Nestled above the hubbub of downtown Buyukada, Triada is a crisp beacon of relaxation. My room had double doors that opened onto a beautifully mosaic balcony from which I could see the ocean, and boats sailing past with the Istanbul skyline behind it. Breakfast was enough food for a full day.

The hotel is in a quiet part of the island. The bugalow's look perfect and the surrounding is peaceful. The nightmare starts at night when it's bed time. Apparently there is no sound insulation whatsoever. The neighbouring bungalows' activities were well heard, actually as if we were sharing a room. It was as if the neighbour was snoring right next to me. We had a chat with the reception and they said that an insulation process was in progress. There are also rooms in the main building, those would be my preference next time. We stayed two nights and saw no cleaners, which was interesting as we were told.that we needed to hang the 'Clean my room' tag. It's a new hotel and is open to constructive comments, so by the time the reader of this comment gets there, most issues would have been solved. The service personel was attentive and polite. The restaurant menu was a tad bit limited, which probably will improve in time. Breakfast was a feast!

The Absolute Best Adalar Hotel
This hotel, and its staff, will amaze and wow you beyond any description I could write. We literally just walked around saying \"wow\" out loud over and over again as we explored this gorgeous estate and took in all the views. No amount of great photos can do it justice. It's the most amazing hotel on Buyukada, I promise you, and perhaps in all of the Istanbul area. You will love it more than you think you will, no matter how much you already think you will! I can't recommend it enough. We live in Istanbul, only 30 minutes away, but we will stay here as often as possible anyway, just because we loved it so much. I also highly recommend the cabin-style spaces if any are available when you book. Yes, the mansion is gorgeous, but those special cabins are way more private, romantic, and extremely modern than you probably imagine, and feature some of the most amazing views of the sea and surrounding landscape you'll find anywhere. Especially if you're a couple, you want one of those, I promise. You will be extremely pleased if you get one. Also I didn't realize it until we stayed this past time, but the best beach on Buyukada (in my opinion) is only a very short walk from this property, which is a HUGE plus, as travel around the island is actually extremely annoying and a huge hassle, especially if you're a tourist and/or don't speak Turkish. So just one more thing to love, about a hotel with so many already.

Wir hatten am ersten Tag um Hotel zu Mittag gegessen der Salat war noch sandig und mit faulen Stellen, das Fleisch schmeckte auch nicht mehr gut und war zäh. Es fehlte teilweise auch der Blick für Details, so waren an dem Esstischen lange verwelkte Blumen in Vasen. Mit einem guten Management und geschulten Fachpersonal wäre die Aufenthaltsqualität deutlich besser.

Misafirin odadayken inşaat işlemleri
Çalışanlar güleryüzlü fakat internet odanın sadece 1 köşesinde çalışıyor o da zayıf bir bağlantı ile.. temizlik görünen yerlerde güzel fakat pencere kenarları (penceler açıktı, kendimiz kapatınca fark ettik) örümcek ağı, ölmüş böcekler ve saçlarla dolu idi. Küvetin etrafına daha önceki misafirler saçlarını yapıştırmıştı (tuğla duvarlarda). Oda ses yalıtımı hiç yoktu üst katta yürüyeni dahi kapı altından gayet net duyuyorduk ve binadaki tüm konuşmaları odada işittik.
En üzücü olay ise dinlenmeye geldiğimiz otelde odamızın duvarına sabah 09.00 da matkap ile son güç uygulanan duvar delme işlemi. Cumartesi günü olmasına rağmen ve odada misafirlerin kaldığı bilinmesine rağmen sabah sabah matkap ile odamızın duvarına işlem yapılma sesi ile uyandırıldık ve delme işlemi aralıksız devam etti. Bu olayın ardından biz odayı terk edip kahvaltıya gidip bitirdiğimizde dahi bu inşaat işlemi sesini bu sefer kahvaltı bölümünden 11.30 a kadar duymaya devam ettik.

Satın aldığımız oda \"sistem hatası\" var denilerek bize verilmedi, farklı odada konakladık, çözüm bulunmadı, kısmi para iades yapılmadı mağdur olduk. Odada tv çalışmıyor, jakuzi 15 dk'da bir kendi kendine çalışıyor, taharet musluğundan yere çamurlu sular akıyor, doğru düzgün hiçbir hizmet alamadık. Bir daha asla (1) hotels üzerinden bir oda almam (2) bu otelde konaklamam.

Yetkili olduğunu anladığım kıvırcık kızıl saçlı kadın resepsiyona sürekli bir emireri gibi ültimatom veriyor bir bakiyorsun yemek servisi yapıyor boynunda çanta odaları hangi milletten olduğunu anlamadığım eski apaçi gibi tipler temizliyor yani doğa evet güzel ama güzelim otelin yonetilisi o kadar vasat ki asla fiyatını haketmeyen 1 günden fazla kalinamayacak bir mekan. Yemeklere gelecek olursak lezzetsiz ve ürünler taze değil ya aşçıları bu işi bilmiyor yada bulunduğu yeri sevmiyor bilemem. Otelde nezaketi ve davranışları ile teşekkür etmek istediğim Fuat bey var. Çok güzel bir bahçede çok güzel bir konaklama yeriydi. Temizlik ortalamaydı. Kahvaltısı enterasan bir şekilde ilk gün kötü ikinci gün oldukça iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Odada duş başlığıyla ilgili sorun oldu bakmaya geldiler ama düzeltilemedi. Bisikletleri kullanabilirsiniz diyordu olanaklarda ama verilmedi galiba plaka gerekiyormuş. Teşekkür ederiz fakat maalesef ikinciye tercih etmeyiz.

Doğa içinde konaklamak istiyorsanız harika bir yer. Daha önce de kaldık. Ancak bu sefer çok yıpranmış bulduk. Lambalar kırık, banyo lambaları yanmıyor, taharet musluğu elimizde kaldı. Family bungalovu soba için tuttuk ve rezervasyon yaparken söylemiştik ama izolasyon sebebi ile yakamayacağımız söylendi. Temizlik yetersizdi. Nevresimler lekeliydi. Kesinlikle bu tarz bir tesiste rutin kontroller yapılarak onarımlar yapılmalı. Ayrıca grup halinde bayanlar çok vardı ve inanılmaz gürültü yaptılar. Ancak konaklamamızı güzelleştiren güler yüzlü Hamza’ya özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Her şeye yetişti, iletişimi harika, bravo.. Hasan’da çok güzel servis verdi. Umarım bir sonraki ziyaretimizde daha mutlu ayrılırız.

Çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü çalışanları, bahçe ambiansı şahane… biz bungalovda kaldık özellikle istedik bahçemiz olsun diye… klima çok sessiz çalışıyordu, hiç rahatsız etmedi, tek sıkıntı aydınlatması eksikti odanın, sarı ve yetersizdi. En azından makyaj aynasının oraya bir aydınlatma eklenebilir. Onun haricinde konum olarak çok iyi, merkezin kalabalığından uzak ama yürüyerek gidebilecek kadar yakın.
