It was a decent hotel in the city center. Very easy to walk to when you get off the ship. Also there is a supermarket on the right building you can access to food drink etc. wifi was working pretty well. You can reach to restaurants & bike renters etc very easily. STaff was very helpfull although it was weekend & they were very busy. AC is working pretty well & quiet.

This is more of a place to store your suitcase while you explore. I do not advice visiting in winter. My room was very cold. I had to wait at least 20 minutes to check in. As in many less than 5 star hotels in Istanbul, you can smell rank sewage near the bathroom right as you walk into the room...but it’s certainly better than sleeping outside.

Gecenin saat 3 ünde yan odada olan kavga seslerine uyandık. Bitmek bilmeyen bir kavga ve otel sahipleri müdahalede bulunmadı. Otelin numarasını aradık ancak cevap dönmedi. Öncelikle fotoğraf çekmeyi unuttuğum için üzgünüm. 14:00 giriş dendi, 14 te gittim fakat kalacağım odadaki arkadaşlar ben oradayken çıkış yaptı. Odama ne zaman geçebileceğimi sorduğumda 15 dk beklemem söylendi fakat yaklaşık yarım saat bekledim. Sonrasında zemini ıslak olan odama geçebileceğimi belirttiler. Oda kutu gibi, tuvalet çok dar. Oda tertemizdi fakat yastık kılıfı küçük olduğu için yastığın ne kadar pis olduğu ortadaydı. Koridordaki ses olduğu gibi odanın içinde, aynı şekilde sizin sesiniz de olduğu gibi koridora gidiyor. Bir daha kesinlikle kalmayacağım bir yer. Oda bilgilerinde duş jeli ve şampuan olacağı yazıyordu fakat bunlar yoktu. İstediğim zaman da yurtdısından temin edildiğini bir sorun yaşadıklarını belirttiler. Ne diyebilirsiniz ki böyle bir yanıta? 4 5 odası olan daracık bir parsele sıkıştırılmış bir otel burası ve yurtdışı kaynaklı lojistik sorunu yaşıyorlarmış. Tek yapacağınız malzemeleri temin edebilene kadar şişelere şampuan ve duş jeli doldurarak misafirlerinizi mağdur etmemek. Haftasonu başka boş yer bulamadığım için buraya rezervasyon yaptırmıştım ve bir daha kesinlikle konaklamayacağım bir lokasyon. Çift olarak geliyorsanız da böyle izbe yerleri eşinize layık görmeyin, daracık koridorlar, inşaat halinde bir kat, karyola ve iki koltuktan ibaret eski dolaplı odalar, havalandırması iyi olmayan sigara kokan daracık banyo. Ne diyebilirimki, başka iyi bir alternatifim olsa gelmezdim. Bu tecrübeden sonra, alternatifini bulamazsam tatili iptal ederim.

We have 24 standard rooms, each with central air conditioning in the summer and central heating in the winter. All rooms also have a minibar and electronic safe.
Our rooms are cleaned every day upon request. Sheets and towels are changed every other day unless you request it.
The reception is open 24 hours a day. Free parking is available.
Our hotel is a 5-minute walk from Kartal beach and you can visit the Princes' Islands by ferry from the beach. Ist Marin shopping center (Marmaray) is approximately 20 minutes away after 1 stop by Tiren.
