Room was clean, spacious, great for family with a small kid, great location, beautiful views from the room on the top floor, receptionists were very polite. Shout out to Karina who went above and beyond with her welcome smile, and smooth check in. Natalie who was very accommodating as well. Everyone speaks English. The air conditioning in the bedroom was not working too well. It was more like a fan rather than an AC, but in the living it was a little better where my son was sleeping. The gym and swimming areas could be improved. There’s not a “real” gym in the hotel. The pool was clean, but the bathroom in the pool area was not very clean. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel because there’s a great supermarket 2 blocks from the hotel where we could buy snacks and pastries and eat in the room. The kitchen was fully equipped, well functioning, clean and the complementary Nespresso coffee was a touch. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Well recommended.

Disappointing infrastructure—not a 4-star experience
Spent 4 days here for a Paris holiday. The property is clean and bright, but the lifts and AC were a complete nightmare. Only one elevator was working for the entire 31-floor building. During peak times, expect a 10-minute ordeal just to get to a room on the upper floors.
The AC was incredibly slow to cool the room and made a horrible noise, which is the last thing you want after a hot day of sightseeing. Additionally, the dishwasher racks and some kitchen pans were rusted. An \"okay\" stay at best, but definitely not 4-star quality

Stayed for 4 nights with a family of four, however there were no housekeeping. One of the two available lifts were also out of order during the entire stay. Other than these feedback , the hotel is in an excellent location , about 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. There is also a Galaries Lafayette dept store 5 mins walk away and many nearby restaurants and cafe.

after a long flight from the USA check in was easy. First room had a leak, maintenance opened the door to our room after 2 knocks at 10am. We requested another room. Second room smelled horrible. Beds just had fitted sheets no sheet to actually cover yourself with. Only one elevated was working on my side of the building. Other then the close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, I would not stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and my room was cleaned only once during my entire stay. Even that single cleaning did not happen as scheduled-I had to make multiple requests before housekeeping finally came.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The elevator was out of service, causing ongoing inconvenience. To make matters worse, the air conditioning broke down during temperatures above 90F,and there were frequent power outages throughout my stay.

Given the price and expectations of a hotel stay, these issues were unacceptable. Aside from the convenient location and transportation access, I found very little positive about this porperty and would nat recommend it.

The breakfast was great. The laundry facilities were broken and terrible. We had to waste one morning of sightseeing to do laundry at an outside service. They need more elevators at check out as we waited four cycles to check out and bring our luggage down because it was so packed. Rooms were small for four people but good enough. Didn’t ask for Eiffel Tower view but got one anyway with partial blockage by surrounding buildings. Area was not vintage Paris streets more like a 1970s feel safe but not beautiful. Front door under a large overpass like bridge but overall not bad except laundry being broken and not getting fixed even though they kept promising it would was pretty disappointing. Would have been great except for that

Didn’t have breakfast. Room was great for us 3. Great view onto the Seine. A/C didn’t work in the separate bed room. But, everything was spacious for us and bathroom modern and clean!

Gym is a joke. There were 2 weights in there, one 7kg and another 8kg…. Go figure. The pool was as well nothing to write home about.. a basement hole

The listing implies a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, but despite requesting a high floor in advance, we were placed on level 9 with only a tiny sliver of a view. It was quite disappointing.

Also when I asked the receptionist about the filtered water machine not working, the receptionist dismissively replied, \"How would I know? I’m over here and it’s over there,\" which made me feel uncomfortable for even asking a simple question.

An elevator was down for the entire duration of our stay. We tried to use the other elevator only to find out there was no way to cross over to our side. Seems like this is an issue because it’s mentioned in other reviews. I should have been a bit more wary.

There was a dirty towel in the middle of the bathroom and a brown, suspicious stain on the living room rug. We were also missing coffee for the coffee maker.

Everytime we were in the lobby, it reeked of cigarette smoke. No one was regulating people smoking outside so the smell was wafting inside.

The front desk staff was nice. Easy check in and check out. They were kind enough to not charge us a late fee since we had to wait 30 min to go down on the elevator (it was always full).

The location is not too bad of a walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are food stalls along the way. Pretty convenient, especially if you’re using a tour bus or boat.

You get what you pay for. It’s good in terms of location and the room is spacious but service isn’t great, you don’t get housekeeping and the rooms are very very worn down with toilets smelling of the sewer. It’s average and we would not stay here again.

