Limpio, solo sería de mucha ayuda que hubiera mejor comunicación con el anfitrión para hacer el check in después de las 21:00, ya que si por alguna razón llegas después de esa hora, no habrá nadie que te abra ni te responda, por suerte un vecina me ayudó a contactarlo.

The place was clean and safe as well as the area. They allowed me to leave my luggage. WiFi worked great. The provided towels, shampoo and body gel. Bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if it had AC, I did see a heater. Since I didn’t need AC I didn’t look for it. Many of the things to see are within short distance.

The hotel itself was sparkling clean and a great location. I didn't find any place to control the temperature, though, and had to cycle through opening the windows (noisy) or closing them (hot), and this was in February. Also, the bed top slid off when I tried to get out of bed in the morning, and I fell on the floor. But the host was very kind, and helpful with directions.

My stay was really great, I managed to break the tap in my room within the first few minutes but it was fixed really quickly with no issues. The room was comfortable with lovely decor and a nice shower. You could hear some noises from other rooms like running water but that wasn't a big problem for me. The staff were really helpful and said hello whenever I passed them which made me feel welcome. Furthermore the entrance to the Hostal has a key code to get in which makes it feel safer than being able to walk in and out so I was comfortable leaving my possessions in the room but Ávila is a lovely and safe place anyway!!

Great staff, very clean place, wonderful location, but the foam mattress (that warms up) combined with the central heater (no individual control in the rooms) makes the room too hot. So,even if the individual heater on the room is 0, the central heater is under the floor, and the room gets too warm. We could not sleep well on both nights we were there.

Great reception staff, MOLD in rooms
The property is cozy from the outside and the reception area but the rooms are incredibly spacious. The reception staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed and suggested places to eat and see and things to do. Here's the negative... We were given room #12 which was nice. 10-15mins after sitting in the room, I developed a cough and a bad smell filled my nose. I started to look around the room and found a large area of the room's ceiling covered in MOLD. I got my family out and alerted the reception staff. At the same time, the housekeeping employee was present and when I mentioned the mold, she named the room number before I said it. This implied that someone on property (ie. housekeeping) ironically knew of the MOLD in room #12 which was very upsetting. We were moved to room #18 which was even more spacious. Now in room #18, the mold was not visible in the sleeping area but was present in the bathroom. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've come across in Europe and I travel every month. The WIFI did not reach room #18 at all and no mobile signal. Location was great to restaurants and bars just downstairs, the wall, the museum and a brisk 18mins walk from the train station. I would not recommend this place though on account of mold to anyone with any type of respiratory system condition or any healthy person wanting to stay healthy for that matter. It's a shame because the employees were awesome but the property is hazardous.

Wasn't that good. Hostel hasn't got reception service at night time. People from clubs got in at 4am shouting and partying. My room on the top floor had a sloped roof and only 30% of floor area you can stand up. To move in the room you need to bend over all the time. No lifts. Breakfast is poor and expensive for what it is. I am aware this is a hostel but I paid hotel prices. Would I go again? Noooo, there are much better places in Avila than this place. Deco is cool though!

Habitación espaciosa con nevera y calefacción pero sin aire acondicionado, el único defecto que le veo si vas en verano. La ubicación es excelente. Las camas son cómodas, el WiFi casi no llegaba a nuestra habitación y no tiene ascensor. Pero en líneas generales si no quieres gastar mucho está genial.

En general nos gustó, pero es una pena que no se preocupen por el mantenimiento ya que la terraza estaba muy sucia, llena de cacas y plumas de paloma, en algunos cajones faltaban tiradores, la cisterna del water perdia agua, algunas lámparas de pared no tenían luz, y no tiene aire acondicionado.

Hermoso lugar para hospedarse en Ávila , a pasos de la plaza mayor , íbamos en auto y estacionamos a 400 metros en zona azul con parquímetro , la gente de la recepción te lo explica , llegamos fuera del horario de la recepción y entramos con códigos, todo perfecto

UN SITIO PERFECTO EN MEDIO DEL CENTRO. A PIE A TODO ÁVILA. como es una ciudad pequeña se aparca fuera de la muralla y se anda todo. para dejar las cosas pudimos hacernos con el coche. el personal super amable. Sólo una cosa, al estar en la tercera planta ( sin ascensor ) tuvimos mucho calor por la noche . pero todo correctísimo

Para lo q cuesta es una buena opcion pero sin mas.... las camas pequeñas y la ropa de cama mas pequeñas aun... nos pasamos la noche intentando meter la bajera.... no habia mesitas ni un espejo en la habitacion...
Al estar en pleno centro se oia todo ruido... eso es normal pero la gente subiendo y bajando las escaleras a altas horas ...
Nosotros solo lo usamos para dormir ya que estuvimos todo el tiempo fuera pero si no no se hubiera podido descansar...
Eso si....la atención genial...el chico de recepción encantador....nos recomendo sitios para comer y siempre dispuesto a ayudar... en definitiva es un hostal de paso y para aprovechar el ambiente del centro...

Ha sido una sola noche, pero todo muy bien. Muy céntrico. Aunque no hay parking en el establecimiento dejamos el coche en uno muy cercano y bien de precio, sobre 16€ el día. Por poner alguna pega, pues no tiene ascensor, así que nosotros que hemos estado alojados en la tercera planta , hemos tenido que cargar maletas tres pisos. La habitación familiar que nos tocó estaba muy bien, con dos baños. Ha sido una estancia corta pero agradable

No me gustó que la primera habitación que me dieron no tenía casi ventana. Me gustó la atención del chico de recepción, que, entre otras cosas, me pudo cambiar la habitación por otra igual pero con ventana.
En el restaurante De Cine la camarera se molestó cuando, al pagar, le recordé que veníamos con el descuento del hostal y me dijo que eso lo teníamos que decir antes, no entiendo por qué. Además, la reserva me la hicieron desde el propio hostal.

He estado alojada en Le Vintage durante cinco semanas por un proyecto de trabajo y he estado muy a gusto, como en casa; habitaciones amplias, muy limpias, personal atento e incluso un microondas en la zona común que facilita (aunque en general no me guste usar microondas) poder llevar tu propia comida que siempre se agradece cuando se está fuera de casa y de vez en cuando disfrutar de la gastronomía local.
