Beds had a very thin duvet cover which required two duvet covers for a double bed so in effect you had two covers that were very thin to cover your body. Common sense would say a couple sleeping together would want one big cover. Asked for big cover and said none, considering it’s a very cold climate at times there, no blankets provided. Asked at reception as no telephone in room and received a short reply that they don’t have them and that’s tough luck, they couldn’t care less. God help a couple on their honeymoon!!

Das Hotel ist schön modern renoviert, dennoch sieht man die alte Substanz des Hauses an Details wie Deckenhöhe, Fassade, Fenster und Balkone sowie Innentüren. Im Bad roch es unangenehm chemisch. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön.

Weder die Rezeption noch die Servicekräfte beim Frühstück konnten für uns im Restaurant fürs Abendessen reservieren, wir mussten (Zutritt Pachtvertrag Uhrzeit) im Restaurant vorbei gehen um dort direkt zu fragen. Das erwarte ich anders. Leider war es an beiden Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes letztlich nicht möglich im Restaurant einen Platz fürs Abendessen zu bekommen.

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön gestaltet mit Dampfbad und zwei Saunen sowie großem Innen-Pool. Einen Aussenbereich gibt es nicht.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, perfekt für lange Spaziergänge durch den Park zum Zentrum mit Casino und Trinkhalle. Es wurde kürzlich sehr geschmackvoll modernisiert und der Wellnessbereich mit großem Pool sowie Fitnessbereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet und funktional. Es gibt sogar eine Außenliegefläche. Zimmer verfügen über Balkon. Abstriche gibt’s bei der Rezeption: hier war das Personal eher professionell abhandelnd, als freundlich zuvorkommend; auch die Barbesetzung und das Angebot im Vergleich zu dem, was an alkoholischen Getränken vorhanden war, war enttäuschend und der Reinigungsservice: gleich zu Beginn wird man über das Hotel iPad gebeten, die Zimmerreinigung für die Dauer des Aufenthalts abzubestellen, zumindest aber für den ersten Tag. Wir haben dann nach 3 Tagen unser Schild morgens zwecks Reinigung an die Tür gehängt, am Nachmittag als wir vom Ausflug wiederkamen, hing das Schild immer noch. Dennoch ist das Personal sehr bemüht und insbesondere beim Frühstück sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Hôtel spa très adapté aux familles

Hôtel hyper classe très bien situé à baden baden. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Chambre très spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes et terrasse . Espace spa très chouette. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. L’hôtel est juste à côté du parc. C’est parfait pour de belles balades.

Tolle Mitarbeiter vor Ort

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, etwas gestört haben uns zu viele laute Kinder, deren Eltern sie vom Beckenrand springen lassen. Immerhin handelt es sich um ein Wellnesshotel und nichts um ein Spaßbad. Sehr schade, wenn man Erholung sucht.
Besonders loben möchten wir die Küche. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und wurden jeden Abend abwechslungsreich und kulinarisch verwöhnt.

We had a perfect stay with 1- and 4-year-old kids. Hotel, the rooms and spa are very nice. Not the newest ones, but still very good and clean. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The walk to the downtown baden baden is doable but lengthy. However, that didn't bother us and we hoped that could have stayed longer.

Nous étions en demie pension et la nourriture était très bonne
Bémol nous étions avec nos 2 enfants et aucun menu enfant donc soit ils mangent le menu 3 plats et dessert très / trop sophistiqué pour des enfants soit l’alternative c’est des pâtes sauce tomates avec une boule de glace. Quand vous restez plusieurs jours c’est un peu limite surtout au prix de la demie pension …
Très bon petit déjeuner et chambre confortable
Le parking et trop petit pour accueillir toutes les voitures donc nous n’avons jamais eu de places ( la rue permet de se stationner gratuitement mais à distance de l’hôtel )
Dernier point : la qualité de l’accueil , à peine aimable ( et ce même quand la chambre n’est pas prête à l’heure du Check in ) et le service trop lent ( 2 heures pour dîner …)
Nous sommes globalement satisfaits mais pas enthousiastes

Kann ich mit reinen gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Uns hat es sehr gefallen, die Zimmer top, vor allem das Bett super bequem.
Alles ziemlich gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ca.15 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, Parks, Museum usw.
Nur die Parkplätze waren etwas zu wenig.

Gutes Hotel, schöne Einrichtung. Sauber, gepflegt und einladend. Parkplätze sind gut belegt, aber wir konnten auch einen finden. Notfalls kann man auch in der Nähe der Straße entlang parken. Online Einchecken ging gut und schnell. Nur die Fragen im Online Chat wurden nie beantwortet. Abendessen war eine Katastrophe. 4-Gänge Menü wurde angeboten und uns wurde geraten zwischen 18 und 19 Uhr zu erscheinen, weil das Prozedere bestimmte Zeit in Anspruch nehmen wird. Das haben wir auch gemacht und sofort mit dem Salatbuffet begonnen. Hier schon waren die Schüsseln fast leer und auf das Nachfüllen musste man sehr lange warten. Dann über 30 Minuten auf die Suppe gewartet und mussten Personal suchen und ansprechen. Die haben zwar reagiert, aber waren sichtlich angespannt und sehr gestresst. Auf den Letzen Gang warteten wir ca 50 Minuten, obwohl vlt. noch 2 weitere Tische mit Gästen besetzt waren. Die Bedienung hat sich entschuldigt und meinte, dass es leider in der Küche zu lange dauert. Den letzten Gang aßen wir zwar, aber die Stimmung war echt im Keller. Schade das man für sein Geld nicht einen guten Service erhält. Frühstück war erfreulicherweise reichhaltig und lecker. Und ging bis 11 Uhr. Abreisen konnte man bis 12 Uhr, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Eigentlich sehr schöner Eindruck nach Renovierung, leider aber nur auf den ersten Blick:
- Die Heizung in unserem Zimmer, welche einen sehr herabgekommen Eindruck machte, hat, nachdem sie sehr laut rumorte, einfach abgeschaltet
- Fernseher im Zimmer lässt sich nicht zum Bett drehen
- Duschen im Spa sind nicht regulier bar: Entweder kochend heiss oder eiskalt-ich habe mich für eiskalt entschieden
- es gibt nirgends einen Ort um die Badetücher aufzuhängen
- Kein Tee oder Wasser im Spa
- Liegen im Spa sind alle mit nicht auswechselbarem Polster ausgestattet, daher leider nass, da sie bereits von anderen benutzt wurden logischerweise
- keine Badetücher im Spa
- Kein Föhn im Spa
- an der Reception wurden mir leider die Bademäntel erst gegeben, nachdem ich in meinem Zimmer im 5. Stock kontrolliert habe, ob dort wirklich keine sind. Sie wurden mir dann nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht sondern ich durfte sie selbst holen im 12:40 in der Nacht

Die Unterkunft wirbt mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Diese sind leider sehr begrenzt und so gab es für mich keinen Parkplatz mehr bei der Ankunft.
Das erste zugewiesende Zimmer sah beim Betreten bewohnt aus. Es lagen 2 benutzte Bademäntely sowie Kartons herum. Ich hatte um ein Doppelbett gebeten.
Da ich deshalb das Zimmer wechseln musste bekam ich im nächsten Zimmer leider nur 2 Einzelbetten. Außerdem war dieses Zimmer direkt am Aufzug und dementsprechend sehr laut.
