Nightmare transfer from the airport. Followed the instructions to call for the shuttle and it would turn up. Well it turns up with a different name on the white bus, people squish themselves into the 8 seats. Worked out this the was the bus to be told, tough wait for it to do a loop. Not impressed considering I’d called ahead and told it was on its way for me. Call the hotel to find out the still have at least 28 people they are aware of to shuttle. So, wait for it to do its loop 15-20 mins later - it pulls up in a totally different spot and again people start to pile on the bus. Quick jog across the car park and myself and one other that had missed out the first time get on the bus. It drives to the ‘hotel’. Doesn’t look like the photos. Told to wait, the bus driver deals with everyone else that’s on the bus - think they were people picking up cars. Then they ‘check me in’ oh no key ready! It’s 2am in the morning, hotel chap returns to the desk - oh still no key! Makes me a key then says he’s too busy to show me the room- it’s a couple of hundred meters down the road left right left right blah blah. So off I go single female 2am in the morning. Find the hotel and met with a serious waft of cannabis - delightful! The room it’s self was what I’d expect and fine. The rest though disorganised chaos.

The rooms were very small and basic but contemporary and very clean. I hadn’t realised I wasn’t in the ‘main’ hotel but an annex a street away. I had to check in at one hotel and then walk about 800m to the next one which had no reception. It was rather noisy through the night with doors banging and noise from the stairs, but I presume that’s because it’s an airport hotel and people were coming and going. If you’re only staying to make using the airport easier, it’s fine. No idea what the other hotel would be like to stay at but when I got my key from there, there seemed to be a nice atmosphere.

Just a hotel to get you from point A to point B.
Pillow and beddings need changing. However, the staff are great especially the receptionist and the cleaner from Lithuania.

It was hard to organize the trip because it said check in was only from 11-5 pm. And whenever I send a message thru Expedia, they didn’t answer my question- so we had to rush to check in before 5. But I don’t think it mattered since the check in was a few blocks away at a different hotel. All very confusing. The rooms were lovely and bed was comfy. There is a common room/kitchen which looks like you can use if you want

Great small Hotel near to Hahn Airport

Great place to overnight from Hahn Airport, only 10 minutes walk in a quiet village.
Fabulous breakfast too.

Basic but comfortable and clean, has parking, and convenient for the airport. It's a bit of a pain to have to walk down the road to the other hotel to pick up the key, especially if raining! The receptionist said I could leave the key in the room on check out, which I did (rather than walk down the road again), but I would have felt more reassured to have a safe place on site to hand it in.

I didn’t like the fact than when I had ordered the bill at the restaurant they ignored me and I had after 20 minutes to go myself to the desk.

Small converted farm house. Must check in at nearby hotel as there is no front desk. Rooms were nice and clean.

Ich hatte einen wirklich sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ausgesprochen nette und freundliche Personal – man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Egal bei welchem Anliegen, das Team war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat sich sofort gekümmert.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt, was für mich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Hygiene und Komfort gelegt wird.

Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und einen tollen Service legt, ist hier genau richtig!
