We stay at the Hard Rock pretty much every time we come to Biloxi. We love having all of the food options so close and the pool is really great for the kids. The only negative is the shower portion of the bathrooms need a good update. The door doesn’t always close properly and it looks dated compared to the rest of the room. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious and always clean.

The hotel is conveniently located on the waterfront. Parking is a breeze, with lots of self parking spots available. The room was spacious (king room in the Royal Tower), and the restaurants in and around provide a lot of options.

The casino is well laid out with a good variety of slots and table games. And the memorabilia around is pretty epic!

I arrived at 5:30 proceeded to try and check in but my room wasn’t ready. I was told it would be ready by 6 pm. I kept checking back with front desk. But it was 8:15 before I was given a room. I had a big event to attend that night and needed to clean up and change clothes. The event ended at 9. Needless to say I was forced to attend in the clothes I had travelled in.

Everything felt very dated. Room wasn’t well maintained, with beaten up furniture and stains on the walls.
Guest next to us were extremely loud with well over 10 people in a two person room. When I called the desk was greeted with “hello?” Then a monotone “what?” Which felt incredibly unprofessional as though I was bothering them by calling.

The restaurants and gambling floor staff were the saving grace. Funny, kind and helpful.

Overall calling this a 4 start establishment was probably true when they first opened. Now… not so much. Price point doesn’t match the experience.

Thought I was getting a room with an ocean view and a soaking tub but when I got there it was the exact opposite, no ocean and shower. I tried to change rooms but the manager basically said we’re full nothing I can do. Didn’t even try to make things right. I ended my stay early.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Hard Rock. We travel to Biloxi at least once a year. It has become our favorite place to stay. Everyone, from front desk to maintenance is friendly and welcoming.

The room had an odor of too much deodorizer. The carpets dirty in room and elevator floor dirty, the hotel needs an overhaul. Bathroom had all glass doors even for the toilet.

The Hard Rock Cafe had great food and a great staff! The Pie Five Pizza was delicious! However, the rest of the stay was horrible! I stayed in a premium room of the platinum tower and the table was wobbly, the wardrobe would not stay closed, the bathroom hook for towels was coming off the wall. The halls reeked of marijuana even though it was non-smoking and that smell wafted into my room! The front desk staff was not friendly, acted like I was bothering them when trying to check out. When I complained about the things wrong with the room, I was told they could not switch my room. They sent maintenance up to “fix” things, only the table was fixed and we had a choice to be out of the room or be in the room while maintenance came in during my stay time! I will NEVER be staying there again!

Front desk staff were great. Pool attendants were also. Casino waiter was extremely rude. The bartender in the back was extremely uspet about something. Cussing, pacing back and forth. Very unprofessional. He wasn't Cussing at the customers, he was Cussing at the fact no body was showing up to cover his shift. I also feltt the rooms needed a little spruced up.

The members card for the casino seemed like a joke. We were told after we gambled that the points don't travel with us to other Hard Rock casinos. Huh? Why wouldn't they unless it's just a ripoff. We'll never go here again, would much rather spend our money at a casino where the points go with you.

My room was not cleaned a single time bed never made no towels changed out no trash removed! Is this normal service @ the Hard Rock it was my first time to stay in a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino?

Beautiful room in the platinum towers, but if you're bothered by smoke this isn't the place for you as smoking was permitted throughout most of the property. The only breakfast restaurant (besides Dunkin) is extremely expensive, 150.00+ for pancakes and eggs and the dinner was 225.00+ for burgers and chicken with fries for 2 adults, 1 teen, and 2 small children. The casino was basic, but a lot to choose from, but the cleanliness lacked here because most machines had cigarette ashes and beer spilled on the play area. The pool chairs were old and collapsed easy and the pool bar margaritas are expensive trash, but other than that it was a vibe.

Had a terrible room experience. Our AC was not working upon arrival. Walked in and it was so sticky everything was wet. I tried to turn it way down then went to dinner to see if it would cool off. Arrived back at 10 pm. Called and they sent someone. He said he saw the problem and fixed it. It did not cool off until 4-5am. Told front desk the next day. She did not seem to care. Said she would send someone. We went to dinner again so I don’t know if they ever went. Was still hot all night. Hardly got any sleep in 2 days. Told them again upon checking out. The guy said he would tell his manager and they would contact me. I never heard from anyone. Leads me to believe they really do not care. Would not recommend staying unless you plan to be hot and get little to no sleep.

