Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a fantastic selection. The only let down was parking was horrendous. It took us over an hour to park and there was no availability near the hotel. Not an ideal situation for the elderly.

No private, free or paid, car parking available by hotel was a real pain, furthermore street parking is allowed for a max 2 hrs...
No idea why but whilst my car was a compact sub, reception indicating my car is too big for hotel private car park on the other hand I noticed that several other guests driving in and out car park with similar car dimensions!
Bedroom window is a serious hazard, very dangerous while opening and closing!!!

Great little hotel in Avila

We were quite a large group and the hotel were very accommodating. The place is well kept and clean. The breakfast offers a good spread. Close to the walled city of Avila, just a 10-15 min walk away.

We chose this hotel due to its very close proximity to the train station. Very convenient for train arrivals. About an easy 15 minute walk from the old walled city centre. The room was smallish but had a very nice bathroom. The front of house staff were very helpfull and friendly. The beds comfortable. Unfortunately, windows dont open and the hvac system only blew warm air. Consequently, the room was very stuffy. So beware. Also there is absolutely no soundproofing. So every plumbing noise, footstep, and conversation from adjacent rooms is very intrusive. Ear plugs for sleeping are a requirement.

The staff was very kind and willing to help us out. We had to leave early due to an early train, and she wanted to make sure that we had food to eat. So, she had a picnic set up for us to take with us since breakfast was included with our room. It was very nice of her to go the extra mile.

The hotel itself was very good but a little out of the city centre. It was a fifteen minute walk to the city walls. If you came by train or bus it was conveniently positioned close to the appropriate station.

The reception staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was basic but only cost 10 Euros. On the second day I have breakfast in the ground floor cafeteria which I though was much better for a light start to the day.

The room was comfy. Heating worked well and easy to adjust.

Discovering The Walled City of Avila.

This hotel is a short walk from the Avila Renfe station. It mattered to us because we were 9 with luggage and didn’t want to walk much or take a taxi. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to every request. The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel has a cafeteria on the first floor with very reasonable prices.

Although the hotel is not a big hotel, it is brilliant. The lobby is beautiful, even the breakfast room is beautiful. The front desk staff, Laura, is very nice and helpful. The hotel room is not big but is clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located, only a few minutes walk to the attractions.

Memorable stay, will recommend.

It was a very memorable stay, front desk staff was very helpful and personal. She recommended places of interest and enquired how was our visits to the places when we checked out the next morning.

Location is a plus point, just 2 minutes walk from the train station and nice 10 minutes stroll to the old town and city wall.

Room was spacious and decorated like a palace. Clean room.

Breakfast was good even though there wasn’t many guests during this low season, the spread was done nicely.

Not working A/C, outdated room

You can not stay in the hotel, which does not have working A/C. The heat was on while outside temperature was about 65F and inside temperature was around 80F. The A/C could not be turned on while the heat was on. That made the room unlivable. The room was warned and long past due for renovation. I would not give this hotel even 2 stars.

The reception staffs are all friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and clean, not very big but enough for two persons. It’s quite close to Ávila station and walkable to the castle walls (15minutes). Highly recommend!

I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars...

This hotel was a huge disappointment. I don't know where they got the 4 stars... The entrance was full of garbage, papers, and cigarette leftovers; nobody cleans it. It was like a ghost hotel, the breakfast buffet was really poor and I had to go to the reception to ask if they could send someone to refill the trays, even if it was one hour before closing time... it was hard to find personnel.

The hotel was OK. The room was clean although, in general, could use an update. The hotel is located outside of the city walls, but it is well located. A 10-minute walk will take you to the cathedral. Ávila is a small town, so everything of interest is within walking distance from the hotel.

ホテルはÁvila Bus StationからもEstacion Avilaからもとても近いので、タクシーを使わず徒歩でたどりつくことができます。そしてバスセンターや駅から近いにも関わらず周囲は1日中静かなので、ぐっすり眠ることができます。観光名所のある旧市街へも、散歩を楽しみながら10分くらい歩けばすぐに行けます。
ホテルの朝食は美味しく種類も充実しています。
また観光から帰ってお腹がすき何か食べたい時には、親切なホテルのカフェが待っています。スペイン語でオーダーできない私たちでしたが、カフェのスタッフたちはとてもフレンドリーで、お酒も食べ物もおいしく、特に彼らが見繕ってくれたタパスは素晴らしかった。家庭的でホッとする優しい味でした。どうもありがとう！
実は私がこのホテルを使うのは3回目でしたが、毎回スタッフの温かいもてなしにほっとして「また来たい」と感じます。
モダンなホテルが好きな方には向かないのかもしれませんが、私はアビラのこの親切なホテルが大好きです。そのため、大好きなアビラを観光する時はもちろんセゴビアや近くの観光地に行く時にも、レイナイザベルを利用しています。

Accueil parfait, personnel très sympa et disponible. L'hôtel est correct mais l'insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer, ne comptez pas faire de grasse matinée ! On entend le bruit des personnes qui parlent dans le couloir, salle de bain des chambres voisines... rapport qualité prix correct.

Foi uma estadia incrível. Como se nao bastasse o alto nivel de qualidade do hotel (alem de super confortável, estava em bom estado de conservação) fui muito bem atendida pelas recepcionistas Ale e Maria. Atenciosas, solicitas e muito simpáticas. Não sei se voltaria a Ávila, mas gostaria wue todas as minhas experiências hoteleiras fossem assim.
O hotel era muito próximo da estacao de trem, ainda que todo dia tivesse que caminhar um pouco mais ao centro, a sensacao de carregar malas por apenas 150m é impagável.

駅からもバスターミナルからも徒歩圏内で、旧市街へのバスもこのホテルの前にあるバス停から利用できます（１€）。
部屋も清潔で使いやすかったですが、一つ難点なのが、壁が薄いのか隣室等の生活音が良く聞こえること。丁度土日にかかるときに宿泊して、宿泊者も多かったからだとは思いますが、それにしてもよく響きました。
それ以外は良いホテルだと思います。

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da estação de trem renfe, perto de supermercados. Com uma agradável caminhada se chega nas muralhas, onde estão as principais atrações turísticas, muitas lojas para compras, restaurantes, cafés. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. Quartos bons, em ótimas condições e muito limpo. A internet funciona perfeitamente. Muito satisfeito! Obrigado!

交通の弁がよく拠点として利用

アビラの観光では少し歩く必要があるが、サラマンカへ日帰りで観光が出来た。鉄道を利用しての旅行ではストレス無く移動できる距離のホテルをいつも利用している。荷物を置いてから自由に観光するには便利。

Check in e Check out eficientes. Quarto limpo, espaçoso e confortável. Fora do casco histórico, porém fizemos tudo a pé e sem esforço. Destaque para o atendimento de Laura, uma simpática jovem que não tira o sorriso do rosto e muito cordial.
