Set among the red dunes of Wadi Rum, Hasan Zawaideh Camp offers private and shared Bedouin-style tents and an excellent location to explore the Jordanian Desert. Hasan Zawaideh’s staff organise jeep and camel trips to admire the Seven Pillars of Wisdom.
They offer a special tour which follows the route of Lawrence of Arabia invading Aqaba. In the evenings, guests can sit around the camp fire and taste authentic, freshly prepared Bedouin dishes.
The tents of Hasan Zawaideh are decorated with oriental carpets and colourful bed covers. Thick wool blankets are provided against the cold desert nights.
Located in Wadi Rum, Hasan Zawaideh Camp is a 1-minute drive from Wadi Rum Protected Area and 6 minutes from Deeseh Knowledge Station. This tentalow is 6.2 mi (10 km) from Wadi Rum Visitor Center and 10.5 mi (16.9 km) from Burrah Canyon.

The deluxe cabin was excellent. Very comfortable, nice bathroom, and really good AC. Convenient parking off the main road without having to drive into Wadi Rum. The food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the dinners, where delicious chicken and lamb were served along with great salads.

I absolutely loved my stay at this camp. All the staff were kind and accommodating. The food especially was excellent. I stayed in one of the Martian Tents and it was just so relaxing and beautiful. For the excursion I did the 3 hour jeep ride in the desert, and saw the sunset. A perfect time was had all around. I highly recommend this camp! I will definitely be back inshallah.

Everything was wonderful! We did a sunset tour and a morning camel ride. The food was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and the martian tent was a dream come true. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at this property. This may not be the most luxurious of all the bubble tent ones in the area, but it is probably the best value for your money. The Mars tent was really nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the common grounds were really nice and well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful and they wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
The best part was all the extra stuff they help arrange for you. We did a fantastic 4x4 drive in the back of a pick up truck through the desert. The guide was so incredibly nice and stopped at spots that made for fantastic pictures and memories. We then got to watch the sun set over the rocks from the desert. It was beautiful. They also offered camel rides and star gazing with high powered telescopes.
If I had to provide any feedback: The food was ok. Lunch options are not good (so eat before you get there). The dinner had a lot of options, but you have to go into this place as a luxury CAMPGROUND, not a luxury hotel. Then your expectations will be fine.

I stayed at Camp 2 and the tents are awesome, clean and comfortable. Their location is also very nice. The Manager is also very nice and hospitable. However, lighting to my tent was not there at night, the staff at the camp do not speak or understand english and communication was difficult, no drinking water was provided in the rooms and the tranport vehicle from Camp 2 to Camp 1 was not on time or appropriate. The driver of the vehicle was a monor which was very risky.

From the location, which was easy to get to, to warm hospitality, to amazing food and of course the actual experience of the desert... this was one of my highlight of the whole trip to Jordan. This is a must do activity. And I would strongly recommend it to everyone.

Zimmer war in Ordnung, könnte aber eine \"Renovierung\" vertragen, aber für eine Nacht war es ok, Toilette hatte aber ein Problem (Klo funktionierte nicht ordentlich, aber Abendessen war super und auch die Unterhaltung am Abend mit Livemusik war ganz toll sowie auch die Wüstensafari, da wurde auch Rücksicht auf Schwangerschaft und Kleinkinder genommen, Frühstück war ok.

Te lo ofrecen como un \"Luxury\", uno entiende que es sólo un nombre, pero todo está muy sucio. Contratamos una burbuja y el baño olía mucho a orines, el área de la regadera estaba muy sucia, el lavabo se veía que nunca lo habían lavado, el refrigerador tenía moho y aún se veía nuevo. En fin todo muy descuidado.

Martian Tents is a must!
If you are traveling to Wadi Musa, staying in one of the Martian Tents is a must. It almost feels like staying on Mars, and the view from the bed is incredible. Wifi coverage in the room. This is a really warm place, so it is usually not possible to keep the curtains open due to heat. There is air condition placed directly over the bed, but in my tent is was fixed at 16C, and not possible to change. The air was directed at the bed, so at night it was very cold. Nice shower, and free water. Free parking on the premises, but not in the shade. Breakfast was nice, but the optional dinner buffet was better. Entertainment in the evening.
