I didn't like the hotel at all, it's not obviously a 4 stars superior, it's maximum a 3 stars. The room is too small, swimming pool too small either, always over crowded and with no sun beds available most of the time. The room was never properly cleaned, just superficially. The food was ok but not exceptional for a 4 stars superior. Trays run out of food and not replaced enough, an hour before they closed did not put any more food. Parking too expensive, 15 euros/day, it should have been free. Drinks were too expensive. Views from the room were awful. Will never go back. No good value for money. Paid for a 4 stars superior and only got 3 stars

Seemed modern, clean, safe neighbourhood, view of the castle, the pleasant receptionist spoke good English, and the rooms were big with modern bathrooms. Good parking underground but cost 12 Euros. The breakfast looked great, Unfortunately, we'd had a bout of illness and didn't look at dinner and couldn't eat more than dry toast and tea at breakfast. In fact, we had to cancel the first of our 2 planned nights 2 days ahead due to the illness but were charged anyway (as per the contract but gee... the hotel we were at called the ambulance for us and then called Papa Luna to explain and cancel, but, nada, too bad, so sad). Had to wait an hour to check out because a tour bus was checking in - surely they knew when it was coming and could have provided more staff? Still, we'd go back and try them again.

We booked this hotel at the last minute to cut down our driving time between Rojales and Barcelona. The hotel was right were we wanted to be. When we arrived the staff at check-in staff was good. Beach was right across the beach and very nice. Great afternoon break. The rooms very small but clean. The price included 1/2 board and was satisfactory for breakfast. Would recommend.

The hotel is an easy walk from the old town and front line to the beach so couldn't have chosen a better location. The quality and cleanliness of the building is fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. We were full board and were very impressed by the food which was buffet style. Las hamacas con toldo que tienen concertadas en la playa. No hay espacio material para poder moverte, para levantarte tienes que meterte en los pocos cm. de la hamaca del vecino. Como sardinas en lata. Para quien va a Peñíscola sobre todo por la playa como es mi caso, es una fena, porque estás encajonado en un espacio en el que no te puedes mover. Yo ni siquiera fui el ultimo dia a la playa a pesar de tener reservada la hamaca y de tener que pagarla en el hotel. Preferi perder el dinero. Las vacaciones me las fastidiaron por esa racanería con el espacio. Y desde luego.no volvería, una pena.

Personal de recepción poco empatico. El día q nos íbamos para aprovechar el día en la playa pedimos q nos dejaran duchar aunque fuera en la ducha de la piscina para quitarnos las sal (ya que por el COVID no hay servicio de habitación de cortesía) y nos dejaron hasta las 16h, lo mismo q con el parking del coche. Cuando íbamos a hacer uso de un servicio el hotel extra que es el spa a las 18h. Creo q no les hubiera costado nada habernos dejado hasta terminar el spa. Me parece un poco ridiculo por su parte por 3 h más q era. En cuanto a la cafetería si se echaba de menos una televisión. Por lo demás genial. Comida excelente, variada. Personal de animación encantador e ideal para los niños. Ubicación, genial.

La relación calidad-precio es excelente ya que por un pequeño suplemento tienes una pensión completa con variedad y calidad suficiente si no eres un gourmet. Los arroces en general muy ricos para ser de buffet y el desayuno abundante y delicioso.
La animación nocturna es para gente con edades de tener nietos, pero está al lado mismo del pueblo para quien quiera algo más movido. El público en general muy variado, desde parejas jóvenes a gente mayor, y alguna familia con hijos.

La verdad es q todo me gustó el hotel está muy bien y el buffet de lo mejor nos ha encantado muchísima variedad lo mismo en comida q en postres y fruta si vuelvo a Peñíscola no dudaré q hotel elegir además está muy bien situado lo único el aparcamiento q en el hotel me parece muy caro menos mal q se puede aparcar donde está el camping edén es un paseíto pero hay bastante sitio donde aparcar al hotel le doy un 9 pero solo por q es muy caro el parking

Séjour très apprécié en famille, rien à redire sur la qualité des prestations de l'hôtel :
- le personnel est très accueillant.
- la chambre est confortable; il manque peut-être un étendoir supplémentaire afin d'étendre les serviettes de plage.
- la nourriture est diversifiée et de qualité. Avons bien apprécié le jus d'orange fait maison le matin.
- la proximité de la plage était un atout supplémentaire, qui d'ailleurs est très propre ainsi que l'eau (nous ne pouvons pas en dire des plages situées plus au Nord du pays.
- l'eau de la piscine en revanche était un peu trop froide à notre goût, aussi, nous avons préféré la plage.
- le spa que nous avons fait une fois était bien agréable et avons apprécié la vue sur la mer.
Bref nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances.
- le personnel est très accueillant.

- la proximité de la plage était un atout supplémentaire, qui d'ailleurs est très propre ainsi que l'eau (nous ne pouvons pas en dire des plages situées plus au Nord du pays.
- l'eau de la piscine en revanche était un peu trop froide à notre goût, aussi, nous avons préféré la plage.
- le spa que nous avons fait une fois était bien agréable et avons apprécié la vue sur la mer.
Bref nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances.
