The coldness of the bar fridge was not good. The toilet seat was broken. The water took long to heat up to take a shower. The power was off for about 10 minutes. Luckily all of us was in our rooms at the time. However, the staff was vert friendly and helpful.

We stayed there 3 nights and had to change rooms 3 times due to bed bugs, aircon not working and beds dirty. Place is not very clean and breakfast is decent. At least staff is helpful in changing rooms

We had an exceptional experience at the Diamond Luxury Hotel in Antalya, and we
owe a huge part of that to Nazli, the receptionist! From the moment we walked through the door, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made all of us feel welcome.
Nazli was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and local attractions, providing fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our requests was impressive. Even when we had questions about my booking, she handled everything with ease and professionalism, ensuring we felt valued as a guest.
Not only did Nazli's friendly demeanor make the check-in process smooth, but she also checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. It’s clear that she cares deeply about the guests and the overall experience they have at the hotel.
If you’re planning a trip to Antalya, I highly recommend staying at the Diamond Luxury Hotel. The entire staff members including the Manager, cooks, support staff and receptionist are very friendly, helpful and supportive! We appreciate your amazing customer service.
The hotel owner should be proud of having staff member like Nazli and other incredible people working there. You guys are splendid!

The room was so dirty there were hair on bed, pillows and even in the wardrobe, there was no hand wash and toilet tissues. The receptionist lady was polite and the other guy who was shadowing her, was too rude when I complained about the room.

Great for a stay in Antalya. We found the location fine for visiting the bazaar and old town. An easy walk. Staff were very helpful with ideas of places to visit and things to do.

Ich habe dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner hohen Punktzahl ausgewählt. Sobald wie in Hotel rein, habe ich bemerkt alles sind Falsch. Das Hotel hat keine eigener Parkplatz. Du musstest selbst nach einer Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe suchen. Wenn wir in Zimmer rein, haben wir geschockt. Alle Bettwäsche sind dreckig mit vielen Haaren drauf. Kühlschrank war dreckig. Ins Bad alle Hand und Badentücher schmutzig. Nachdem wir die Rezeption informiert hatten, wurden sie alle gewechselt trotzdem ganze Körper morgen früh juckt. Frühstück war Katastrophe. Alles trocken. Orangensaft schmeckt nach.... .alle obsts gehören den vergangenen Tag. Am Ende Aufzug auch kaputt 😕.solche Dreckiges Hotel haben wir nie erlebt. Lassen Sie sich nicht von den hohen Punktzahlen täuschen. Dieses Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert.

We enjoyed our stay. Mr Mehmet and his staff are doing a great job and the Hotel is clean and comfortable. Mr Mehmet, the general manager and his Team are present and caring when needed. The area is safe and accessible to all amenities and activities for those visiting the area. I recommend Diamond Luxury Hotel.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Mr Mehmet, the general manager and his staff are present and attentive to their customers. Property is clean and very comfortable. Good location at short walking distance to Mark Antalya mall and others major shopping areas. Various sites and activities are available within the vicinity.

The hotel from the exterior looks very basic. The facilities inside the hotel are suffice but nowhere near the best I’ve experienced. The AC in the rooms were very loud and the walls are also thin. The Elevator was good. The dining facilities were always clean and the tables and chairs to eat on were good quality. The sofas around the reception are not comfy at all. The smoking area could improve / potentially expand to a more secluded spot

