We should have taken the 15+ minute wait at the front desk—with no one available to check us in—as our first sign to leave. Unfortunately, since we had already paid, we stayed.

Once we entered the so-called “suite,” it was immediately clear we had been misled. The room was dirty—hair in the bathtub, hair in the bed, and sticky residue on the floors. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work.

After returning from our event around 10pm, it was obvious this was not a place we could comfortably stay, so we chose to leave rather than spend the night in those conditions.

A refund would be appropriate considering the room was unusable.

0/10—would not recommend. Calling these rooms “suites” is laughable at best.

Dirty room. Hold on my card for 20 days of a high unknown amount. No water to shower or brush your teeth in the morning. Loud speaking couple with a barking dog living at the Hotel up making noise very early in the morning. Dirty property. Rooms and entire Hotel required maintenance. Broken things in the room. Manager and Owner of the property are not courteous nor care about their lazy female employee whom wouldn’t wake up to check us in upon arrival. We had to call the Hotel 44 times until Front Desk answered. Horrible! Train in the area won’t let you rest!

There were so many things wrong with our stay. First night, no hot water and a non draining tub. Around 1:00am the next morning, a man with an active key card tried to come in my room. Stopped by the latch. Yelled at me saying I was in his room. Had my children in tears. Front desk clerk came 20 minutes later beating very loudly on the door demanding my ID and asking how I got in the room. Again, had the children in tears. I refused to let her just take my ID, went with her to verify my reservation. She had the nastiest attitude with me because she double booked my room. Later, around 7:00am morning someone started beating on my door every few minutes and running away. Went to ask front desk about about the person knocking and the no draining tub. Again met with the same female and attitude. No resolution. Day 3 asked same front desk clerk if she at least had a plunger I could use because the water was now standing in the tum. She rolled her eyes and said the hotel didn’t have one. Asked for clean towels, same clerk said there were none. I’d have to go to to laundry room myself to find them if I wanted them. On top of all of that, clean towels are actually dirty, iron stains on mattresses, semi clean rooms. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere eles. I will never return to this place ever.

We booked this hotel for one night after attending a concert at WinStar, simply looking for a clean and safe place to rest. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

The room was not clean and did not feel well-maintained at all. The door to the hotel room was not properly sealed, which made us feel unsafe. There were unfamiliar individuals walking around the property late at night, and the overall environment felt uncomfortable and gross. Additionally, the noise level was high, including frequent train noise nearby, making it difficult to relax.

We ultimately chose to leave and drive home rather than stay the night. I would not recommend this property based on our experience.

I asked for a room on the first floor when I booked the room due to health issues. Checked in around 5pm and I was given a room on the 2nd floor because there were no clean rooms available. The room on the 2nd floor that was “READY” had busted glass on the stove top, the phone didn’t work and there was hair on the toilet rim. I advised the front desk of the busted glass and they were aware of it. I don’t understand how you can give someone a room like that especially if there would’ve been a kid that could’ve ran their hand over that stove top. I definitely wore my socks and slippers after I got out of the shower because it was questionable at this point if the room was actually cleaned. There was trash all underneath the stairwell the afternoon we got there and it was still there the next day when I checked out. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because the casino didn’t have one available for this day. You get what you pay for.

The interior room is fine for the cost it was pretty good the property was close to fast food restaurants gas stations grocery stores right off interstate 35 not too far maybe 10 minutes from winstar casino the exterior of the property is very outdated my only complaint was the weather in which the property could not control a lot of snow in the parking lot maybe it could have been treated better by the property I got stranded a couple of times in the parking lot slip on the stairs but was not injured

Room was not AT ALL as advertised online. Rooms look entirely different. We were supposed to be there for an entire week and had to check out after one night the room was so nasty. The made us pay upfront prior to the stay and refused to give us refund. Expedia was super helpful and stepped in for us and they even refused to work with Expedia on the matter. They are incredibly difficult to get on the phone. DONT STAY HERE they will rob you of your money. Shower was stained and disgusting. Hair was on the walls. Mattress, towels, and sheets were covered in stains and cigarette burns.

The door didn't completely close. There were wires or connected batteries hanging above the lock area of the door. There appeared to be bodily fluids on the towel that should have been cleaned. The staff was not courteous. When it came time to check out no one was available to assist at desk. I noticed door keys were laying on counter from other customers.

This was a bait and switch from the photos and what we experienced when we checked in and went to our room. We booked with Suburban Studios placed in Quality Inn room as they explained it away as maintenance closures.

Dirty and torn shower curtain, light didn’t work over vanity, dirty tub, caked dirt in bathroom corners and vent. Mattress on one side was stained and pillows did not have covers and smelled like previous guests cologne and hair products.

TV remote did not work. Too tired and frustrated to walk to front.

Filthy walk ways with food, old beverage spills, cleaning supplies, old shopping cart and smoking pots not maintained.

Terrible is the bottom of what I would call this experience.

The rooms are clean enough but , are not updated . No small coffe pot in the room . The landscaping was neglected and there was trash left in cheap trash bags under the stairs by their cleaning staff . There was litter all over the grounds . A good cleaning and upkeep would be better for their business . Because of this , they are attracting “ rift rat “ . We won’t be staying there again . They also had one guy tending the front desk and in the morning he was also in the breakfast area which was awful . The coffee is watered down , and the “ juice “ was not real OJ . It was something it looked like , powedered imitation juice .

Needs to be shut down! It's falling apart and not being fixed properly. Furniture handles were falling off. Even the outside of the hotel & parking lot is dirty & not cared for, littered with cigarette butts, although a lobby sign says they are a non-smoking hotel. The female clerk came & looked at the 1st room I complained on, didn't say a word, then started to leave. I had to stop her & ask what's happening. She said she would find a new room, then never called or returned to complete the process. I had to call the desk again, and this time a male answered and had no idea of my complaint or what other staff had done or said. He asked me to come trade 1st room key for the new one, so I had to load my stuff back in my car, only to unload it again in the 2nd room, which was worse than the original! The tile floor in the bathroom area was so dirty, it had visible footprints and was sticky. The duvet covers in both rooms had cigarette burns & sheets were super wrinkled. The 2nd room had a mop handle in the corner & the light fixture was covered with a plastic bag and tape. The bathroom tiles & baseboard was falling off. The AC was super noisy and vents dirty in both rooms. The tub in the 2nd room looked dirty. They're were huge dents in the walls, not filled, just painted over. The 2nd room, and hotel in general, was so bad, I just loaded my stuff up after a late night at the casino & drove home. I had more pics but it would only let me load 8! Don't stay here!!!

This property was not ready for use. The room smelled musty, the tv did not work. The owner stated that they had bought the property a month ago.
I hope the owners take time to refurbish and the reopen. This property was built maybe in the late 70s to early 80s. I did not the next three days as scheduled.
