The sheets were clean, however the floors looked like they hadn’t been thoroughly swept and mopped. Booked for 3 night stay over the weekend, on our 3rd day (Sunday) we left out of the room around 230p and didn’t get back until later that night to find out that staff had gone into our room without notice and painted. Room service is only upon request but on a Sunday they painted. The staff was nice enough to move us to a different room but the paint odor was still noticeable in the other room that was booked down from the first room. It’s typically a nice stay there and very reasonably priced.

This place was terrible, the floor was sticky and there was water on it. There was a hole in the blanket and the bed looked like someone had slept in it and when I asked for house keeping the lady at the front desk said no one was around to clean and I had to get the sheets myself and lay the bed. The bathroom was nasty everything was just terrible. Please guys don’t go there.

The location is very convenient if you're staying in Ocean Springs for the nearby shops and restaurants and it's convenient if you're staying in Biloxi because it's right across the bridge. We were looking for a lower price because we're not in the room much so it was the best price compared to other places around. It wasn't perfect but it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable

The bathroom was not sufficiently clean and the iron was not working. With that being said, Quality Inn nor Expedia warned us about the train passing less than 30 yards away from our door several times, at night. I understand the discounted pricing but experiencing the noise and the vibration of it passing so close to the property without explanation was insufferable.

I had to deep clean our room upon arrival- floors were dirty and sticky, counters were dirty, and walls had mysterious substances on them. Our room budded up to the smoking rooms so you could smell the cigarette/marijuana smoke through the walls. Paint and walls were peeling (water damage) in the bathrooms and mold on the ceiling. We stayed a week here (Friday-Friday) and they ran out of all breakfast items by the third morning so we didn’t actually have that Amenity. Most of the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful apart from one lady who was absolutely rude and dismissive when we brought up the conditions. ALSO- train tracks run right next to the hotel so be prepared to hear that at all hours.

Bathroom door wouldn’t shut it hit the commode .. front door locked but wouldn’t close all the way u could see lots of light thru it! Train blows at 745 am sounds like it’s coming thru the building. Shower and bathroom floor was super slippery had to put towel in shower to keep from skidding down. . Very sketchy folks to be in ocean springs ..

Because it’s budget friendly, I have stayed twice.
My last visit was horrible though. Someone had literally been throwing feces around in the room and it wasn’t all cleaned up. The shower had a patch covering a hole. I asked the staffer what happened and she told someone destroyed that room and that I was first person to stay in it since. I contacted hotels.com and told them about the matter and expected a refund to which the hotel denied and said no staffer ever said that to me. I will never visit this hotel again.

They declined to allow check in 30 minutes early “room was not ready”, room was not clean and in poor condition (toilet broken, paint drops and caulking on floor, bathroom door would not close). Staff were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend and will not be staying there ever again.

The staff was very courteous. The location was convenient to walk to downtown, and the rooms were fine. However, a railroad track literally runs feet behind the motel, and train whistles blew three separate times throughout the middle of the night, making it impossible to get good sleep.

The room I stayed in had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and all over the AC unit. Room was muggy/moist the whole week I was there. My room didn’t get serviced ONCE the whole week I was there either. No new towels, no toilet paper, no one took out the trash- THE BARE MINIMUM. I had to go to the lobby in a DIFFERENT building to request new towels, to which their response was “bring us the dirty ones”. After I did so, they told me to come back and pick up my towels later because they didn’t have any clean ones right now. The “clean” towels I received were dirty and had what looked like black tar on them. Not to mention the staff, who I assume to be the owners, were rude during every interaction. My room faced the train tracks, which made my windows rattle and bed shake at all hours of the night/day.

The room was clean but the toilet was literally falling apart. The flush handle was barely hanging on the tank had a lid that wasn't for that toilet. Every time you tried to sit on the cheap toilet seat it would close you had to literally hold it open in order to sit down. The cable didn't work properly the box kept going in and out. I just needed a place to sleep my grandmother was in ICU close to the motel.

Rooms have been painted and updated flooring but no by a respectful contractor. Paint on the floor, drips and runs with paint even on the new counter tops. Just sloppy in the att Er mot to do an upgrade. Breakfast is juice, biscuits and gravy with several cereal choices and waffles. Good coffee with creamers.

Location is great. If the owner would simply put a little money into updating, this hotel would be great. I don’t mind spending a little more to have a nice clean and comfortable room.
You can quickly tell they are trying to go as cheap as possible, there wasn’t even toilet paper in the bathroom, had to walk to the office to get it. Staff is not very friendly, don’t seem happy to be there.

When we walked in the room spelled strongly of lavender cleaner and was muggy. The room looked clean at base level but after looking around it was obvious the room had never been deep cleaned at all! The bedding also smelled sour, come to find out later mold was every where. We had to purchase our own towels and toilet paper because house keeping never came. We stayed here while my husband had work in the area never will be back and don’t recommend to anyone. The doors only closed if you forced them shut. the shower was falling apart barely staying together under the layers of paint. The parking lot was hard to get in and out of, they also don’t tell you the train tracks are less than 50ft from the rooms and will shake you awake. We’ve never had a bad stay at a Quality Inn until this one. Oh and good luck getting someone at the office after 3pm.

The room was not cleaned properly. The floor was dirty, and the sheets had both holes and stains.

The bathroom had mold on the walls, and the door was broken. To top it off, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty.

The furniture was poorly assembled, with nothing properly aligned.

The hotel is located next to train tracks, so be prepared for an early wake-up call.

On the plus side, the staff was friendly.

Overall, it was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Second time staying here. Check in was easy and fast. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the rooms. First thing I noticed was the stench of the room. Then the comforter had a huge burn stain in it. Multiple surfaces had stains and clearly were not cleaned properly. The bathroom was worse and had hair, stains, and the toilet seat wasn’t even screwed on all the way. I hate to complain but seriously whoever cleans needs to take their job seriously.

I wish I would have taken pictures. When me and my husband walked up to our room we could immediately small dirty and we could see through the window that it was dirty. We opened the door and the beds hadn’t been made, there were food containers all over the counter and the room smelled so bad. We didn’t even walk in, we walked checked out and got a refund.

Arrived and was check in quickly by a nice lady. When I got to my room, I took a quick look around and immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned well by the cleaning staff. The bathroom was especially nasty unfortunately with stains and hair on the tub and shower curtain. Gross. The AC worked well though however somehow a wasp got into my room and i had to kill it. Bed was comfortable but i used my own comforter. And place is right by some railroad tracks so when a train passes you will be woken up by it and the shaking.

Someone needs to inform prospective guests about the train tracks that run 50 feet behind the property. Cargo trains average every 3 hours and the longer the train, the more your bed vibrates! We were vacationing, so it was more funny than irritating. I’m glad I didn’t have to work the next morning! But, staff lost stars for changing out a light right at our door at 10:00 at night! Not just the bulb, the whole light! Drilling, hammering, etc after lights out! Other than that, the hotel is quaint, front desk lady is very nice, and beds were comfy!

Rooms had roaches and other bugs. Bathrooms were run down and showers were terrible. A weird guy appeared with a fishing pole holding a tall can in his hand in the middle of the night. Two ladies were fighting outside our room as well. Creepy Crawler people hanging around all night. Not safe!!! Didn't see one cop. The free breakfast looked like slop in a crockpot. Trust me, don't stay here and go five miles north on Washington to the Comfort Suites-Ocean Springs. It's perfect if you are visiting family stationed at Keesler AFB. Do not stay here!!!!! You will regret it!!!! Again go to Comfort Suites-Ocean Springs.
