Nice small hotel. Room was equipped with a kitchenette (note that it was a microwave and not a true oven). Room was quite small though - very expensive for what you receive, priced at a 5 star rate but definitely not the Ritz!

Kan alleen maar zeggen, neem je eigen matras mee. Wij hebben een extra topper gekregen, maar zelfs dat was niet voldoende. Ze zijn ermee bezig, maar hoop niet als je dit jaar nog gaat, dat je op zo 'n zelfde matras lig. Je staat gebroken op en dat is nu net niet wat je wil op je vakantie.
Voor de rest, als je niet veel luxe wil, is dit een leuk 3-, en geen 4 sterren hotel.

Very nice hotel. The senic view You only get when renting the apartments. But apart from that nice rooms - not that big - but surely nice. The breakfast is the hotels highlight. Breakfast is excelent! The sauna-area is very good - not that big but high standart. Full recomendation!

neue Unterkunft mit winzigen Zimmern
Das einzig geräumige war, die Nasszelle! Das Zimmer ist für diesen Preis € 176,-- eine Zumutung. Kein Platz um den Koffer auszupacken, geschweige denn 2 Koffer. Schränke viel zu klein. Man frägt sich wie das im Winter mit Skiwäsche funktionieren soll. Keine Gardinen, sobald die Vorhänge offen sind, sehen einem die Nachbarn direkt ins Bett. Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ungenügend. Haben eine Nacht zuvor am Wörther-See genächtigt, € 10,,- günstiger aber mindestens die 3-fache Zimmergröße und einen großen Balkon mit Seeblick - einfach super! Das Zimmer war in der Nähe des Hauseingangs. Die Haustüre fiel jedes Mal unter lautem Geräusch zu. Ein leises Schließen ist nicht möglich. Diese Unterkunft werden wir niemals wieder betreten.

Second point, (l' on m'a installé au 1 er étage avec vu sur le jardin du voisin qui y travaillait ( environ 6 mètres et à même hauteur ) donc mon bref séjour c'est passé rideau de nuit tirés...) Bon pour une nuit je ne dirai rien mais pas pour des vacances en famille plusieurs jours...

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Interiordesign ist modern, stylisch und dennoch gemütlich für ein Berghotel und die Region. In den Appartments wurde an alles gedacht und das Kochen in der Wohnküche machte einfach Freude, weil alles vorhanden ist und die Accessoires auch noch ästhetisch liebevoll kombiniert wurden.
Den großen Balkon mit Panoramablick haben wir zwar im Winter nicht benötigt, ist aber im Sommer bestimmt ein Highlight für gemütliche Abende.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig und stets frisch, der Nachmittagstee bietet immer wieder andere kleine Kuchen, die ausgezeichnet schmecken.

I spent one night at the Avenida Panorama Suites after a day of sightseeing in the Bechtesgaden and Zell Am See region. We had a double room with balcony in the newly built annex, and the room was, albeit small, really nice, bright and fresh. Everything in the mini bar was included the first night, and as guests we were also given free Zell Am See summer cards, entitling us to discounts etc. in the Zell Am See region for the time of our stay. The staff was furthermore very welcoming and informative.
The hotel did not have any restaurant itself, but there were several restaurants nearby. We took a ten minutes (slow) walk to the Dorfstadl serving local dishes in a cosy and traditional environment.
We looked for hotels in Kaprun as we were planning to visit the Sigmund-Thun Gorge in Kaprun, which turned out to be just a five minutes drive from the hotel.
All in all we were very pleased with our stay at the Avenida Panorama Suites, and can recommend it to anybody passing by, or staying a longer time.
