Our A/C unit was leaking. The room had a mildew smell because of it. The front desk staff was so sweet and nice. This hotel is not a bad stop for someone pass through for one night. But I wouldn't stay more then one night myself.

The front desk staff was completely unprofessional. It was more like they were talking loudly with friends in-person and on their phones. When needing to ask a question, it was made to feel like you were bothering them versus simply asking a question. There was a DirectTV outage which clearly frustrated the attendant, and she made it known that other Guests were \"getting on her nerves\" calling down about their Televisions not working. I witnessed this during check-in. During checkout, there was no attendant present at the desk. There are a sign and phone on the desk to call an extension if no one is present at the desk. I dialed the number, then began to hear the attendant in the back yelling out \"I am tired of this phone ringing\" before coming around the corner. I stated that I was only following the instructions on the desk since an attendant was not present. In my room, there were burn stains on the counter in the bathroom. The rest of the room was decent; however, the staff present was very subpar.

Arrived and no one was to be found for 20 minutes. Sign was slit that said press 0. Called a few times but gave up when I saw “44 missed calls”. Hair was all over the bathroom and toilet paper. Felt so dirty and disgusting.

Have no utensils or supplies for kitchen. Had no soap in the bathroom. Did eventually get soap/shampoo. Why have a kitchen and no cup/fork/bowl/ pot/plate. Didn’t make sense

Parking was easy and very pet friendly. I would just recommend that they clean a bit more. I was out of all the liquids in the bathroom, the side of the toilet had urine stains and food and garbage was on the floor as well as outside for the whole weekend. I TOTALLY enjoyed our quick stay as we drove through to our next destination. The staff was excellent

The remote didnt work for the tv, you had to push the power button on the tv itself. Then the volume was not able to be adjusted.
The knob for the stove wasnt there and it was impossible to turn by hand, so the kitchen was useless to prepare food.
The bathroom wasnt properly cleaned, there was still hair and a bar of soap in the bathtub from the previous guest.

This is the first time my stay has been less than awesome, hopefully its just an isolated incident. Tried to speak with the manager multiple times, even left a number for a callback and they never reached out

Room was not clean, there was food on the floor dnd the shower/tub had stains and dirt in it. My room door would not close unless I slammed the door really hard. I called front desk to ask for a different room, they were no help. Would not recommend!

Everything worked perfectly. It's a place to stay for the night and that's what you get. The kitchen does not come with a pot, so do bring yours if you plan to do so light cooking. We also brought some disposable plates, spoons and glasses and that all worked fine.

slowest check-in ever! Desk employee seemed like it was her first day. NO LUGGAGE CART AVAILABLE- EVER! And , they didn't seem to care! When you're on the 3rd floor, traveling with a dog and wife, that matters A WHOLE LOT! Liked it 1st time, never again!

Only one elevator, went bad overnight. Had to do 3 trips to bring down my and my wifes luggage from 3rd floor. This would have not been a problem except that I am 73 years old, have had both my knees replaced with prosthetics(artificial knees) and open heart surgery. No one offered to help or gave alternatives

Room was nice, location was great. Full sized fridge and a stove top were both great to have though we didn't use them. Soap/shampoo in the shower was in a holder that was glued with something to the inside of the wall in the tub and it came off with just a little pressure trying to press the nozzle and get some soap. Breakfast currently unavailable because they had flooding recently and are renovating. Dehumidifiers in the halls even though you didn't hear anything running and didn't smell mildew or anything. Actually a nice place to stay, just minor inconveniences and still better than other places I've stayed at the same price.

Rooms were clean, staff was very nice, location was perfect. Dog friendly so we were kept up by barking until the owner went to sleep. Price of stay was affordable compared to other hotels. Full kitchen was a plus but we didn’t use it as we ate out all week.

Building recently had some minor flooding on 1st floor that I understand couldn’t be helped. Just didn’t have the best conditions for a new hotel.

Also saw some ants and small bugs on floor in bathroom.

I wouldn't stay here again if it were the only hotel available. Tonight I went out and got some take out Chinese food and on the way back my wife called and said there was no utensils or plates or anything in the kitchen so I should ask at the front desk. So when I got back I asked the girl working and she said \"we don't have that\", so I said, wait, you have a kitchen and stove but no utensils? That makes no sense. She rolled her eyes at me and said \"and it seems like you don't care either\" . She said \"if you would read the fine print on the internet you would know. If you need utensils, go buy it\" that of course sent me over the edge. I mean, they bring you breakfast if you want, would that be without utensils? I'm sure if she wanted, she could have helped us out, but couldn't care less and as I'm waiting for the elevator, she's talking to a customer that walked in at the end about me. I've never been treated by such a rude person in a long time. Do yourself a favor and find an extended stay or other hotel with a kitchen that is actually usable. Also, check the \"fine print\" on the internet and nowhere does it mention anything about bringing your own utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

Truly enjoyed our 5 day stay. First time staying at one of these types of hotels. Was nice to have a kitchen with a full size fridge. Ben was very comfortable and the fact that I had a recliner really put the room over the top. The cost was very reasonable for all the amenities.

Didn't care for location. Discusting dumpsters visible and close to front door. Loud furnace type sound inside room constantly even when AC was off. Room phone rang at midnight but was tryingbto sleep so Didn't answer. No message left so have no idea why call occurred. Next morning we reportedbitvand desk person couldn't explain why.

This property is nice enough, but it doesn’t note on the website that you must bring your own utensils and cookware which is a really big inconvenience. They do charge you for spatulas two dollars a piece and silverware and bowls we ended up going to the dollar store in Costco for pots and pans and paper plates and cups. Very inconvenient should be noted on the website. The staff was friendly enough However they did not recommend anyone staying there either for long periods of time unless they plan on buying all their own cooking amenities maintenance was nice enough that came to fixed a few things with the garbage disposal. Would only stay for an OVERNIGHT IF I had to.
