The bizarre use of Denglish as a language grates a bit... trying too hard to be cool. But that's the only niggle, everything else was fine. The rooms could do with more and better lighting, especially for those of us who have to work on holiday. Loved the free early bird coffee on the roof terrace each morning!

Vorab, das Hotel und unser Aufenthalt hat uns gar nicht gefallen - aus den folgenden Gründen: Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig, Zimmertüren schlagen laut zu, rücksichtslose Lautstärke, unfreundliches Personal, kleine Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, Zimmer sind nicht funktional eingerichtet, Design erinnert an IKEA und dazu noch Wände und Decke in dunkelgrün gestrichen. Schlechte Beleuchtung und dazu dann eben die dunkle Wandfarbe. Wir werden dieses Hotel nie wieder in Betracht ziehen und werden jedem abraten dort zu übernachten! Schade um das schöne Wochenende- NIE wieder für uns.

Der Service und das Essen (Hühnchen- Gericht) waren qualitativ schlecht. Abendessen/Dinner: Der Wein wurde erst zum Dessert ausgeschenkt, man hatte uns vergessen.

In diesem Hotel stimmt Preis-Leistung noch im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels in SPO.
Super Frühstück, da ist für Jeden etwas dabei.
Freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer.
Auf hohem Niveau gejammert, wäre ich froh über einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gewesen, aber der Shop/Kiosk am Empfang hat eine gute Auswahl, wenn einen der Snackhunger überkommt.
Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft zeigt einen neuen Stil. Ein ähnlicher Stil wie Beach Motel oder Bretterbude. Nur auf seine Art etwas feiner.
Freundliches Personal und sauber war es soweit auch. Allgemein finde ich die Preise einer angeblichen Suite hochpreisig. Unter einer Suit verstehe ich etwas anderes. Mehr Luxus wäre wünschenswert. Ein Beispiel ist das „Sofa“ im Wohnbereich. Nicht wirklich bequem, eher Jugendherberge.

Super Hotel mit tollem Essen. Wer Ruhe will: Zimmer zum Innenhof mit dem besten View können laut sein, da sich viele Urlaubende recht rücksichtslos bis weit nach Mitternacht laut unterhalten und lachen. Alles nett, aber nicht wenn man irgendwann schlafen will. Zimmer ohne View nach hinten wahrscheinlich besser.

Trevligt hotel med gångavstånd till det mesta, bra service och trevligt bemötande av personal. Rummen fina och bekväma sängar, frukosten var trevlig och med flera trevliga platser att sitta på. Tysta rum och hotellet hade både barer och restauranger med bra öppettiden. En stor nackdel som drar ner betyget rummet har ingen AC, vilket är extremt konstigt för ett 5 stjärniga hotel.

Suite für 2 Personen, 1 Übernachtung :

Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr verdreckt. Es war überall sehr viel Staub zu sehen und zu riechen. In den Ecken lagen fremde Haare herum, auf einem Blumenständer ausgekippte Erde,, Bademäntel und Bettwäsche verstaubt.
Keine Übernachtung in der Suite möglich. Uns wurde angeboten, eine andere Suite zu beziehen. Wir konnten diese erst nach mehreren Stunden haben, da auch die andere gereinigt werden musste. Leider war die zweite auch nicht ganz sauber, Staub war nur an sichtbaren Ecken gewischt. Minibar gar nicht aufgefüllt.
Als Trospflaster: 2 Getränkgutscheine
Das Frühstück war ganz gut.
Leider haben wir viel Zeit verloren durch die nicht gereinigten Räumlichkeiten bei unserer Ankunft, und das bei 1 Übernachtung.
Die Getränkegutscheine bei so einem Fauxpas sind ehrlich gesagt daneben, wenn man so viel Geld für eine verdeckte Suite bezahlt.
Keine Weiterempehlung, auch wenn das Hotel sonst schön gewirkt hat.

Negativ-Kritik? Fehlanzeige!

Kurzurlaub an der Nordsee. Von ersten Moment in der Lobby fühlten wir uns absolut willkommen. Das gesamte Team war nicht nur freundlich, sondern herzlich! Unser Hund war überall gern gesehen und es gab sogar einen gemütlichen „Frühstücksplatz“ außerhalb des Restaurants, wo er dabei sein durfte.
Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf‘s Meer ist magisch!!!
Kurz: wir haben (auch als queeres Paar) nichts, aber auch gar nichts vermisst!
Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte „Urban-Team“.

Das Hotel Urban Nature bietet eine beeindruckende Kombination aus modernem Komfort und natürlicher Eleganz. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und strahlen eine entspannte Atmosphäre aus. Der Service ist erstklassig, und das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig das Parksystem könnte verbessert werden, indem klare Erläuterungen im Parkhaus angeboten werden, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Insgesamt jedoch eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Gute Lage, schönes Design, Sauna auch gut mit Aussicht.
Nicht so toll: Zimmer war jetzt im November ziemlich dunkel, laute Lüftung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, da dort nachts eine Party war, war es ziemlich laut. Beim Frühstück sind einige Lebensmittel schon angetrocknet (Guacamole, Käse, Hummus).
