The location is perfect, and the spa facilities are truly excellent. Our room faced the town/church and the sounproofing was exceptional, allowing me to sleep soundly despite the church bells ringing frequently and being located on a lower floor. The room was also spotlessly clean.

Every service person we met was exceptional, and the breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic and ample selection. The hotel also provides high-quality e-bike rentals. The staff was incredibly flexible with the rental time when possible.

A few things are important to note for future guests. The central air conditioning made our room too warm, but we were provided a fan upon request. Also, be aware that if you open the windows with no screen, the noise and mosquitoes can be a problem.

Few minor hiccups were upon our arrival. A power outage in our room delayed our access to the spa, as it took them over an hour to send someone. That was unacceptable for such a hotel and the price paid. Once we finally got to the spa, we were told they were closing.We were told by the receptionist that the spa was open 24 hours, but later found out it closes at 8 p.m except for the exercise room.This was most likely a simple language barrier.

Despite these issues, we were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay, especially since we dedicated a rainy day to using all the great amenities.

Exceeded Expectations!

We absolutely loved staying at Adler! I'd definitely return for a visit someday. The spa was fabulous, the service was wonderful, everyone was incredibly friendly, the amenities were top notch, and the breakfast was delicious. I was really impressed with the aesthetic, cleanliness, and overall service. If you're looking for an accessible and luxurious place to stay- walking distances from the lifts, this is it.

The property was beautiful and our room was amazing. Excellent in every way. Loved all of the amenities.
We were very disappointed in the spa services. DO NOT get the blood test and Dr. ripped us off and wouldn't negotiate with the miscommunication.

This hotel was simply fantastic!! 10 stars!!
All the staff were awesome.. they rememebered our drink and breakfast preferences..
The pool/spa amenities were top class.. they had all kinds of massages and skin treatments available too..
All sorts of activities like yoga/pilates, a fully equipped gym and many areas to just relax..
Cable car lines to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi are just a short walk from the hotel..
Underground parking is available at no additional cost..
Perfect place for couples.. we took the halfboard option.. highly recommended, the food was sooo good!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Food is excellent. I usual don’t eat dinner at hotels, but the dinners were excellent, as was breakfast. Sauna and hot tubs were perfect for days after a hike. Staff was great. Was one of the best all around hotels I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at some of the best.

If you want an all-round lux Euro hotel experience, this is the place to stay. Very attractively designed and maintained facility. The staff was invariably friendly and professional. Great basement parking included. Great spa facilities, steam and heat saunas, outdoor and indoor pools with mountain views, etc. Beautifully landscaped garden with outdoor chaises. Great bar with huge windows providing panoramic views of the mountains. We stayed in a newer wing of the hotel with a very modern wood-paneled interior design. [I cannot comment on the rooms in the original main building and another secondary residential building.] The breakfast, which is included, is a spread to rival anywhere in the world. There is a prix fix lunch and dinner menu, which we didn’t take advantage of only because we don’t eat that much. Otherwise, the bar where we ate each evening has a good but limited a la carte menu. My only recommendation would be to add 3-4 additional food options to the a la carte menu. The hotel is situated near the town's two gondola ski lifts - great for hiking, mountain biking and skiing. (The gondola tickets are somewhat pricey but shut up and pay up for the trips up each side of the valley. Amazing panoramas.) We plan on returning here in a year or two for a ski vacation.

Nice property, great location . Walking distance from alpi do suci and Seceda , food was great . Rooms are roomy and clean . You may need to ask for extra sheets we only got two small blankets, however everything else it’s amazing . The spa , the views . Very nice hotel .

