There were people getting high in the parking lot, the basement garage, and vaping pot in the lobby, elevator smelled of pot. There were bugs running around on the ground. The were people using in teh lobby for goodness sakes. While in line the place smelled of so much pot, the elevator was so gross, and the conditions were scary that my wife and i left the hotel before seeing the room. I asked for a refund in the messaging system. As we left we were so disturbed.

Front desk lady was very rude. Roaches were everywhere there was dead ones all over ground and live ones crawling all over the walls. We went to tell them we were leaving she said we can get a refund which got declined. Went back down in the morning to speak to a manger finally got refund approved..Manager was very nice.

The Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront is a nice, comfortable hotel with clean rooms and good overall presentation. The property itself is well-kept and suitable for business or short stays.

That said, there are a few things guests should be aware of. In addition to the standard incidental hold (around $50), self-parking is an extra $10 per day, and valet service is not available. There are also occasional homeless individuals asking for money in the parking lot area, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.

The revolving restaurant is only open on select days, so don’t plan on it being available daily for breakfast or dinner. For meals, you’ll likely need to leave the property and visit nearby fast-food or casual options such as Burger King, White Castle, McDonald’s, or Chipotle.

This location is not downtown Cincinnati, and amenities differ from properties like The Blu Hotel Blue Ash (Ascend Collection), which offers a stronger breakfast experience. Overall, it’s a solid stay if you know what to expect and plan accordingly.

1 hour before checking in I contacted the hotel to see if the fixed the cold water issue with the pool. I was assured the pool heater was fixed and nothing to worry about. When I arrived I noticed the pool was closed and would hopefully open sometime that night. If they were just refilling the water the staff agreed it would ice cold. The hotel denied my request for a refund.

We were told we could have a late checkout. At 11 someone knocked once and bust through the door. When I called the front desk whoever I spoke to was rude and said that the person that told me that should have told me its a $50 charge. Than after we hurridly checked out went diwn stairs and the supervisor said thats not true.

If you need a bed to sleep in, the room itself was dated but otherwise clean.If your going for the amenities (including the rotating restaurant) it was awful. We checked in fine, staff were pleasant. Elevator was scary. Had reservations at eighteen for 7:45 but were told that our table wasnt available for another hour due to lack of availability (even though the restaurant was nearly empty). Finally got appetizers were great but it took another hour to place an order for dinner and then another hour to get served. It was also FREEZING in the restaurant so much so that we had to go back to the room to get our coats and a blanket. My son ended up falling asleep at the table in his coat waiting for food. Not to mention they were out of several main courses so we all had to figure out other things to order from an already limited menu. Food itself was cold when we got it. The server was apologetic for the delays, and it was clearly a staffing issue. We didnt get back to our room till eleven at night. Fast forward to the morning and my husband took our son to the pool and was swimming in the water and found a broken swimming pool light underwater with a cord exposed. He had to yell at our son to get out of the water. Thank god he didnt get electrocuted. There were also no clean towels available so they had to go back to the room sopping wet.Will not be going back.

Not impressed with hotel . No one to help with bags . Pool entrance was not found . Told to go to other entrance yet that entrance wasn’t opened . Hall & room smelled .

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the view was nice.

I believe we stayed in a room that was \"renovated\", but the updates were juat okay. They had painted and put in a new floor and lighting. The bathroom reminded us of a standard apartment type.The hallway wasn't updated andnwas very dim. I guess you get what you pay for considering the room was $100 a night.

