Beautiful view, loved the infinity pool. Very good breakfast. Food and cocktails at pool bar very nice.
Lots of stairs down to marina and it was a taxi ride to old town. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay and would recommend this hotel.

We stayed two nights, our room was a good size and had amazing views down to the Marina. Breakfast was plentiful, enough to set you up for the day.
The biggest downside, is that it's at the top of the hill. You need either a car or catch the bus, which is 400mtrs away, be aware there is no designated path on the roadside.

Modern, clean hotel with good facilities and excellent staff. Only downside is the location and if you haven't got a hire car you need taxis or the nearby bus to get around and into Dubrovnik Old Town and Gruz port. The hotel provide a good transfer service to and from the airport (€50).

Amazing views from room and restaurant. Nice staff at recepcion. Comfortable beds and terrace. Nice breakfast Towels in bad state and very soft pillow (a second pillow in the bed would have been a plus). Further away by car to the old city than what it seems and impossible to walk there.

This was a great place to stay right outside of old town Dubrovnik! It was easy to get an Uber to wherever we needed to go. The room was spacious and clean, and the two pools were nice. The only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t enough for all of the guests. It would work fine during the day but didn’t work at night. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Excellent hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. Pool and view were so good, we didn’t want to leave. Food, drinks, coffee, croissants all delicious!
Bus outside hotel to Dubrovnik Old Town was few minutes walk and ran every half hour.
Bathrobes, tea/coffee making area, fridge, WiFi all in room.
Luggage storage available.
Just perfect. Will definitely return.

Swimming pool has the best view of harbor and a sunset is awesome. Just make sure when you booking to pre-pay for your breakfast. Overall property is a new clean and rooms are spacious on site. Parking was breeze. We just parked our car in the garage and walked through the room, also, the restaurant is part of a hotel has a great menu.

Pretty ok hotel. We stayed two nights while in Dubrovnik. Great location and great staff who is very helpfully. The facility itself is little dated and could use an upgrade. The shower drains in both rooms were so slow you had to pause the shower periodically so you don't flood the bathroom. Dated carpet in the rooms and outdated decor. Otherwise pretty nice outdoor pool but always busy so claim your chair early. More sun beds by the indoor pool. Jaccuzi has the same water temperature as the pool which I would say is on the cold side. Place is used by big tour buses and those guests are super loud early in the morning when they leave and late at night when they check out. One elevator so sometimes you have to wait a while. Rest of the place is just average and farily priced.

Our room had a great balcon/view and the staff and breakfast were both excellent. The hotel is not terribly convenient for old Dubrovnik, but it had parking for our rental car and we were able to Uber in and cab back without trouble. The rooms are a bit austere, and the AC worked but was anything but cold — then again, it was extremely hot outside.

Location is very far from airport and Old Town Dubrovnik. Very isolated. Cost to get to a decent restaurant at the port $30. Pools are small. Food is mediocre. Great place to stay if you are leaving the next day on a flight and do t want any distractions.

Our overall stay was okay, it's situated outside of the Old Town but we knew that and it worked for us. We had a view overlooking the harbour, but there were older high rises in front of us which hampered our view and weren't very nice to look at.
Arrival wasn't ideal, as our flight was delayed we didn't get to the hotel until around 3:30am but thought that was okay because they said they are 24/7 service. There was no one at the desk when we arrived and had to search around for a door (the main doors were locked). Eventually found a side door but the hotel reception and lobby were completely empty. We called out and tried to figure out how to get checked in and into our room as we were exhausted. After about 10 mins a member of staff came in through the reception and checked us in but not explanation was given, but it did look like they were asleep. We also found printouts of all the guests staying at the hotel just sitting on the countertop for anyone to see.
The rooms felt a bit dated, and we found an opened condom wrapper under our bed which was a bit disturbing.

The pool areas were nice, gym had lots of good equipment and breakfast options were varied.