The room that we booked was in the adjoining Adler Balance building. The room was nice but had a bad smell coming from the shower drain. We quite liked the dinners and breakfast included in the half board and there were lots of options to choose from. The spa/pool area was nice but got very crowded and noisy in the evenings, making it rather off putting. We stayed at the Adler Ritten in the days prior and that was a much better experience, feeling like a true luxury resort, and it was also better value as everything was included (all activities, drinks, lunch, etc). The Adler Dolomiti/Balance felt like a nice but crowded and commercial hotel. I’m not sure it justified the price and I do not think I would choose to return there. Next time I would have stayed longer at the Adler Ritten and just driven to the ski slopes.

Incredible in every aspect but one. We are from Florida and accustomed to air conditioning . They don’t use it, so if you leave your patio doors open for circulation, you hear delivery trucks at 5am and church bells at 7am. So you get up at 5am and close the patio doors . We were there in mid September so I can’t imagine what July and August are like! But all the hotels are the same , no AC but it’s worth the minor inconvience . Fantastic resort . Warning! If your shy, this is a nudity required for sauna and steam rooms.

We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. The grounds were impeccable and a real oasis of calm. We purchased the half board which allowed us to enjoy extensive breakfast, lunch, afternoon cake, and dinner dining experiences. The menus were outstanding with many choices and all that we tried we found well prepared and very tasty. The location of the hotel allowed walking access to shopping and other dining facilities as well as walking trails. The only ripple to this fantastic experience was that the room lacked air conditioning. It is not available in the mountains, which we did not know. I am certain that normally this would not have been a problem as we had a balcony door which could have allowed for cool air to enter. However, during two of our three nights noisy neighbors prevented us from keeping the door open and therefore we were most uncomfortable in a warm room without ventilation. To the hotel's credit when I called to complain about the neighbor on the first night they immediately called their room and the noise decreased. Please do not let this prevent you from staying at this wonderful hotel. All in all we enjoyed our experience and will stay at the Adler again.

we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights (9-14 june 2019). the temp' was 27 celsius and in this 5* hotel there is no air condition and even no fan or ceiling ventilator. the climate is changing and it is about time to do something about it. the stuff is very friendly - but the service should be better. to get a fan or to bring the car from garage or to bring a mat to the shower we needed to call or talk face to face to the stuff more than 2-3 times .spa is nice (but in Toscana is better) food is interesting and the buffet at monday and thursday were great. the hotel is well maintained and specious

We had requested a room with a Mountain View. They took they gave us had no view but they upgraded us to a room at balance; which was way nicer, though we had to pay for the upgrade. After that, everything was smooth. The hotel was amazing and the food was great

A good location expecially if you ski.

We stayed here during the Easter holidays which coincided with the end of the ski season. It is more a location for a ski holiday than any other activity but the surrounding area is pretty, quiet and very relaxing. Service at the hotel was excellent and everything was spotlessly clean.

Fantastic value, 5 course meals with buffet in addition! Great spa and pool. Free equipment use was amazing, Electric mountainbikes were superb (55 euro/day to hire, free if staying at hotel).
Down sides - room was too hot, asked 4 times for heat to be turned down- no success. 5* hotel but horrible coat hangers in wardrobe( you know the ones closed hoops on the pole that screech every time you hang something!)

Nice resort but public access is difficult.

- Hotel name mixed with its location such as Alder, Demolittie, Gardenia, etc which may confusing. Even I paid 100 Euro to local taxi, he dropped us in other hotel with similar name. Fortunately I kept taxi for check in and we found we came to wrong when.
- There is confusing whether the dinner is included or not, thee is not straight answer to me either by Expedia or Alder hotel. I need to pay additional 250 Euro for 5 night in addition to quote.
- We had difficulties which room and in which building they provide for our families. We ended to have room in separate building. Hotel responses e anot straightforward.

Le Dolomiti fanno da cornice alla bellissima struttura alberghiera che vanta una SPA di tutto rispetto. Il personale è rispettoso, attento, premuroso e sempre presente. Ogni luogo è pulito e profumato. Il cibo è preparato con attenzione e maestria e l'offerta decisamente ampia.
Insomma, in una parola: IMPERDIBILE