Arriving to the hotel we were welcomed by Arzu and one male (don’t know his name). A month before our holiday I requested for one of our rooms to have two single beds instead of one double bed and one of the hotel staff messaged me to say that my request was accepted. I was gutted to be told by Arzu that the hotel was full for the night and no spare rooms with single beds. However, she advised that the following morning, there would be some people checking out from a room with two separate beds which two of us could move into. The following day we did move to a room with two double beds which was good. The fridge did not work so we ended up drinking lukewarm drinks. One member of staff that really stood out was the lovely Arzu! She was so kind and friendly and helped us booked any transfers, such as for the airport and for the land of the legends. Every time we walked out of the hotel she greeted us and every time we returned back to the hotel after excursions, she also greeted us exceptionally. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see her the last three days of our stay, maybe she had those days off. A male with glasses (I think Mehmet) was also very friendly. One thing I didn’t like is before we changed rooms, one of the cleaners help me pack my things and asked me for money which I gave. Another time, I asked another cleaner to change our bedsheets, she asked for money, but this time I didn’t give any, as changing bedsheets is their job. That’s what their getting paid for.

Excellent staff—very friendly and helpful. Great Turkish breakfast. Clean, well-stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. Good maid service. Easy walk to Old Town and harbor. Good value. The bed was a bit too soft. Our main complaint is that the sheets had pilled and were quite rough. Would stay again if the sheets were smooth.

Hotel is clean. Facilities are pretty much as expected. Breakfast a bit hit and miss didn’t look fresh. Staff very friendly, Cleaners were particularly friendly.
The shower head was broken on arrival but the staff quickly replaced it and made sure that we were happy that it was working properly.
If we stay in Antalya again we would most likely come back to this hotel

This small hotel in Muratpasa is less than 30mins from the airport, has very good transport links (buses as well as trams) and is within walking distance to some main sightseeing areas such as Kaleici, Old City Marina, Old Bazaar, Yavuz Ozcan Park, Ataturk Park). The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful - a big thank you to Arzu, Yusuf & Emir, Feret and Farid. A good variety offered for breakfast and if you want to a traditional, home-cooked Turkish lunch or dinner, walk less than 1 min to the family run Sisci Mustafa-nin Yeri restaurant around the corner. Truly affordable, delicious and authentic meals. The only negative about the hotel was the thin walls. I don't know if it was down to the layout of the rooms or genuinely thin walls but I could hear all conversations being had in adjacent rooms, guests snoring, whenever toilets were flushed and when the showers were in use. That was the only negative about Diamond Luxury Hotel.

Enjoyed a stay here for a few days. The hotel is walkable from a tram stop (İsmetpaşa) so you can easily and very cheaply (around £1) get to and from the airport via the tram. The coast and some beautiful views are only a short walk away. The room was a good size, AC worked well, had a kettle which is handy for tea/coffee whenever and the shower always had good temperature/pressure. Breakfast was included and consisted of the usual stuff, eggs, meat, olives, cereal etc. also hot soup every morning which was something a bit different. Not much selection in drinks, Turkish tea or instant coffee, but I bought a packet of green tea from a nearby shop and drank that each morning instead. Fresh fruit was also lacking but the bread was always really nice. Staff were all friendly and helpful, they printed my return boarding pass for me. Wifi lost connection occasionally but only for maybe a minute or 2 each time so wasn't a problem. A lot of places were walking distance. I fully recommend the nearby observation deck (next to Tophane Park) for the views. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Ce matin vers 8h on frappe à ma porte avec des cries, quand je l’ouvre j’aperçois une fumée partout dans le couloir, un incendie était en cours.

Je prend mon bébé de 7 mois et ma femme et nous partons en urgence vers l’extérieur et la stupéfaction, 4 camions de pompiers sont déjà là. Je me rend vite compte que l’incendie était en cours depuis plusieurs minutes et que les détecteurs d’incendie ne fonctionnait pas !!

Si personne n’avait frappé à ma porte et que l’incendie se serait propagé nous serions tous mort pendant notre sommeil.

Ps : douche froide, l’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas

Odadaki duş monte yerinden kırıktı. Havlular ve yatak ürünleri lekeliydi. İki gece de sabah 5'e kadar kattaki rusların inanılmaz yüksek sesle bağırmaları geliyordu. Otoparkı var görünüyor ama yoktu. Resepsiyondaki çocuklar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi.