At times it felt more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star

Beautiful view down below from the hotel. Dinner buffet was ok. Large selection. Breakfast buffet was better. Financially, it's better to do the buffets. You're definitely at the top of the hill. Nothing above us. Staff were always at reception. Helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Set up high you get stunning views across Dubrovnik and the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The spa was great with a lovely indoor pool - unfortunately the weather wasn’t good for the outdoor pool bbt we had a thoroughly lovely stay. Would recommend and will be visiting again.

Perfect Stay for a Short Break

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at Hotel Adria. We opted in for a sea view room, which I would highly recommend as the view is stunning!
Our room was comfortable, cleaned daily and had air con which was definitely needed.
We had breakfast included in our stay which was a buffet style meal. There was a selection of pastries, cold meats, cooked meats, a variety of egg options and a wide selection of local cuisine options. We really enjoyed our breakfast during our stay, it was a shame there was no outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful view.
On our first night, we opted in to have dinner at the hotel. This was a huge disappointment. The service of the staff was limited and slow, the food was not enjoyable and more expensive than a meal in The Old Town. I would suggest not having an evening meal at this hotel.
The pool really maximised on the beautiful view which was a joy. The pool staff from the bar were excellent and friendly. In contrast to the restaurant, the food was enjoyable from the pool bar and I would recommend the cheese burger!
We also enjoyed the bar, located on the 0 level. Again; we were able to enjoy the beautiful views with a selection of cocktails. The bar staff were friendly and excellent cocktail makers!
We would definitely recommend this hotel for a bed and breakfast option.

We decided to stay in hotel with a pool and Adria was a right choice.
It is not far from the Old Town - 5 EUR Uber or 20 minutes fast walking. Also it is very close to the local port with ferries to different destinations. There is a trading area near the port. The hotel is on the top of the hill so you have great views. I strongly recommend to meet sunset on their terrace bar - great photos!
Check in was easy and friendly. And I should say that their reception desk is great - helpful and friendly.
Rooms are clean and well equiped.
Breakfast is very tasty with great choice of food.
Pool is not big but enough for swimming and enjoying cool water in the sun. There are many sunbeds around the pool.
So this hotel is a perfect place to stay away from busy Old Town especially if you are with children. And they treat Expedia member in the best way!

What I don’t like is staff don’t really come across as friendly. Many times I walked past reception, staff who weren’t engaged, did not acknowledge us.

Housekeeping entered my room despite the DND icon activated. Fortunately nothing was missing.

This nice hotel was located approximately 20 minutes from the Dubrovnik airport and about 5-7 minutes from Old Town Dubrovnik. It is situated on the main road and elevated in the middle area that overlooks the Adriatic Sea, Elaphite Islands and the boat ports.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods, coffee and juices. It is a good selection for both carnivores and vegetarians. We dined one time using the a la carte option and buffet option. The food was great with both options.

The room was well designed, modern and we loved it! No complaints. Most to all of the rooms overlook the ocean and port.

The front desk staff was very helpful and answered all questions well and no issue with explaining things in English.

The only downside to this was that the elevator is a bit small and can fit approximately 6-7 people without luggage. During the breakfast timeframe, you may want to plan to walk the stairs because of the rush of people using the elevator.

We would definitely use this hotel if we decide to come to Dubrovnik again.

This hotel has stunning views from many rooms and bar and restaurant. Likewise both the indoor and outdoor pools. We paid for B&B wanting to try local restaurants but decided to pay to eat in the bar late evening and restaurant last night. Bar food good but restaurant food for both breakfast and evening meal simply outstanding! The main negative was the hotel is very high above the harbour, about 500 steps down and up, down second time & taxi back the second. My wife said “Best £11 spent ever”. The staff, I saw in another review were praised as what made this hotel great, and we’d all concur with that. A hotel primary to enjoy for its fabulous views, pools, food and bar and above all staff. Avoid if intending to walk around the area and onto Dubrovnik.

