Great hotel right on the beach with a small pool. Friendly staff, beachside service, quiet, lots of breakfast choices at the buffet. Good area with restaurants and shops nearby.

Lovely clean hotel, nice vibe, good food. Staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the pool which was very cold and when anyone actually swam in it the water overlapped and wet our terrace and steps down to our room. Apart from that it was very good.

This stay was horrible. The air conditioning in our room did not work for a full 24 hours in 80-90 degree weather. The hotel manager was dismissive and rude when we asked to fix it and gave us one fan for 4 people to share overnight. We were forced to sleep on cushions on the floor with all doors open overnight and in order to get airflow and all be in front of the single fan. The following day, after terrible and uncomfortable sleep, he kicked us out of our room for 4 hours to have the entire a/c unit switched out. When I asked for a partial refund due to not receiving the room in the appropriate conditions I paid for he refused saying “these things happen.” I received no fair compensation for this major problem not to mention safety hazard that we dealt with. Do not give this man your business

Gorgeous property, amazing service and awesome location. I booked this property for a 10 day vacation in Greece with 5 days in Santorini. I decided to book ok the Perissa side to be near the beach and away from the north west side of the island which are more expensive. This property was amazing. The rooms were cleaned and very well maintained taking into account the COVID-19 guidelines. The hotel is family managed with an amazing service and they all worked extremely hard for long hours to maintain the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant had a great breakfast, both the breakfast that is included if booked with the breakfast option or the a la carte. Dinner was amazing as well well cooked and great presentation and service. The view from the restaurant was awesome especially in the morning facing the beach which is a few steps crossing the road. Restaurant service is offered either right on property or at the beach including drinks. Highly recommend the hotel and will book again for our next vacation to Santorini.

Be careful with their towels because they will charge you $25 Euros for each towel that you damage. This hotel looks like it’s family owned and all they care for is your money. The receptionist and staff are not friendly or courteous whatsoever.

I can not say a negative thing about this property. The staff were all incredibly friendly and hardworking. The hotel is beyond beautiful, large breakfast buffet with more than enough choices. I would definitely stay there again.

Sellada Beach Hotel

Room provided was adequate for my stay. Comfortable bed, however on the shower door the bad visible rust. The pool was cold due to the surrounding buildings, especially in the afternoon. Lots of stairs which makes it difficult for young children or those using a wheelchair. Other than that I was happy with the facilities provided.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sellada. The room had everything we needed, including a small kitchen/sink area with mini fridge. The location can’t be beat! Walk right out onto Perissa Beach! We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning- very tasty.

The Good: Very comfortable beds, directly facing Perissa beach, generous room space

The so-so: Limited buffet breakfast selection, small swimming pool

The bad: Sunbeds are not free for hotel guests, (need to spend at least 30 EUR on foods/drinks or pay 15 EUR), aircond broke down during one night (was fixed the day after)

The road next to the beach is closed from 4pm to 5am. Consider that it your checking in late as the taxi cannot drop you next to the hotel. Also only a fax number is listed as the hotel phone# so we weren’t able the contact them to find the place.
When I pointed this out to one of the hotel staff she was rude and argued with me. A similar situation happened with the same person when my wife asked for Hot Water. As far as the hotel goes it is a nice hotel right next to the beach and the room and other amenities were good. The hotel staff need to learn how to treat customers better when is the reason for this negative review

Beautiful Hotel!! Right in front of the beach. Restaurants all along the walkway, did not have a bad meal! Watersports walking distance - had a blast parasailing & tubing with my daughter.

Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Love the view from up above the hill

I love having breakfast every morning with the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and the white houses! The breakfast buffet style wonderful. The rooms were cozy, comfortable and clean, and the staff very nice. Although no early check in time is permitted. but other than that I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful staff, great location

Our host, Maria, was super helpful in offering advice as to what to see and do on the island. Perissa is much more low key than Oia or Fira, and was an excellent intro to this beautiful island. The beach is well equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, lots of bars and restaurants, and beautiful scenery. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious and quiet. Our only minor drawback was that the beds are a bit firm, but they are nice and big. Breakfast is superb as well. Highly recommend!

