Hotel is in a good location and staff were friendly and helpful. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, in a 1 bedroom apartment. We had plenty of space. Metro station and large Monoprix close by.

Not sure where to start. First the bathroom shower leaks water. Had to put a towel on place to catch the water from dripping out of it. Learned this the hard way the first time we used it. Next is the bed. The most uncomfortable bed we have slept in. This needs to be changed asap. Next just two coffee pods for a five night stay. When I asked they say we need to purchase them. Not thrilled about that. They also only provide minimum shower towels. If you want more you need to go to reception to get them. The only good thing is the views from our room. This was room 2602. I would not recommend staying here. For the price I will find another place to stay. Maybe it was just this room but if it is then it must be updated asap.

Very good, stayed for 5 nights (Feb 5-10) at 27th floor apartment style 1br with living, dining and kitchenette. Room was clean, however I noticed some deferred maintenance such as heated towel rack in bathroom was not working, drain in shower was not working well, had to remove the drain cover so that water would drain properly, water spout cover in tub fell apart, I also wish there was shower curtain or door, I hate wet bathrooms; plug and vanity lamp in bedroom were non functional, fridge door connected to cabinet was scraping the floor-had to pull the door upward with some effort as not to scratch the floor whenever i have to access the fridge. Seems like minor fixes needed. Overall stay was pleasant, lots of room! Hotel was close to stores, some restaurants, Eiffel tower probably 20-30 minute walk, we took uber/bolt, took around 5-10 minutes. We prefer uber/bolt to get around. Area was not crazy busy, seems safe walking in the early morning and late at night with family. Front desk people were friendly. I would stay here again.

Our only two issues:
1) The shower needs a door, a curtain, or better grout. No matter how we showered, water got all over the floor, even if we tried to shower in the very small corner of the shower pointed away from the shower opening.
2) The laundry was convenient, but expensive. 11 euros in total for a single wash/dry.

We were beyond elated by our experience at this hotel/apartment! There were ample closet, tons of space, in Florida ceiling windows with amazing views! The staff was courteous and helpful. They even provided floor fans for us for our stay! The location was exactly what anyone would want, as well! It was a seven minute walk to the trains that could take us anywhere in the city! We were also only a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower! We would definitely stay here again! I feel that this experience has definitely spoiled us for any future Europe trip we will be taking!

Room (studio apartment) was super spacious and clean. Bathroom had some water leaking issues, but overall, nicely appointed bath and kitchenette. The location, just steps from Beaugrenelle shopping street, is unbeatable. Not a far walk to the main metro (Charles Martin). Hotel is quiet and clean. Elevator (Rive Gauche side, at least) can take some time during the busy periods (check in and check out)... and when I was there, only one of the two elevators was working... but overall, a lovely aparthotel and I will stay again.

The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 4. All the amenities, the cleanliness, location, staff, etc. Highly recommended!!!!! Its like a home away from home! The location is perfect! 15 mins away from Tour Eiffel walking, very close to two metro stations, supermarket around the corner, many choices for dining, safe surrounding, many shopping stores!!! Just perfect! We were there for 5 nights!

When we asked about the pool opening times, we were looked at quite blankly and then told that it was out of service (one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel). On the website it advertised that there was a pool when in fact no pool. Also it mentions that there was luggage storage which there was but you had to rent a locker for it. Plus only 1 of the 3 bathrooms lights worked properly.

The room was clean and spacious. Has free wi-fi and that worked well. We didn’t realize that they would not be cleaning the rooms, and wanted to charge for extra towels because there was three of us. The area around the hotel is close to restaurants and out of the busy areas. It is farther away to all of the attractions beside the Eiffel Tower. It is a great option if you plan to eat some in the room. You just need to adjust for the cost of taking transportation.

We enjoyed the studio-styled apartment room and the close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the train, the grocery store and other options as advertised and indicated by the other reviews. However, there STILL was only one elevator working…for whatever reason the second elevator was still out-of-order. From the other reviews this issue doesn’t seem to be getting resolved anytime soon. But the one working elevator is quite large and the wait times weren’t too long.
And, while the front desk staff was nice enough we felt a bit nickled-and-dimed for lots of things that are standard at most hotels. But, other than that we’d probably stay there again, if for nothing else — the location.

In my entire stay there, only one elevator worked. So it took forever to get on an elevator. Also, my air conditioner did not work the entire stay. The hallways in the hotel was also very hot.

We stayed in an awesome accommodation and really enjoyed it. We would have appreciated some more friendliness from the majority of the staff but we understood that not speaking a ton of French made it difficult but some more grace would have been appreciated. The apartment also had stairs in the room which I was not previously aware of through the booking of the hotel this was okay but if my parents were in need of any more assistance it would not have worked out for us. Overall, this was great, but perhaps an update to the apartment photos with all areas of the apartment would be good.

In general it was a good hotel. Clean , comfortable and not far from the Eiffel Tower about 19 minutes walking . The area is safe to walk and it’s convenient. I did not know that they do not provide toilet treats and had to buy extra toilet paper. The o my annoying thing is that o let one elevator works and appeared that it’s been like that for a while . Other than that I think is a good place to stay.