The last day I stayed here it was the worsted my check out was at 12pm because I ask for a late check I had a couple of meetings that was on Zoom call I had to sit in on so I left my room around 730am and came to the business center because I didn’t want to disturb my husband he was sleeping while I was in my meeting one of the staff was a male ask me aggressive did I have a room him I responded to him and said yes and then he ask me in the same tone of voice what’s the room number I told him 1230 and then I did ask him is it a problem he walk away didn’t answer my question I didn’t do anything at that point but then my husband calls my phone asking me what’s going on and that the front desk has called upstairs so I go to the front desk and ask what’s going on they said “well you came down at 630am and you been there for a while some people come off the street and sit in there” I ask her how can you assume I came off the street if you just said I came down at 630am just a huge inconvenience made me feel so uncomfortable and also the business center have no hours posted anywhere on how long you can use it I feel like the issue could have been handled a little better instead of the staff thinking Im lying they could have ask me for my ID and verify that it was my room calling upstairs and not answering my question was so unprofessional I will never book here again

Pool was cold, couldn’t get a water(s) person at check in said go to the gas station for it and blamed it on the company that stocks the little mini store, bar downstairs was closed, hotels should have waters available to at least purchase. Room was mostly clean but probably the dirtiest remote I’ve used before. Don’t know if I would stay again but it is convenient to a lot of places

We stayed there for a night. First of all, check-in took so much time. There were no receptionist for a while, 2-3 people were already waiting for check-in, but no one showed up for a while. The room was not so clean, the carpet was dusty, the washroom was not upgraded and bathtub was not so good. I thought, if I spend mlre money and get the better property then cheaper motels, then it is better to go for a good stay. But I felt that, they are only charging you for everything, but the condition is almost similar to the cheaper motels.

Arrived around 4:30 pm. Sent to our room. When we opened the door, discovered lights on and bed unmade. Returned to the front desk. They asked us to wait in the lobby for another room to be prepared. 30 minutes later asked for our reservation to be refunded. After working with Expedia representative and front desk staff, we left around 5:30 to search for another hotel in the area.

We did not dine at either of the hotel’s restaurants, so unfortunately we’re unable to comment on the food or restaurant service.

At one time, this Radisson was clearly a lovely place to stay. Since this was our first trip in quite some time, we decided to treat ourselves to something a bit more “upscale.” Bless our optimism.

While the hotel is older (which can absolutely be charming), that charm seems to have retired some years ago. The Radisson name is still present, though the room itself felt very much frozen in another era. The flooring was genuinely beautiful and easily the highlight of the room.

The bathroom, however, was extremely outdated, and the water temperature situation was… interesting. The sink produced water hot enough to brew tea, while the shower struggled to reach anything resembling warm. An exciting little guessing game, if you will.

Now, the bed. Unfortunately, it was the star of the disappointment. It sank dramatically in the middle, resulting in the worst sleep I’ve had in a very long time. Two nights of poor sleep really add to the overall experience in ways one never forgets.

The view was absolutely stunning and truly a bright spot—though, sadly, even a great view can’t compensate for a terrible night’s sleep.

Customer service was pleasant and professional, which we genuinely appreciated.

That said, while we’re grateful for the stay, we don’t anticipate returning in the future.

The noise was so exceptional. The people talking in the next room came through the bathroom vent like we were in the same room. There was door slamming repeatedly both nights we were there. The street noise was intense too. There was a motorcycle drag race at 11:30pm that sounded like it was right next to us. The outlets near our bed didn’t work. I thought I was getting a deal but there were better properties at same price point. The staff was lovely though. Hotel is outdated.

It was actually a pretty decent stay for the rate. The building is sort of older, but you can definitely tell that there’s been renovations. It almost gives the vibes of a high-rise apartment. When I checked in, Cory was amazing! He was very friendly and chipper and if he would’ve been at the front desk when I checked out (or at least someone may be 10% as friendly as he was), I would’ve given five stars. I ended up checking out right around 12:30 or 1 AM and when I came down to the front desk, I was nice and chipper because I thought I would get the same energy that Corey had but this guy was very rude. I even ended up asking him. Is everything OK. And it started from the time I approached him and said hi and instead of him greeting me back,he said what can I do for you?

Good stay. Little hiccup with the champagne and strawberries add on, but they responded well then to fix it. Major weird thing is the hotel is surrounded by a huge privvate open air parking with a handful of cars, and they still charged 10/ day for parking. That was a very bigg hospitality mistake.