We had an eiffel tower view and it did not disappoint!!! The room was very clean and well maintained. Its a 2 minute walk to the grocery store and a mall. And and 8 minute walk to the train.
There was only a couple minor things we had issues with. 1. If you arrive early there is a place to store yourl luggage but the room is small and you have to pay for it.(We did learn you have to pay for pubic toilets too so in hindsight I guess its not that suprising but it was at the time.) 2. They AC didn’t work amazingly and had to have somone come fix it. And 3, and the most disappointing was the pool. The photos make it look much nicer and bigger than it was. My teens took one look at it and said there was no point nad we left.
But for the view and the room I would stay here again.

Overall the experience was good. I would of gave 5 stars but they failed to meet that standard to receive that. here are some areas needed for improvement.

1. the central air and heating did not work. I called to have someone come fix it and they never came.

2. the shower head was broken and would only point to the wall. No matter what i did it had kept pointing all the water to the wall.

3. I was told was no other rooms and they were sold out. so I was stuck in a stuff hot room and all they had was fans blowing hot air. Windows didnt open so no air flow.

If the room would of had these simple things it would be a 5. I hope they fix this by summer because if you get that room you will die.

Not sure where to start. First the bathroom shower leaks water. Had to put a towel on place to catch the water from dripping out of it. Learned this the hard way the first time we used it. Next is the bed. The most uncomfortable bed we have slept in. This needs to be changed asap. Next just two coffee pods for a five night stay. When I asked they say we need to purchase them. Not thrilled about that. They also only provide minimum shower towels. If you want more you need to go to reception to get them. The only good thing is the views from our room. This was room 2602. I would not recommend staying here. For the price I will find another place to stay. Maybe it was just this room but if it is then it must be updated asap.

Very good, stayed for 5 nights (Feb 5-10) at 27th floor apartment style 1br with living, dining and kitchenette. Room was clean, however I noticed some deferred maintenance such as heated towel rack in bathroom was not working, drain in shower was not working well, had to remove the drain cover so that water would drain properly, water spout cover in tub fell apart, I also wish there was shower curtain or door, I hate wet bathrooms; plug and vanity lamp in bedroom were non functional, fridge door connected to cabinet was scraping the floor-had to pull the door upward with some effort as not to scratch the floor whenever i have to access the fridge. Seems like minor fixes needed. Overall stay was pleasant, lots of room! Hotel was close to stores, some restaurants, Eiffel tower probably 20-30 minute walk, we took uber/bolt, took around 5-10 minutes. We prefer uber/bolt to get around. Area was not crazy busy, seems safe walking in the early morning and late at night with family. Front desk people were friendly. I would stay here again.

Our only two issues:
1) The shower needs a door, a curtain, or better grout. No matter how we showered, water got all over the floor, even if we tried to shower in the very small corner of the shower pointed away from the shower opening.

2) The laundry was convenient, but expensive. 11 euros in total for a single wash/dry.

We were beyond elated by our experience at this hotel/apartment! There were ample closet, tons of space, in Florida ceiling windows with amazing views! The staff was courteous and helpful. They even provided floor fans for us for our stay! The location was exactly what anyone would want, as well! It was a seven minute walk to the trains that could take us anywhere in the city! We were also only a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower! We would definitely stay here again! I feel that this experience has definitely spoiled us for any future Europe trip we will be taking!

Room (studio apartment) was super spacious and clean. Bathroom had some water leaking issues, but overall, nicely appointed bath and kitchenette. The location, just steps from Beaugrenelle shopping street, is unbeatable. Not a far walk to the main metro (Charles Martin). Hotel is quiet and clean. Elevator (Rive Gauche side, at least) can take some time during the busy periods (check in and check out)... and when I was there, only one of the two elevators was working... but overall, a lovely aparthotel and I will stay again.

The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 4. All the amenities, the cleanliness, location, staff, etc. Highly recommended!!!!! Its like a home away from home! The location is perfect! 15 mins away from Tour Eiffel walking, very close to two metro stations, supermarket around the corner, many choices for dining, safe surrounding, many shopping stores!!! The location is really good - close to the metro, supermarkets etc.
The apartment itself was great, but some of the facilities are showing signs of age - the laundry was not available with no indication of when it was likely to be fixed, and one of the two elevators serving the left side was not working for the week I was there. 30 floors of apartments. Sometimes the wait was very long, especially when it had already filled by the time it got to my floor and 13 flights of stairs was the quicker option.
