Room was generally clean but brown stains on carpet. There were lots of dogs on our floor (3) and I suspect that’s why there were brown marks on floor. Dogs should be kept on lower floor so some dog owners will take them out to poop.

The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool.
The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked.

Upon arrival our first room had a bedbug that crawled onto my arm while relaxing on the bed. However, staff quickly gave us another room where we had no issues. They made things right for us. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed one night as we had an early morning flight from Karlsruhe airport. Bus transfer is needed from the train station to the hotel and to the airport but there are plenty of buses. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from town centre and an ideal location for us.

Great staff. Ten minute walk to the adorable town. Close to waterfalls and about a 30 minute drive to Mummelsee. Which was also really cute. Hotel centrally located. Must pay 15eu for parking. And breakfast was included. I would definitely stay here again.

Located a bit away from the centre of Baden Baden, but only a 10-15 minute walk from the Casino this is a great bargain hotel. Breakfast is included in the room rate and although nothing special, it is nice to have it included and not see a big premium on the rate. The hotel is fairly new and so the rooms and common areas are all in good condition. Great base for a 1 or 2 night stay but might want more for a longer stay or a romantic break.

I was really upset the way you treated the double booking. You did not try to solve it. It was your fault cause i recived confirmation email the next day soon after i made the second booking. it is unfair when u treat customers like this, especially if it was your fault. Now that you did not try to solve this i will have to put it on trip advisor and other websites

Lovely hotel, great room, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Breakfast more limited in choice than some places (nothing hot), but very good quality nonetheless.
If weather allows definitely recommend walking up the hill to the north of the hotel to the old castle, takes about an hour and will involve some dead reckoning as there are some bits where the signs run out, but if you keep heading upwards you can't go too far wrong and the view is totally worth it.

The worst hotel I've ever stay
It wasn't a happy stay. The receptionist that welcomed us had a very bad attitude and the direction for walking to town centre wasn't clear. She said within 20 minutes but we needed to ask other people to reconfirm the correct direction which ended up the walking journey by 1 hour.
After I finished the whole trip in Germany, I received an email that claimed dirty carpet inside the bedroom and will charge my credit card for Euro 800. I strongly reject to pay and asked them why didn't they check the room before we left. Now it seems like the hotel is putting the dirty mark on me and forcing us to settle the non sense charge.
Well, this problem is not over yet, I am still arguing with them and forcing them to cancel the non sense charge. It is not fair and non sence that they didn't point out before we leave. I already share this experience with every one I know not to choose this Hotel Group.

A good located hotel with reception staff able to speak English and understanding english. But work is carried out i.e. refurbishment in the hotel and many of the time the lift was being used by workers and it was full of dirt and also occupied at many moments. I dont know maybe this time of the year the hotel is empty so they make some kind of refurbishment inside.

We had a nice stay at the holiday inn hotel but the staff for breakfast wasn't really nice. One lady just pushed me to the side because she needed to but some cups on the tray instead of just asking me to move aside. Otherwise the breakfast was really nice.

Modern Hotel with Access
This hotel is located on one end of town but well within walking distance of everything Baden-baden has to offer. You are also only about 50 minutes of driving from the heart of the Schwarzwald. All the staff spoke English and were forgiving of our attempts to speak German. The road is quiet and neat--we left our window open all night for the fresh air and were untroubled by noisy cars or neighbors. The parking seems pricey at first but is well worth it (though spaces are limited!). Breakfast was excellent as well. For the price, this is a great way to experience Baden-baden if you are not interested in the luxury hotels further on.

First Time in Baden Baden
Hotel was nice, the wifi was a free low tech version of wifi, you couldn't stream or do anything meaningful on it. Hotel room was good, sort of small but it did the job. The breakfast was awesome.

Hotel in general is very acceptable,THE BEDS ARE AWFUL. In future I will be paying extra to stay at better hotels. Worst 5 nights sleep in my whole life. The staff said some of the mattresses have been there since the place opened 10 years ago.

All beds are twin sized so if you want a queen you'll have to push the beds together. Other than that, our stay was fantastic. The included breakfast was good. There is parking, you have to pay for it €14 a night(day) with in and out privileges. However be careful, we checked in, parked drove around for a few hours and when we returned that night there were no spots left. Parking is limited and perhaps not exclusive to guests.

The room was nice, there were a few dirt scuffs on the wall but the bedding was clean. Wifi worked really well (the free version) and the location was great, since it's a smaller town we were able to walk everywhere. The front desk staff was very nice, and patient with my broken German. The only downsides were that the outside terrace was dirty with glasses and old cigarettes when we went outside for a drink, and the breakfast selection was small and they ran out of bread on the last day, which was most of their buffet.

Great stay as ever, we have stated here a few times before going through Blavk Forest on the bike. We felt let down because we don't normally pay to park the bike if it is not taking up a car space. This time we were charged 15 euro even though the bike was stuck in the corner near the exit. Had I known I was being charged I would have used a space!!!
