Beware booking here on a 3rd party platform. I had my confirmation and chose pay at property. When we arrived, they said “we don’t do pay at property. Expedia didn’t send anything but your name so we couldn’t contact you”. They CANCELED our room!!! They said they did this with about 6 other bookings.

We were excited about the proximity to Winstar. We didn’t mind paying the premium price to be so close. That is where almost all the positives ended. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had good choices.
However, the 1st room we received had an extremely loud ac unit. The staff happily helped us move into a new room. After going to the casino, we arrived back at the hotel and I wanted to shower. After washing my hair, I went to use the provided body wash…..except it was empty. I had to finish my shower by washing with shampoo. I went back downstairs for the 2nd time to get body wash so my wife could shower. That’s when I noticed that the ice machine on my floor was out of order. The only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. When we finally settled in to bed, we realized that the fabric they decided was a blanket was not really a blanket at all. We had to leave the ac on 78 degrees just so we could get a bit of shut eye without being cold. Overall a poor experience for the price we paid. I felt like we were in a motel 6.

I went back downstairs for the 2nd time to get body wash so my wife could shower. That’s when I noticed that the ice machine on my floor was out of order. The only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. When we finally settled in to bed, we realized that the fabric they decided was a blanket was not really a blanket at all. We had to leave the ac on 78 degrees just so we could get a bit of shut eye without being cold. Overall a poor experience for the price we paid. I felt like we were in a motel 6.

The hotel in general is very clean and the rooms are very clean. The beds are par. The major issue we had was the lack of hospitality the staff has. I guess it to much trouble saying good morning or hello. We stayed there for three days and the attitude not change. No one wears name tags but doesn’t matter because the majority lacked these skills. The lady in charge of the morning breakfast was the same and does not wear a hair net for cleanliness. Over all I will really need to think it over whether or not to stay there again.

The bathroom was stocked with body wash, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker with plenty of coffee. I could hear some highway noise during the night and what sounded like someone stomping down the hallway early morning. Overall, our stay was fine, and we would stay here again.

The room was clean and you can tell the hotel has been updated. Our first room, the a/c came on with a very loud noise that we were not able to ignore. The front desk was quick to investigate and moved us to a new room when the noise was not able to be resolved. In the second room, we found out later that night the toilet would not flush because the water had been turned off to the toilet. After turning the water on and flushing the toilet, we realized the reason the water was turned off was because the toilet was missing the piece in the tank that would turn it off when full. So we just turned the water on and off when we needed to flush. Also, on our last night, when we turned the TV on there was no picture only sound. When we checked out we let the front desk know of the issues. They were very nice.

You can tell they have tried to make improvements, but the contractors did a horrible job. The bathroom door would not close, the holes cut in the Sheetrock for the outlets didn’t match-up the covers, so there were holes, the paint on the walls was sloppy and over wall fixtures, the deadbolt didn’t latch room door and the beds were uncomfortable. Was hoping for more, and was disappointed, especially for the price.
