This is a lovely smallish hotel, with nice individualized rooms. It is very quiet and well situated. The parking is shared with another hotel around the corner. It is near the center of the city. Breakfasts are nice with many varied options. We had an excellent dinner. The staff is very pleasant.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. The check in was quick, it had an elevator, the room was homely, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, the breakfast delicious. The ambience was gorgeous - I love the Little Prince and being here reminded me why I loved it so much. But was set this place apart was how wonderfully kind its staff is. Our train was leaving hours check out, yet they kindly looked over our bags while we went to the baths. We only received kindness and niceness for everyone from the check in person to the cleaning crew. Definitely a highlight of my stay in Germany - probably my favorite hotel.

This hotel is fantastic. The decor is based on the book The Little Prince by Saint Exupery, and there are pictures of him on the side of the building, on the walk way at night as well as framed pictures of various characters throughout the buildings. The beds were rather hard, but the decor in our room was stunning. The tile work in the bathroom, the pillows coordinated with coverlets, a separate couch area with a very comfy couch, lovely high ceilings with decorative crown molding, All that and a breakfast buffet is included. Parking is not included, but it is conveniently close by.The hotel is very elegant without the elegant price tag, and is quite close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay there if we are ever in Freiburg again. Wish I could post pictures.

What a wonderful treat to experience this beautiful hotel within a short walk to town. The parking area was close by. The staff was so helpful and accommodating . The breakfast was good. Our room was available early which is great when traveling around. A clean and comfortable hotel room.

They offer outdoor and indoor eating if you want to stay there to eat. Beautiful park nearby to walk and stores and bakeries close by. Easy to Take the bus in and out to the train station. Highly recommend this place.

Very lovely, classic hotel. Everything looked very elegant when you walk in the room. Bed and bedding were all very comfortable. The bathroom is large and elegant looking. There is a huge whirlpool tub which is nice, but it is also where the only shower is. It’s a bit difficult climbing in and out. There is AC which was really necessary when we were there, because it was very hot outside. Location is beautiful, you can take a short walk to restaurants and bars and enjoy the beauty of the town. There is also a lovely restaurant in the hotel with a terrace. All in all, a very nice property and I would recommend staying here.

My family and I stayed for two days during our first visit to Baden Baden. I was immediately impressed with the courtesy of all of the staff. We were greeted with smiles and offers of help at every turn. We happened to meet the owner while we were there and he was just as warm and friendly.

We had a family suite- penthouse. We loved it from the start. They’ve kept all the unique details and charm and provided the expected amenities one looks for in a top notch Hotel. We got a car service from the train station, a list of activities in the area and help booking those, a delicious and plentiful array of options for breakfast. They have an afternoon tea and a beautiful little restaurant which I was not able to try but I see it’s been top rated. Bottom line, we’d love to return. It was a perfect stay in my book!

Excellent service, good location. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent but a little pricey. The car park is situated at the sister hotel the “Belle Epoque”. Afternoon tea and breakfast were outstanding. The hotel kindly loaned us towels to visit the Thermal spa. The only slight issue is that there are about 10 stairs to climb before the lift, which could be a problem for some people.

Such a beautiful hotel, simply stunning and perfectly located! Their pre-fix meal with wine pairing is exquisite...only reason I’m not 10 across the board is the older man who seems to manage the hotel has a “less than sunny disposition” to put it lightly. I was there for three days and didn’t see him smile a single time, his attitude was apparent EVERY time I saw or interacted with him. Lighten up chap, no one wants to be around that.

Although in a period building, the overall impression of this hotel is that it is pokey. They tried to palm us off with a single room when we booked a double room with single occupancy. This really wound me up and they were only able to offer us a basement overflow room as an alternative. Beware!

This was an amazing place to stay. We are foreigners and had a large dog (106lbs) with us during our stay. The staff was great and spoke our language so it was easy to communicate. The room was very nice and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The food/tea time was delicious and we really enjoyed it. Le Petit Prince comes to life at Der Kleine Prinz!

