The staff was lacking to say the least The desk girl, who claimed to be management immediately looked me upon and down and decided she did not like me and was to let it be known. She was aggressive and rude and lacking in customer service. Caught her in lie after lie about the process of cancellation as she was trying to \"explain\" to me how it worked, contradicting herself with each new sentence. When I reached for my ID and passport from her desk she physically assaulted me by grabbing my arm and trying to yank it along with my property away from me. Unacceptable behavior by the staff at this location and I will never consider staying here again. Actually left the hotel without staying and found another suitable place for housing.

The property/resort is a one-stop-shop. It had all the amenities you need on-site. You did not even have to go anywhere for food, entertainment, or lodging...it was already there. Outstanding Hotel!!!!

My first time in CR with my mom, this place is loaded with ladies off the street. I get it’s legal here; it is a good hotel if you’re a single man looking for some action. But if you’re a 20 something girl here it isn’t what you may expect. I seen no reviews about what kind of place it is- i tried to get a picture of me for my Birthday before i knew what kind of place and security didn’t let me. Constantly they asked me and my mom ‘what we were doing’ like ‘are you guests’ I’m assuming because we’re just ladies and the other ladies are out there working. The casino is so fake they had tables but roulette and psi gao open… felt like a cover or something it was so odd. We got a taxi after a concert and they asked where we were staying, we told him and he told us it is unsafe for us there ! I noticed later all the reviews were from guys but it says nothing about this!! Please be mindful- ALSO!! they charged me on my card more than they were supposed to

Nice room and kind staff! Good price and location to walk everywhere. I’m a single woman and there was definitely some… “adult” only activity going on here. However, no one bothered me and the hotel was a good stay nonetheless despite the activity lol.

A lot of noise from the street, you'll hear clearly in your room. people with noise motorcycle just go in from of the hotel lobby and start all this noise and impossible to sleep, also you can hear clearly the other people besides your room. The spa massage is terrible. Not a good place to stay !

Elevator was out of order for a couple days.
Seemed angry that I arrived early, through they weren’t sold out.
Casino got rid of video poker machines. Half the floor has roulette with bad odds.

reception was less than friendly and less than helpful hot water was not adequet 10 am, just got 1 wascloth and 2 towels had to request 2nd washcloth , they should know u will have guest in room , 2 female bartenders ignored me and were somewhat rude because my spainish wash poor , nice hotel and excellent restaurant enjoyed my stay

The food was very expensive and low quality. The drink were club prices. I feel that this place is a rip off for Americans. A fire started on the floor of my room, and I was never told to exit the building by the hotel staff, and the fire alarm never was pulled if they even have one. By the time I got downstairs, there were 3 fire truck already outside.

Expedia ripped me off. They told me one price and overcharged me. They are terrible. They were more expensive than going direct. Charged me extra fees for no reason. I will never use them again they are garbage. They make it a big hassle to honor their price and make it impossible to correct. They are criminals, someone needs to make them accountable…

I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. The lobby was filled with prostitutes, once I got to my room, the air conditioning didn’t work, the AC unit wouldn’t even turn on. The glass door for the closet wouldn’t stay in its track and fell into the closet when we tried to use it. It was very hot but we couldn’t open the windows because it was so loud outside our window until 4am. There was constant music, people yelling and car alarms. The hallways were also very noisy with clientele. On our second night, the neighbor was smoking and our room was so full of smoke it was causing us to cough, even though smoking in the hotel rooms is not allowed. We checked out after 2 nights and found another hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable but this hotel felt like a brothel and changing rooms would not have made me any more comfortable.