Most amazing view ever

Fab hotel with the most amazing views out over the harbour. Gorgeous infinity pool (also with the amazing view) with a bar just behind selling drinks, ice cream and pizzas and loaning pool towels. Quite a distance from the old town but only a 40 minute walk (downhill) and a 150kn taxi ride back for the uphill return. Worth noting that the hotel allows you to use its facilities and showers etc on your day of checkout which is a huge bonus. Only a ten minute walk from the ferry, but the entire walk is vertical up 400 steps which is no fun in the heat with luggage, so would definitely recommend a cab!

We moved down the coast from a hotel in Markarska that wasn’t that much more and also half board. This hotel is awful value for money, feels like an English premier in but £200 per night B&B. Stuck up on a hillside convenient for the i8 road but that’s it. 400 steps from harbour, stuck between two ugly tower blocks. It does have a wonder view as a bonus. Our room 615 smelt musty and had a view of cliff face. Small pool we didn’t use and a pretty basic breakfast. Not sure how it earns the score it has to be honest.

The view from the hotel is excellent. It's on a hill overlooking the city. But no stores or restaurants in convenient walking distance. Great for the price though especially when you consider the other hotels that are closer to the tourist attractions.

Tremendous views from the restaurant and cafe bar, very pleasant staff and chamber maids. Good food and nice selections at the bar of local beers etc. Swimming pools indoor and out. Excellent bus service to the Old town a 3A and a 3 takes you right there and back.
Wished there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also we went to use the Jacuzzi and the water was very cold. Not what we expected.

The hotel is well placed if you are driving: free parking. The bus to Dubrovnik is in front and takes about 7 minutes. Coming back is more of a challenge: the route goes through the port and takes 20 minutes depending on traffic. But still easier than trying to cope with driving to and parking in Dubrovnik. If you don't have a car then it may not be so practical? Otherwise the view of the port is great (other than a big ugly building in the way!) and the facilities are good and the desk staff very helpful.

The Seaview is a big attraction to stay. Staff were friendly and offer good advice. However, as a 4 star hotel, we expect the room will have an electric kettle but it did not, nor can we find anywhere in the hotel which offered this facility. A bit disappointed. Otherwise, everything else are up to standard.

We stayed for one night and we checked in around 2100,after a full day tour in the city. The receptionist didn’t tell us that our room is handicapped-friendly. And literally, situated beside the hallway stairs. The toilet seat is raised,making it hard for us to use. The AC was so loud,we asked them to turn it off because we can’t sleep,alongside with people going up and down the stairs at night.

I think it would be a courtesy to let your guests know that the room is handicapped friendly. I don’t usually mind, because they have a bigger space and room. But in this case, it was very inconvenient to use the bathroom.

Great location for us as we were driving into the city from Kotor and there it was. Our onward journey was by ferry to Hvar, so ideally located for a walk down to the port. In between we admired the spectacular views from the hotel, enjoyed its comforts and the charms of Dubrovnik. I’d return to this hotel. Great price compared to many

The views are beautiful from the room and breakfast restaurant. The outdoor pool is great with a stunning view of the bay. The staff were helpful. Easily accessible to old town by bus or Uber.

beautiful hotel with gorgeous views! Staff were helpful, however they have a lot of onsite services they provide which are very $$$ and they aren’t really willing to offer recommendations or advice on services outside such as laundry or doctor which were really expensive through them. Overall great stay and location is pretty good, a little far from the old city but a nice walk or short taxi ride!

Excellent location with a view over the bay (3 large building blocks obscure the view in places). Fantastic if a little small outside and indoor pools. Food was good and reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 30 mins walk to the old city. Good distance away from the busy centre. Reasonably priced in high season for a family room. Would stay again.

A great place to stay in Dubrovnik

Large room, very modern accommodation, nice pools and fantastic views. Good location particularly if you have a car or don’t mind public transport. Strongly recommend.
