Heating was not there. In the neame of breakfast it was bread and butter. Orange juice and apple juice was nothing but water. However, my recommendation is not to use this property in wintes, spring or fall.

Okay for an overnignt stay while travelling. Rooms are fine and have what you usually need (microwave, fridge, nice shower, confortable beds...). Breakfast is minimal (bread, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice) but does the trick.

I would like to reserve the right adjust this comment if necessary;

But we stayed 2 nights this past weekend for a local hockey tournament in the motel . It was fairly updated and certainly adequate for the most part . however night 2 was a bit frustrating. We discovered that the hot water wasnt working for showers ( night 1 it was), and when we went to call the front desk we discovered that the phones werent operating either ( no dial tone etc) . We assumed that the hot water tank was all used up from perhaps other guests also using the hot water for ahowers after hockey- so we set our alarms for 0600 to have a shower before leaving. Never did get a shower :( .

When we told the front desk during check out , he went to the back room and appeared to check the breaker? But then returned , said hes not sure what happened - asked if we had running water at all , but never really attempted to resolve the dilemma with us.

Kind of frustrating for what was otherwise a comfortable stay.

Just another budget motel experience. Everything feels subpar—from the upkeep to the overall atmosphere. It’s disappointing, because these places used to be owned and operated with pride, where affordability didn’t mean neglect. Now it seems like corners are cut everywhere, and attention to detail is a thing of the past.

Breakfast was too late in the day 8.30 to 10.00.way to late.
The room was a cubby hole yes it was tidy but extremely small we could not walk down the side of the bed without bumping into something.
This room cost $125 with breakfast provided and advertised on expedia I Suggest that expedia check these places out beforehand. I feel a little ripped off.

the office was vacant. had to call a number, then a man showed up, but te software did not work, so we checked in without paying. then we were charged́ later. the room was ok. as expected for the price. then no one available for checkout at 730 again called a number to check out.

Paper thin walls the guests next to us had us up multiple times during the night. Complimentary breakfast was free coffee and old cereal. The ceiling in the dining area is falling apart and the room is run down. Totally fine for a night passing through but don’t stay here if you’re looking for a quiet peaceful stay.

Dispite arriving late and desk service not being available, we only had to call a number and they had already a system in place to give us our key and tell us our room number without them having to be present. It was a bit nervewraking when we saw no one at the desk and it the building was locked but they did a great job with having the phone number visible and the system in place so we could go into our room no problem.
The room was clean and so was the washroom. Bed as a memory foam type of bed so it was very nice to sleep in.

Breakfast was also available, again no staff around but easy to self serve. Just cereals, yogurts, bagels with butter and jams, coffee and tea, really all you need for a quick breakfast.

For a quick stop, i would highly recommend it.

I drove from Toronto to New Brunswick and didn’t arrive until 3am. When I called the after hours desk to check-in the guy who answered was such a friendly voice after a long trip. Outstanding customer service! It’s nothing fancy but it’s clean and a great price. I would recommend staying here for a place to rest for the night.

We were in room 127 with our two year old. The room has 2 windows, none of which locked. In fact, the larger window at the front is popped out of the track where it has a gap to the outside letting cold air in the whole night. We were advised there was a breakfast at 8am - no one was in the office, or answering phone calls from us, or 2 other couples as late as 8:40am. We had to go back to leave our key in the room as we could not wait around. Overall, terribly disappointing stay and we will not be coming again - and I doubt the other 2 couples this morning who were equally frustrated will be either.

The heater in the bathroom was not properly attached and all rusty, the pillows were flat as a pancake.
The continental breakfast was a joke…1 loaf of bread, 1 package of English muffins,1 box of cereal, no orange juice, no fruit, no yoghurt, no water, no jams or peanut butter.
The staff was friendly, parking was good.

Perfect Layover night.

Travelling back from the east coast we wanted a rest stop. This was a perfect place to rest for the night. The room and bed was clean. Easy check in and check out. The people at the front desk were all nice and had everything ready when we got there. The parking was right out front of the door so it was easy to bring the things in. No complaints at all. We will be using this motel as a layover when we go back out to the coast.

Easy check in. Able to park in front of my room. Room was small with one double bed, but was fine. Loved that there was no carpet in the room. There was no mini fridge which was OK. Keurig coffee maker available, and microwave. ROKU TV. Bathroom was clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Can’t comment on the property as i arrived and departed in the dark.

The place was absolutely fine for an overnight. The staff was fantastic, breakfast was just continental a little cereal, toast bagels, yogurt, but enough to get you going. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. Some of the reviews for this place are pretty harsh. I would stay here again.

The room was clean but very outdated. The AC unit was extremely loud. The shower was good but everything else was old. There was only 1 towel in the room. There was supposed to be ample parking for trailers but it was very tight. Another guest had blocked most of the entrance/exit ( don't know if that was with permission).
For the price and the higher pet fee charged. I won't be returning. I'm surprised that Wyndham associates their name and brand with this class of motel.

Beware! Within seconds of booking this hotel, I realised that I had mistakenly entered the wrong dates. The hotel would not adjust the dates or consider a refund. I see this as a reason avoid supporting a business that is so unyielding with their cancellation policy. They even ignored any attempt from Expedia to resolve the booking situation.

After a poor experience the night before at a Travelodge in Drummondville I was hesitant about staying at another one. What a complete difference in everything at the Grand Falls location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, as was the bed. If I had any complaints I wouldn't have made a reservation to stay here again on our way home, which I did.