The decor and ambiance comes right out of the book, and the dining is beyond compare. I particularly loved the included breakfast buffet - inviting you to make yourself gourmet sandwiches to take for later in the day as you enjoy the town.

Amazing hotel in Baden-Baden

My wife and I stayed here last week and loved it. Incredibly charming and traditional hotel located just 8-10 minutes' walk from city center and 2-3 minutes' walk from the beautiful Lichtentaler park. The Little Prince theme is a great touch. Outstanding service and great breakfast buffet. We also received a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was very nice and spacious. I don't understand why many European hotels don't have shower curtains in their bathrooms, but otherwise this hotel is absolutely perfect! Highly recommended.

I loved how they freshly squeeze oranges for juices every morning instead of serving the guests concentrated juicy. High standard. Will definitely stay again. The bed wasn't that comfortable as I'd expected from a 4-star hotel though, mainly due to the mattress. Too hard

Lovely hotel with helpful

Staff made good recommendations for walks and activities. Artwork was fabulous. Quiet setting close to everything. Great beds. Afternoon tea was nice but not worth altering the schedule to attend. Bountiful and well varied breakfast that should appeal to Most Europeans and Americans, with the exception of the coffee. The coffee was surprisingly poor. The lounge/Internet area was cozy and business meetings there would also be very impressive. Loved the theme, and thought it was nicely done without coming across as \"too much\". They allowed early check in. Parking was less expensive at the nearby city park and wash.

Very charming hotel!

Booked this hotel based on great reviews - and loved it even more after I saw it in person! Absolutely charming hotel, beautiful rooms, and great breakfast service which was already included in our rate. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Fabulous Spot to Stay in Baden Baden

What a great 5-star experience!
Wonderful room with all that is expected in a 5-star right down to the glass water glasses sans plastic wrap. Arrived late to two smiling hosts who showed us to a choice of rooms, disposed of our car in their private car park, and muscled our considerable baggage to our room.
Fabulous breakfast with super wide selection, even dates. The location is perfect for walking the famous avenues and shops. But it was the service with smiles and the very comfortable room we will remember.

Central Location

Stayed at the little price hotel a couple of times as the usual hotel I stay in was full. Serves a purpose but I do not relish my stays here. Total package is expensive with parking charges, breakfast is minimal, and no air conditioning in rooms.

Beautiful Old World Hotel

Such a lovely stay! Unfortunately it poured the ENTIRE time we stayed in Baden-Baden, so this made it seem like the hotel was a bit further away from the main town area than it actually was, but still an absolutely beautiful area. Our room had fabulous windows with a beautiful view (though I believe the other side of the hotel is on a not so nice street so be sure to ask for the view!). The room and bath was large and lovely - very comfortable. The hotel staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast great as well as the complimentary afternoon tea and cakes. I came on a recommendation and would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone.

One of the top Hotels in Baden-Baden

We arrived and were greeted by the courteous staff. Each of the rooms are different and the staff gave us an opportunity to choose the room we liked the best. Each night we returned to the hotel to our sheets already tuend down and fresh fruit. I could not reccomend a hotel more than I do Der Kleine Prinz.

Trevligt hotell med gångavstånd till det mesta i Baden-Baden. De hade en bra frukostbuffé och rummet var mysigt, rent och bekvämt. Det finns flera parkeringshus precis intill hotellet, vilket vi utnyttjade under vistelsen. Och i centrala stadskärnan finns ett stort utbud av restauranger och caféer, utöver utbudet av bad- och spa-anläggningar som är ett måste att besöka i Baden-Baden.

La chambre reservee avec un lit double (chambre double confort) s'est transformée en une chambre avec deux lits simples a notre arrivée. Impossible de changer de chambre car hotel complet. Heureusement une chambre double s'est liberee la nuit suivante. On nous a proposée une troisieme nuit offerte mais impossible pour nous de rester. Et au final pas de geste commercial sur la note... juste une bouteille de champagne offerte... nous attendions mieux de la part d'un etablissement 4 etoiles
