Overall, our stay was wonderful. The room was nice, location perfect, and staff friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I will make, is we left our camera in the room after checkout(our fault), but knew where we had left it- called back the same day- nowhere to be found. A little disappointed considering how amazing the rest of our time there was!

This was by far the best hotel I stayed on during my 2-week trip through Italy. I wish my stay in Verona was longer. I will definitely return and without a doubt stay at this hotel again. Easy walk from the train station even with mid sized bags. A taxi is just €15 if you don’t want to walk. Walking distance to churches, museums and major tourists attractions. The staff informed us at check-in we could enjoy €1 museums on the first Sunday of the month. Great surprise! No A/C during this time of the year but didn’t need it, it was the best sleep I had in days! Breakfast was incredible, plenty of healthy and delicious options. Verona is gorgeous and this hotel made it a perfect experience! Thanks to all the kind staff

The room was beautiful and spotless. We had the triple balcony which offered a very convenient layout for us and our friend staying one night with us. Steps away from the Arena and Giulietta’s House. The breakfast was the best we have had so far with both North American and Italian items to choose from, fresh juices and fantastic coffee. The staff could not have been more helpful. Overall, it was a good stay. The rooms were adjoining for a family, but on the small side. Saw some ants in the room and mold build up in the shower area. Other than that it was all good things. Short walk to the arena and the main shopping area. Louis Vuitton store right around the corner. It rained so that limited what we did and saw. The hotel offers valet which is nice and convenient. Restaurants right next to the hotel. I would recommend.

Super Hotel 2 Min Walk From Arena
Read many reviews before deciding on this hotel, and it was everything I could have hoped for! This hotel is literally a 2 min walk from the arena, street runs off the main plaza. Reception staff were great to deal with, both prior to visit & on arrival. We stayed in a superior Twin Room, room was spotless, beds were really comfortable, had extra pillows, large balcony, excellent air con & lovely large bathroom with shower. Breakfast was amazing, buffet selection is best I’ve seen in Italy, & I’ve been travelling to Italy for over 20 years. We were attending 2 events in the arena, a concert and opera, and couldn’t have asked for anywhere better to stay. Would thoroughly recommend & hope to return to stay again

Excellent location in the centre of Verona old town, which meant a very short walk from the Arena before and after the event that we'd booked. Being on a side street means that it was still very quiet. Room was small, but very pleasant. The 'courtyard view' was a little uninspiring, but the hotel overall was exceptionally clean and modern. Good buffet breakfast and brilliant staff. We would stay here again, definitely.

Great location in a quiet side street
The hotel is located right in the central historic area but still down a quiet side street. It is right across from the arena. We stayed in the Giulietta room which had two rooms with a kind bed, a queen bed, and a day bed. It was very convenient for a family of four with 2 older teens. The room is a few feet down the street in with some apartments but easy lot access. There is no lift if anyone has mobility issues. There isn’t a safe. I would recommend this hotel.

Good stay though I paid for a room with view only to get there and they tell me that they are overbooked, so I got a room without any view. The windows had to be closed the whole time as it overlooked another hotel room. Good breakfast in the morning and helpful staff during the breakfast hours. Hotel is close to the arena and things to do in the area.
