This is a great mid-point rest place for those travelling between Ottawa/Montreal and Halifax. Hotel is right next to highway with very quiet and decent mid-size rooms. Also has restaurant (simple but meet the needs), pool and gym. Good for business and leasure travel. Pleasant staff as well.

The restaurant at the hotel was extremely disappointing. We waited over an hour and a half for our food last night, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t good at all. Many items on the menu were unavailable. In the end, we spent over $100, which felt like a complete waste.

Perfect location perched high right off the highway very easy to see. Great staff! Room spacious, comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Amazing water pressure in the shower 😊. Only disappointment was after driving 8 hours the restaurant wasn’t serving any meals just pub food. We were counting on eating at the hotel so we didn’t have drive anywhere. The lovely ladies at the front desk were very apologetic and offered menus for food delivery or suggested the Bull Pen Steakhouse a 5 minute drive, which is what we did. Perfect choice and meal was delicious. Overall a a wonderful stay and good overnight stop on your road trips.

The pool and hot tub were gross and no towels, we had to call more than once to have them brought down. The restaurant is the most disgusting meal I have ever had- we travelled for 9 hours and didn't want to go anywhere else once we checked in so we decided to eat there. We sent back portion of the meal and were charged for everything. The meal was like they had go to the grocery store and purchased appetizers in a box and heated them in a toaster oven-fries and mozza sticks were mushy and barely cooked all the way through, their nachos(which the waitress told me was their best seller) literally looked like dog food that my 6 year old would make.I complained to front desk and they told me to speak to the manager the next morning- when I spoke to her the next day she passed the buck onto the assistant manager and said the restaurant was their responsibility. I left my number and no one has called me to discuss the issue.
Would never stay here again and highly recommend driving the little bit longer and stay in Edmundston.

The staff were kind. The rooms are nice, and the beds comfy, however the tub was dirty. The hot tub didnt work and was dirty, the pool had many things floating around in it.
The restaurant was extremely over priced, 6 small mozzarella stick for 18 dollars.. very disappointing.

The facilities were clean and safe. Among the many positive moments of my stay, I most appreciated the pleasant interactions with BW staff I encountered. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Her name is Ryanne. Unfortunately, I did not learn the name of the second staff member I would like to mention. She was the server in your BW restaurant that evening - pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. I expect to be in Grand Falls again soon and look forward to my stay.

Well kept and great option for the area. Breakfast is no longer included, we didn’t get the room we requested but one that was similar and the supply room must have been beside our bedroom because they were very loud in the morning getting their carts ready to start cleaning! All in all we would stay again though as it’s clean.

An overnight pitstop on the way to Moncton. I found the bed too soft so has a restless sleep. Other than that, the location was good and across the road from a gas bar and Tim Hortons so that was great. Like everything after the last 4 years, the prices I found were a bit high given there's no free breakfast included any longer.

Basic, slightly outdated property

We only stayed one night and it was exactly what we needed: a comfortable bed. The corridors were dirty, but the room seemed clean (I've learned not too look too close). We were a bit disappointed in the on-site \"lounge\" and \"restaurant,\" which had no ambiance or character. Nothing you would want to hang out in. We were planning to grab a quick coffee and breakfast, but there was a long line to order and at 10 a.m. they shut the kitchen down. So we went to that famous Canadian standard, Tim Horton, which is across the street.

For the price we really expected much nicer rooms. In the pictures it did not look this outdated. And the pool was so cold you could t even dip a toe in it!

Hotel was fine, in-house restaurant was a let down. Ordered 2 chicken wraps that took 45 minutes to arrive and they both were missing the chipotle sauce. No free breakfast. Edmundston charged us $2 more for the night (going the other direction to Nova Scotia) but had free breakfast. Would return to Edmundston, rather than Grand Falls, in the future.

Didn’t realize that we had robes in the room and called down to request a robe and immediately they sent up a robe.

Renovation removed the breakfast area where breakfast was provided with the stay and replaced it with a deli type counter service
This is a deal breaker for us

Very nice, new property. Mattress was comfortable for sleeping, but had an odd frame or edge around the outside, so sitting on the edge of the bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise, a very nice choice.

DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTAURANT! The food was barely edible and took over an hour for nachos, a wrap, wings and a flat bread (4ppl) and we were the only ones there.
No housekeeping.

There was no fitness room even though one was advertised. The breakfast was a brown bag with one muffin, a juice box and one apple. Disappointing and mis-advertising price of the room to say breakfast is included.