Hotel on beach, 30 min bus ride from the city cen

Nice hotel. Clean. On beach. Friendly staff. If youre commuting to Red beach, Oia, airport etc by bus you have to take the bus to Faro bus depot first. Thats not a problem generally (Oia, airport, areas on the north end of the island) but its inconvenient if youre commuting to the south end of the island because you have to back track (Red beach).

Charming Hotel

The staff was so nice and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean. Best of all the front yard of the hotel is the beach and is on the boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

this hotel is alittle bit more expensive than the other hotels in the area,however it is worth it as it is on the beach.The rooms are perfect and clean with a proper aircon system.They have a nice seating area and bar overlooking the beach and they have deck chairs and umbrellas for your use.The only small negative was the breakfast it was fine but i think that they could improve on there variety,you can have a traditional english breakfast but that will be extra.there are a lot of Taverna along the beach so getting hold of good food is meters away.my best Taverna was Larva it did not look the part but the food was great.if visiting Santorini look at Perissia it is worth it

Located on the beachfront road with a pleasant bar restaurant the hotel offers a small pool and the rooms are newly decorated with quality fittings including good shower, fridge and living area.
The area is well served with a number of typical Greek restaurants and bars along the same road.

Great hotel, close to the beach

Great hotel, right on the beach. We had a room overlooking the pool. Owner of the hotel picked us up from the hotel, unfortunately our room wasn't ready, but we were put in a hotel very close by, which was really nice and given free transfer and our luggage moved the next day so wasn't to much of an issue. Hotel staff were really helpful with recommendations for trips and organised a coach for the wedding me and my friends were attending nearby. The hotel is moments from the beach and the hotel provides towels and free sunbeds. Most of the restaurants are right on the beach so all a moment from the hotel. The room itself, was a good size, nice big bed, shower was great, air con, small kitchen and was cleaned every day. Pool was fairly small, but as you are right by the beach it didn't get too busy and was cleaned every day so nice to sit by if you want to give the beach a miss for the day. Overall I'd definitely recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Perissa.

Vi blev trevligt bemötta av personalen. Efterfrågade önskemål blev oftast uppfyllda. Men utbudet av TV kanaler var för dåligt. Mest meningslösa kanaler. I beskrivningen stod det att badkar skulle ingå, men det fanns bara dusch.

Die herrliche Lage direkt am Strand mit eigenem Pool führt zu einem insgesamt sehr guten Urteil über das Sellada Beach Hotel. Das freundliche Personal und der sehr angenehme, zuvorkommende Service sind besonders hervorzuheben! Es war ein toller Aufenthalt - Perissa ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der Insel.

Séjour avec deux enfants en bas âge

Séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel avec charme directement placé en face de la plage. Hôtel très propre, déjeuner copieux, donc très bon souvenir, mais juste un petit couac à l'arrivée:
Étant donné que le site hotels.com indiquait que la chambre en question pouvait recevoir deux adultes et deux enfants (studio), nous avons réservé celle-ci pour 2 adultes tout en ajoutant une courte explication que nous arrivions avec deux enfants en bas âge (1 an et 3 ans)...nous avons réservé de la sorte car, en indiquant 4 personnes (2 adultes + 2 enfants en bas age), le site ne proposait subitement plus ledit studio, mais 2 chambres.. À notre arrivée, Le gérant s'est montré intransigeant, exigeant de nous un supplément en argent pour la \"troisieme personne\" (enfant de 3 ans) logeant dans le sudio (composé d'un lit double et d'un canapé lit)...nous avons payé (environ 40 euros) ce supplément tout en précisant que nous trouvions cette demande mal advenue et non justifiée.

Hotel extrêmement propre, chambres calme avec wifi. situation top. plage privative, bar donnant sur la plage , bar et restaurant service sur le plage. piscine prive et calme. personnel serviable et toujours souriant. Petit déjeuner superbe. Ils nous ont proposée des choses a faire et organise tout nos excursions pour nous. Je ne peut que les recommander! Nous avons passe des vacances magnifiques!
