Since the moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We were aware we got there way before check in. However, they made us feel at home and as soon as the room was ready, they allowed us to check in. The food here was really good and the activities they offer were really fun and adventurous. Gustavo was a great guide! Fun, funny, and caring. We made a new friend! My wife and I celebrated our 1st year anniversary and we have so many wonderful memories to bring back home. Armando, thank you for making us feel at home. We will definitely come back.

1. The curtains on the windows are handmade. They are very charming, but do not block out light and definitely don’t fully cover the windows for privacy.
2. The pool lights are very, very bright. Like obnoxiously so. Because the curtains don’t really work, two couples in our group said it was like trying to sleep in a discoteca.
3. In two of the rooms, there was a speaker just outside the doors. The music was too loud and kept going well into the night. We had an early morning getting on the train, so that kind of sucked.
The last thing of note isn’t really a criticism. We knew it when we booked it, but it might be helpful for other travelers: The property is a little outside of the town center. It’s walkable, but it’s maybe a 10 to 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants and it’s in an area without much lighting at night. If you are traveling on El Chepe, you will probably want to arrange car transport to and from the station.

We were a group of 7 from 84 to 45 years of age range. We got 3 rooms and the stay was just what we needed. They provided a shuttle to pick us up from the train El Chepe. And we got a tour from them as well as a ride to the airport. Excellent guides and the breakfast that was included was delicious!

For the area it was decent. Staff was friendly enough and helpful. Rooms are lodge-y BUT there are NO spa services available! They need to delete that part. Breakfast was good and included.

The hotel was beautiful but the room was a mess. There was no A/C and the drain wasn't working. Also there is no secure parking and the breakfast had no variety.

The hotel is really nice, however the staff didn't give us correct instructions as to where the room was. The rooms are named not numbered, so we entered the wrong room. Later as we returned from eating we couldn't get back in the room. No instructions were given as to where the WIFI password was. The parking was on an unsecured dirt lot. BTW the hotel is not finished being built we there was construction materials in both the parking area as well as the end on a balcony. The pool had no water, but the hotel did.

Excelente opción para Creel, está un poco alejada del centro y por ello es mejor para descansar. La distancia al centro no es problema para ir y venir pues te recogen de la estación de trenes y te llevan todos los días sin coste al centro. El desayuno casero y bueno y se ajustan a tu horario, por ejemplo si sales temprano a un tour, te hacen el desayuno más temprano. El personal es muy amable y te resuelve todos Los problemas y dudas, además te ofrecen los tours más conocidos a precios razonables. Cuando regrese a Creel me volveré a hospedar aquí

Lo único que no me gustó es que la ubicación mostrada en Expedia no corresponde a la real: el hotel está aproximadamente a 1 km de donde aparece en el mapa, en una zona alejada de los restaurantes y de la avenida principal. Esto afectó la experiencia que buscábamos, ya que solo nos hospedaríamos una noche y queríamos algo más céntrico.
Por esta razón, considero que la tarifa es algo alta en comparación con otras opciones que sí están cerca de la calle principal. En resumen, el hotel en sí es muy lindo y cómodo, pero la ubicación publicada en Expedia resulta engañosa.

El desayuno incluido fue muy bueno, con opciones variadas cada día de nuestra estancia.
Otro detalle que nos sorprendió muy gratamente fue el ponche de cortesía que nos ofrecieron al momento del check in, y que pudimos seguir disfrutando durante nuestra reserva.

Las instalaciones son razonables, pero dejan que los huéspedes usen el patio interior para hacer picnic, asar carnes y tomar alcohol. Más que un hotel “ boutique “ es un albergue o campamento….NO lo recomiendo . Que lástima!!!

Nos gustó la seguridad, tranquilidad y atencion del personal, muy buenas y bonitas instalaciones, piscina y jacuzzi comodos y limpios, de nuestros inconvenientes es que no contaron con el menú completo durante nuestra estancia, y no hay acceso ni prioridad en recamaras en planta baja para personas con discapacidad.

Hermoso hotel boutique, mi esposa quedo fascinada. Esta algo retirado del centro pero el hotel ofrece servicio de transporte para llevarte sin problema. Tomamos el paseo en jeep para un picnic increíble por la mañana con mimosas en medio del bosque y fue increíble.

Maravilloso hotel, pero lo más excepcional es el personal que ahí trabaja, siempre atentos y súper amables, el jacuzzi con el agua calientita es muy agradable, cuentan con calefacción en todas las habitaciones y el desayuno es algo DELICIOSO! No están cerca del dentro pero te llevan en una camioneta y van por ti hasta allá.