We secured a 1 bedroom suite with the full view of the Eiffel Tower from 3 separate windows and 270 degree view of Paris from dining. What an amazing view it was! Four people slept well, pull out couch was cozy too. Staff were quick to respond to delayed arrival. Hotel is 5 min walk from large grocery store, coffee, shopping and 2 - Metro stops. Great children's park near hotel.

This part hotel is going to be my little home away from home in Paris. It is close to public transportation, and the bus route is right out the front door. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. The staff at the apartment hotel were very nice. They even helped my girlfriend and I put together our transit cards by taking a photocopy of the photos on our passport and giving us tape to fix a photo to the transit card. There’s a little store inside the apartment hotel, as well as a lending library and a coffee shop. Right across the street there are two restaurants. Right next-door there is a grocery store. I would definitely stay there again. Loved our Eiffel Tower view.

The presentation in expedia is different than the actual hotel, bathroom is so small we were at the 24 floor and the elevator was broken for 2 days. The bathroom ceiling was broken too. The only good thing is that it’s walkable distance to Eiffel tower

Transportation access is great. Bus #30 stops in front of hotel which is very convenient plus it also takes you to the foot of Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe. Other buses near hotel will also take you to many major tourist attractions/ places in Paris.

Generous space for the price given it is Paris. Excellent for longer stays because of the kitchenette, the table and chairs and room to move around. Bring your own toiletries esp shampoo n conditioner. They provide a one-in-all which may not be sufficient for some. Housekeeping only once a week but that’s ok for privacy. Nespresso machine provided but no pods. Shop at Monoprix nearby for your supplies and fill your fridge. Safe provided. Water pressure decent but drainage slow. Remove drain hole cover. Paid Locker storage for late flights. Location excellent for le cordon bleu. Bus 30 stops right outside hotel and has a very scenic route. 5-10 min to metro stations. Surroundings can look a little sketchy due to a nearby sporting centre covering the roads leading to hotel. Korean supermarket around the corner is excellent.

Good communication, sorted a room to our request. Good view of The Eiffel Tower. Room was poorly maintained, rusty dishwasher rack, bath panel falling off, hole in the toilet wall plaster, signs of mould on the grout between tiles in the bathroom. In general the whole hotel feels a little dated with stains on carpets and damaged lift buttons etc. The entrance to the hotel is via an underpass which is not appealing and the area gets pretty smelly. Close to the number 30 bus and a nice ‘high’ street with shops, restaurants and cafes. Disappointing.

Location was great. It is 15 minutes walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Having said that, the area around the apartment complex was dirty. There was a street corner where trash was dumped, including someone’s toilet, and it was sitting there for the whole one and a half week that we were at the hotel. The rooms are very cramped and I would not recommend getting a one bedroom suite for a family of four even though the description says it can sleep four. There just isn’t enough space for four people and all of their luggage in such a room. Hotel staff were polite, but unhelpful when a problem occurs. We had an issue with the only toilet going bad in the middle of the night and they told us they could do nothing until the next morning and even tried to blame the problem on us. They ended up letting us switch rooms, but it was annoying that this was only after we kept arguing and insisting. Also, we had to do the switch in the middle of the night, and there was no luggage cart and no help available. I will qualify this review by admitting that this is the first time we have stayed at a hotel in Paris and we are not sure if this is pretty standard for Parisian hotels.

Stay was good. The hotel doesn’t offer shower gel, shampoo and conditioners. That was very misleading since it said “free toiletries”. Also we paid for a king bed and we got a queen bed. Wasn’t too impressed with the AC either. It wasn’t cooling the apartment and we were very not at night. I don’t know if that’s the French culture but it was very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a good stay except those few things I mentioned. The view was amazing since we booked the Eiffel Tower view.

Everyone was very nice, location is 10m to effilé tower, close to indoor shopping mall with indoor movie theatre, local market, bowling alley. Extra security to enter after certain hours with your key card which I appreciate. There are some homeless people around the corner on mattresses. Taxis line up out front, easy location for getting an Uber. If you stay 8 days or more you will receive a cleaning service for your suite. or pay $8e for light cleaning. The AC while available is extremely low low when it’s at the highest setting. With a kitchen was option, fridge and sink to cook, and heat something up in the micro. No coffee or tea are left although there is an empty box of nespresso offering. Wish the window could open for some fresh air and a breeze, luckily we didn’t cook, it would be warmer in the room. The elevator and property while everyone was being attentive with repairs, always see them cleaning and maintaining complimentary fruit water was a nice touch. 2 elevators for over 30 floors, but if you walk through to the stair case can access another two elevators. the last evening, I went to do laundry. 7 machines were out of order. leaving two for washing and one for drying. Must have euro coins to wash $7euro + $4euro dry (17m) I did two dry cycles and 1/2 my load was still wet. I took to the room as there is a line of people waiting their turn. I used the hair drier to dry before packing into luggage.
