We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel’s location directly across from the airport was extremely convenient, especially for our early flight. We also really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service that dropped us off right at the departure doors early in the morning. It made traveling so much easier. Highly recommend!

New Hotel. Super clean and will cared for. A little pricey by Mexican standards and the thermostat either didn't work or was overly complicated I couldn't get to the temperature I wanted. The rooftop restaurant was excellent. Most of the Staff though were as cold as ice.

The whole place is controlled by the military. There are no Ubers, so you have to pay for the official taxi if you want to move around. I paid over 70 usd for a 50 min trip which is outrageous for Mexican standards. The hotel itself is ok, but overpriced (again for Mexican standards). The walls are thin, I could hear the neighbors’ baby crying several parts of the night. I’ll never go back to this weird place in the middle of nowhere.

The room was beautiful and the staff nice. The only thing is when I checked in, the young man asked for my id, and he did not return my passport. I had traveled from Puebla plus the hour trip from the ADO bus so I was exhausted and forgot to make sure I had it. No one called me to tell me my passport was left in the front.

Restaurant downstairs had nice buffet albeit pricey. Upstairs restaurant…not many vegetarian options. Food was not well seasoned and vegetables undercooked. I provided my opinion directly to staff…easily the worst meal in my 54 days traveling thru Mexico.

My complaints are that the gym wasn't open early, and coffee/restaurant for breakfast wasn't open early. It's an airport hotel, obviously many guests need to leave early for flights. I pre-paid for our breakfast but basically threw the money in the trash because like many guests, we needed to leave before the restaurant opened. It was a real disappointment. Also, in the restaurant above, we had to pay a ridiculous price for coffee, because no refills, and $3.50 U.S. for each small cup. These policies do nothing to encourage customer loyalty.

After this stay I will avoid flying in and out of this airport. We are a family of 5 with smaller children, so we require 2 rooms, which is fine vir a hassle. The hotel does not have adjoining rooms, that is a negative as our luggage is intermingled and we had to run up and down the hallway to get things. The AC in one of our rooms only cooled to 23.5 with 70% humidity. We got in at 10PM and gave the bright shiny hotel the benefit of the doubt that it had just been off…it was slightly miserable. Finally, the morning front desk staff person was not friendly. I had a migraine from the heat and my Spanish was a mess, and her English was not strong. But a smile, instead of the snark face would have been appreciated especially when we were hot from no AC.

Excellent service on the from desk, it was exactly what we were expecting (same quality like in the US) room was clean and since we got double queen size it was spacious, one thing is that we didn’t see was coffee in the lobby, but we had it at room. One more thing is that there is not enough signs to get from AIFA AEROPUERT to the Hotel, we could see at the distance but we were lost for a while. Besides that everything is perfect.

First time staying and landing at this new Felipe Ángeles Airport. I must say I loved it! The place was spotless clean and quiet for a nice rest. The food at the bar was amazing, must try the beef empanadas. Yummmm even took some to go and bring home. Definitely recommend the stay as I will probably be landing there everytime, not congested like the city. You can’t even hear the planes. Amazing !

I flew in to the AIFA airport from Houston and then caught another flight to Tulum on the next day.
So much to like about this hotel. Very safe, fully staffed, super-clean, very comfortable, walking distance to airport lobby, though a free shuttle is available. The outdoor areas are awesome for walking around going for a stroll. I highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible smell

Everything was fine with my stay. I checked in late and had an early flight the next morning. The room was basic but clean and comfortable enough. Loved the convenient location and walkway to the new airport in Mexico City! Hotel is new with modern decor and lots of USB ports :) Only inconvenience is that the breakfast is not a buffet. We didn’t make time for a leisurely breakfast and even asking for a coffee-to-go took longer than expected. They aren’t prepared for guests to take a coffee. Other than that, great place!

Just a simple and safe walk from airport. They also have vans for transportation to and from hotel. Our room was very clean and our balcony was huge. They also had a good selection at their breakfast buffet. And offer 24/7 room service which we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend

Nice hotel at the airport but only for flights in and out of Mexico. 33 km from Mexico City main airport and activities for business or tourism.
They don't allow Uber to pick up at airport or hotel. Inexpensive Bus transport which is ok and airport taxis which are. Will avoid using this airport if at all possible.

This hotel has no doors to the bathroom, beware! There is a glass divider that doesn’t lock and doesn’t shut like a door would. If you’re sharing room with anyone, you should stay elsewhere. Front desk staff is not well trained and not helpful at all. No respect for the guests.
