Pros- The place is fantastic, they really make eveyone feel welcome. I was 1 of 3 mates from Australia and they wee a little shocked to see us at their hotel. Their English was respectable which was good to see. I booked the room and it ended up being a underwater style room, i think it was ment for kids but rather a good laugh. It was cleaned daily and well presented. If i were 10 yrs old it would be amazing to stay here. The life guard (Female) at the pool was the nicest of all satff but all were plesant from what we could understand. They did go out of their way to help us when we went to the local water park and i Thank Them fo that. amazing Help. Fantastic location and great breakfast. Cons- The people in Riccione are plesant to their own but dont like it when Non Italians are in there town. Felt a little alienated. But do not let that stop you from visiting a beautiful part of Italy.

Non ci ritornerò sicuramente, sono stato in tantissimi alberghi e non ho msi visto una canere così piccola la cosa che mi ha maggiormente irritato e stato il bagno di poco più di un metro quadrato e con la doccia praticamente inesistente

Tutto positivo eccezion fatta per la camera. Di certo economy ma, a parte le dimensioni ridotte, con fornitura da bagno carente e bagno stesso minimal con soffione doccia nel bel mezzo(?!). Per il resto gentilezza a profusione e ottima colazione.

Nelle immediate vicinanze di Viale Ceccarini, in una comoda e tranquilla posizione. Vicinissimo al centro citta' e a tutta una serie di locali che anche a febbraio erano aperti.
Accolti da un sorriso, ci hanno consegnato subito la stanza che si è rivelata nuova, comoda e pulita e silenziosa esattamente come nella descrizione.

Premetto che ci siamo stati un giovedì sera fuori stagione e abbiamo pagato veramente poco. Il primo impatto non è dei migliori dato che l'ingresso sembra più un bar che un hotel. Personale comunque molto cordiale e disponibile anche se la reception non è aperta 24 ore su 24 (una volta fatto il check-in si può comunque entrare e uscire tranquillamente a qualunque orario). La camera era abbastanza piccola dato che, pur non essendo necessario, oltre al matrimoniale c'era anche un letto a castello. Inoltre in bagno manca il box doccia (l'intero bagno è un box doccia). Bello il balcone che affaccia sulla piscina. Forse è solo perche eravamo fuori stagione, ma l'esterno avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione. Nel complesso comunque l'esperienza è stata positiva. Soprattutto per quanto riguarda la colazione. Ottima, abbastanza varia ed abbondante.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale nella vivacissima Riccione, a 150 mt dal mare, buona colazione con parecchia scelta e ottima cucina in stile marinaro romagnolo, il pranzo e la cena serviti da 2 fantastici e simpaticissimi camerieri, tanta allegria in piscina insieme al bagnino Andrea, ottimi aperitivi a bordo piscina (climatizzata), clima socievole ed accogliente, come sentirsi a casa, luogo perfetto per giovani e meno giovani, unico neo il bagno in camera, veramente molto piccolo, superabile con un po' di adattamento,in ogni caso le camere sono pulite e ben tenute, ottimo per qualita' prezzo, andate tranquillamente, vi divertirete. Grazie Cappuccina per la bella e rilassante vacanza!!!!

Отличный семейный отель, замечательные хозяева. Хорошие для Италии завтраки. Каждый день развлечения для детей и взрослых. Единственное, к чему можно придраться - маленькие номера и плохая звукоизоляция. Если будет возможность, вернёмся туда ещё (жили в отеле 10 дней). Для трёх звёзд - прекрасно!

La prima volta che abbiamo soggiornato a La Cappuccina, c'è stato un disguido nel pagamento che inizialmente non avevamo notato. Dovendo soggiornare nuovamente a Riccione nella stessa settimana, il personale dell'albergo non solamente ha scalato dal conto quello che avevamo pagato in più, ma ci ha anche gentilmente concesso l'utilizzo di una camera superiore. Grande attenzione e professionalità, sono queste le cose che fanno la differenza. Torneremo sicuramente.

Je suis restée qu'une nuit. L'accueil, le petit déjeuner très fourni et la générosité règnent. La chambre solo par contre est complètement ENVAHIE par le lit deux places. La douche ne me déplaît pas mais elle est quasiment \"dans\" les toilettes, il n'y a pas de différences entre le bas de douche (à l'italienne) et les toilettes. En fait, c'est l'espace qui est mal géré.

Personale disponibile e cortese, camera pulita anche se piccola (la nostra era al terzo e ultimo piano)ma confortevole, colazione OTTIMA con abbondanza per tutti i gusti: dolce, salato, yogurt, cereali...paste fresche e torte fatte in casa. Bevande calde fatte sul momento e non con il dispenser come accade spesso, e per finire spremuta fresca.

Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento una camera superior e una volta arrivati abbiamo avuto la gradevole sorpresa che ci era stata assegnata una junior suite. il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole in quanto tutto il personale a partire dagli addetti alla reception per finire con le addette alla pulizia della camera si è dimostrato molto efficiente e gentile. la pulizia della camera era perfetta come anche la biancheria del letto e gli asciugamani. Il ristorante offriva a pranzo e a cena alcuni menu a scelta e la colazione presentava una buona varietà di scelta. In conclusione l'esperienza è stata molto buona.

Buon albergo, ottimo per le famiglie.
Miglior rapporto qualità prezzo che ho trovato su expedia al momento della prenotazione. Eravamo in 3 amici e ci hanno dato una camera con un letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo, praticamente occupavano tutta la stanza. Nel bagno nn è presente una doccia \"cabina\", il bagno si allagava ogni volta che ci facevamo la doccia. Anche quello molto piccolo. Molto comodo il terrazzino che da sulla strada. Biciclette da poter utilizzare liberamente, ma fino alle 24 (scomodo per chi vuole farsi una serata sulle spiagge). Molto proibiitivi sul salire in camera con gente che non sia dell'albergo. Prima colazione servita dalle 8 alle 10 e mai utilizzata da noi che ci svegliavamo piu tardi. In compenso ci hanno offerto piu volte un caffe al bar (una torta e della frutta sono sempre disponibili in reception). Peccato solo che alla fine ci siam ritrovati 5 caffe segnati sul conto della camera ( 5€ che si potevano risparmiare, brutta figuara per l'albergo).

Camera funzionale, arredamento in ordine, pulizia ok. Bagno con doccia a pavimento (niente box nè piatto doccia). Colazione assortita, ma solo dolce, niente salato e inizio servizio alle ore 8, inadeguato per chi deve andare a lavorare presto. Connessione internet gratuita e perfettamente funzionante. Personale cortese. Essendo fuori stagione turistica, niente ristorante interno, ma locali convenzionati a breve distanza.