The staff was fine, not overly pleasant but professional. The view of the Gulf of America from the platinum tower was superb. The room was just ok. No microwave, the provided coffee is horribly weak, and the walls are paper thin. Prepare to hear every conversation or other activity your neighbors engage in. Absolutely pathetic noise insulation. Bring ear plugs just in case you hav neighbors that choose to talk loudly in a drunken state at 3 am. On fence about booking here in the future.

The room itself was awesome! The showers did not have doors, they are just the floor with two drains and water was all over the floor making it super wet and slippery. We wasted most of our towels putting them on the floor to wipe up the water to keep from falling. I wish they had built up the shower wall for extra privacy instead of adding glass. Also if you are in the bathroom your reflection bounces off the windows in the bedroom so the people in the bedroom can see you in the bathroom changing. The blackout curtains really weren’t blackout. There was still quite a bit of sun coming in even with them being down. The hotel was great. Great location. Awesome pool. I wish the casino was non smoking or had a non smoking section. I don’t smoke and have really bad allergies. I went down for less than a hour and woke up the next morning with stuffy nose and nose bleed from all the smoke the night before so I wasn’t able to go back down there again. The hotel had several restaurants. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely stay there again. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

The hotel was great except when you walk in The building there was a stale smell, it was not pleasant. And our room was great except there was No light in the shower/tub. We had to take a shower/ bath in the dark!!!

We stayed here on a spur of the moment trip and were happy to see the area. We have stayed at Hard Rock hotels previously so appreciate the brand. This hotel is getting dated, but we had a clean room and a few hours of fun at the casino (thanks Kristi for being a great server!). In the room, some of the functionality was strange, for example, there were plugins UNDER the desk (requiring you to get on the floor to plug things in) and the light switch for the toilet room was on the wall behind the big main bathroom door. But, again, we appreciated the amenities such as Dunkin and the proximity to several restaurants and another larger casino for a walkable visit. It was too cool to swim when we were here but it looks like a fun pool.

Bed was very comfortable. Loved the guitar on the pillow case. Great shower with 3 shower heads. Great pool area with Scotty the bartender serving with a smile. Hot tub was amazing. Parking area was well lit. Hotel is full of Rock N’ Roll memorabilia. Close to restaurants and there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts in the lobby.

The valet service was either very poor or completely nonexistent, and there was no proper bellhop support. The pool area was another issue there were no clear signs explaining where to get towels, which made things unnecessarily confusing. On top of that, the bathrooms near the casino entrance were filthy and clearly not being maintained.

Overall, the place feels like it’s past its prime. It desperately needs better management and a stronger team to run it properly.

I will not be returning very unimpressed.

The shower door was out of alignment and would not close all the way (about 6 inches) so that water sprayed out on the floor outside.
There was a barking dog next door. Security wasn't able to contact the owners because they had left the property. We had to listen to it barking for over an hour.

Had to change rooms a few times. When I reached what I thought was my final room, a man walked in our room. I called the front desk and the lack of care was alarming. I was staying w my 15yr old daughter and they basically didn’t care then told me if we wanted we could get a new key. After expressing we no longer felt safe they basically said they have no rooms and they can cancel my reservation. All while this was going on security came to my room, started opening my door and “testing the lock” without telling me so I again scared opened the door and asked what was going on and was told “we don’t have to tell you anything” very condescendingly . So I exited my rooms luggage as this felt very violating to me and my young daughter. This was not a typical “Hard Rock” experience or service. Would never stay there again. The hotel next door is was much nicer spend the money and stay there (Beau Rivage)

Don’t stay here!! The room was dirty with crumbs/hair (even, AFTER I waited over an hour for a room to be cleaned), the smell of weed came through the vent of the bathroom and they didn’t want to allow my friend to change rooms when a man unlocked her door and walked into her room!! They wanted to just change the keypad lock!
