding. Overall the hotel was nothing special.
