The rooms were very nice and the staff were super friendly. It was a slow time so the breakfast menu was missing a lot of items but this was told to us at check-in. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were super clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

The stay was pleasant. The room was clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The bathroom could use an upgrade. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool area was clean. Hot tub should have been a little hotter and pressure on the jets could have been a little higher. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was our second stay. We were there in June. Would definitely return there. Well worth the cost.

This was an absolutely full breakfast menu with fresh hot scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns. Fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt. Everything thing you would want for a hot or cold breakfast. Breakfast lady was friendly and helpful.

We just needed a place to sleep on our trip back from climbing Mount Carleton. Bed was not that comfy, shower pressure was poor, room was outdated. For the price I paid, I expected better. But we had a place to rest, so it served its purpose.

Our king bed room was decent in size and.clean. Breakfast was veru good and inclided both hot and cold items. If you can't het a decent start to your day then you are very p9cky.
Main drawback is that there are no restsiramts within walking distance.

Breakfast was wonderful both times. The cabins have been redone beautifully inside, but outside needs some work. Some of the lights in cabins (418 and 402) didn't seem to work. The air on 402 is not a good unit. Overall, a good place to lay ones head for a nights sleep

Our first room the toilet didn't flush, the person at the front desk was super helpful but the only room available was a cottage, which was fine but the place smelt like it hasn't been used in months. It was clean however it was super hot, the air conditioner had sooooo much dust on it that it was barely blowing any cold air. The cottage is not even close to being level. This could be a super cute place if they spent some money fixing it up. The pool was really nice but there is next to no lighting and super slippery. Breakfast was delish

Great stay

Older motel but the rooms are clean. The breakfast is great. They have make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, baked beans a variety of cereals plus many other options. The staff is friendly and lots of parking spaces.

Upon arriving after 3pm (check in time) i was informed my room was not ready. I then said “is check in time not 3pm?” The staff said “yes” so I asked how long it would be until my room was ready as it was already after 3pm. The staff told me “I can’t say a time incase it’s not done then”
At approximately 4:30pm I finally got my room. Was very disappointed when I entered my room and it was still dirty. There was left over chips on the floor, one of bed sheets had orange spots on them like food had been spilled. The room should’ve been cleaned especially after making us wait an extra 1.5 hours for our room.

Surprisingly nice!

Nicer than expected for a hotel along highway. We stayed in one of the cabins around the pond out front. Excellent breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like was the strong smell of cleaner when we got in the room. We had to leave the door open for some time to air it out.

Staff allowed someone else to check into my reserved room and charge my credit card without my consent or me being present. They did not have my credit card or their name on my reservation. Staff didn’t seem to care that they messed up and offered no solution other than to wait for my money back from my credit card. The room was not cleaned when we arrived- there was still gross take out left in our fridge from who knows when and housekeeping failed to service our room between days leaving an overflowing garbage. Highly dissatisfied with this stay.

Booked a cabin which looks sits on the border of a small lake. The ducks were lovely and the deck is set up with chairs for lounging. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and amenities adequate. While small, it was a great overnight stay. If you need a freezer refrigerator does not have one; adapters for phone/electronics.

The staff are nice but this place has completely fallen off. TV didnt work, ice machine didnt work, the bathroom tub was dirty, and you get a high pitch whistle when you shower. Its too bad, but i just dont feel healthy at this place, it is so rundown and dirty

To be totally honest, our room was really worn out and it had large spider webs in all the corners of the sealing. Brown stains on the sealings from leakages, stains in the bathtub etc. It really needed an upgrade and a better cleaning.

Pretty good hotel, honestly can’t complain. Saw the reviews about the nasty pool and I must say that Im not really sure about what they’re talking about, everything was very clean and nice. I would recommend this place if you’re thinking about it. It really is quite cozy, bedrooms and furniture is excellent and so is the pool (very spacious, large) and hot tub.

The property is very outdated. Blue carpet everywhere. Poor water pressure. The water pressure in the shower was weak. Toilet would not flush. The hotel is very close to the train tracks. Out of the eight channels on the tv only two were english. Would not recommend this property to anyone
