We ended up with an 80 Euro parking fine because the staff didn't have enough sense to tell us how the parking lot in back of the hotel worked (what the rules were). For the sake of having parked 12 minutes \"early\" before 6 PM on Friday night, we ended up with an 80 Euro fine even though we moved our car by 9 AM and leave on Saturday, as we were instructed to do. Hotels should either provide guest parking, or else clearly instruct guests as to the necessary procedures.

Stayed at Los Lagos Nature for 3 nights. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful in spite of my wife and I not speaking a lot of spanish. The meals in the restaurant are excellent. The hotel is located in the centre of the town beside a square. There were activities going on in this square which helped to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Sunday afternoons seems to be a time for senior citizens to take the square over for dancing. There is a good selection of restaurants in the locality to try regional food as well as the cider. Good location for visiting this part of the Picos. Local bus for 9 euros to take you to the Covadonga Lakes. The lakes are busy but worth doing the extended walk, but you will need either walking boots or similar. We also found it easy to visit Ridadesella, a nice traditional seaside resort. No parking at hotel but large square at rear. Parking limited to 2 hours before extra time needs to be bought. Usual free time for parking as well. Other longer stays at the local bus station. The hotel staff will help with this.

The potential was great, but execution was off. Restaurant was very good. Zero ventilation save for opening the outer door which allowed unabated bar noise. The bathroom sink and shower drains were so slow that showering without flooding the floor was nearly impossible. The renovations look great, but the function is not up to par.

A very modern and clean room overlooking a square. Free parking available a few minutes' walk away. The bed was very large and took up most of the room, so the room felt a bit small compared to others on our trip but ok for a short stay.

Great location in Cangas. Nice service and lovely room. Fairly small but adequate and modern. View from the room was pretty awful straight at a derelict building full of pigeons but thats the only complaint.

The hotel was in a great location in the centre of town. It has a great restaurant with bar, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was superb,very clean and comfortable. The only thing that was needed was a cooling fan in the room as there is no air conditioning.

Hotel céntrico y cómodo, cercano al puente romano, en la plaza del pueblo, junto al Ayuntamiento. En la trasera hay un parking grande pero es de pago hasta el sábado al mediodía, aunque hay zonas cercanas para aparcar gratuitamente.
El personal de recepción es agradable.
La habitación muy amplia y decorada con gusto, parece renovada, un baño grande con ducha y bañera gigante.
Las almohadas son cómodas y la cama grande pero en el centro había cómo una diferencia de altura, es posible que lo formaran 2 colchones de diferente grosor o 2 somieres con el ajuste de las patas diferentes.
También dispone de un sofá que se convierte en cama.
Las persianas tienen tecla de subida y bajada automática. Tv grande con muchos canales.
En el baño, en la zona de espejos hay poca iluminación y es escasa para maquillarse o ver con nitidez la cara....
El desayuno variado con fruta, yogures, cafés e infusiones, zumo y bollería industrial pero sabroso y embutido. No hay huevos, ni bacon ni similar, pero está bien y es suficiente para salir desayunado del hotel.
Si vuelvo por la zona repetiré.
El hotel dispone de bar y restaurante, que tiene buena pinta, con terraza, y se ve frecuentado por los lugareños.

El hotel está en pleno centro de Cangas. Es muy cálido (tuvimos calor). Nos hospedamos en una habitación doble, al llegar nos ofrecieron cambiar el tipo de cama, ya que al realizar la reserva sin querer pedí camas gemelas, en vez de una doble, lo cual fue genial. La recepcionista lo mejor: atenta, agradable, nos recomendaron sitios para visitar, cómo hacer la ruta del Cares, dónde desayunar, comer, cenar...
Respecto al baño de nuestra habitación, al llegar observamos que:
- La mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien por abajo, con lo cual filtraba agua para fuera. Nos teníamos pegar a la pared para no mojar el suelo.
- El grifo de la ducha donde se hace el cambio de la alcachofa de mano y la de techo pierde un chorro de agua.
- El agua tarda mucho en calentarse. (Queja general)
- Toalleros oxidados.
- Lo peor: cuando llegamos el primer día observamos que al lavamanos le faltaba el embellecedor del desagüe (si realmente el desagüe es así, estéticamente y por temas de pelos enredados de anteriores clientes... es horrible). El lavamanos se estancaba y era imposible asearse (tenías que cerrar el grifo durante 3/4 minutos por cada minuto abierto para que el agua bajase, una marranada porque subía de todo por ahí).
Resaltar que le comentamos a la recepcionista el tema del grifo el 2° día, cuando volvimos esa noche el agua ya bajaba mejor (eso sí, le hecharon un líquido y poco más, no abrimos el grifo del todo por si acaso). La ducha seguía perdiendo y el agua sí que calentaba mejor.

Lo mejor del hotel, situación, limpieza y la persona que está en recepción por la mañana (muy agradable).
Cuarto de baño, muy sencillo (con bañera de 1 m. y radiador de 0,30 cm.) hacía años que no veía ninguna de las dos cosas. Con lo que la habitación estaba bastante fría, manilla puerta baño, casi colgando. Le falta mantenimiento.

El recepcionista q nos hizo el Chek in, encantador, no podíamos con la TV, estaba desconectada y enseguida subió. La habitación, muy acogedora, con ventana en la buhardilla, se veía la montaña, con sus nubes, muy bonito.
Le pregunté para el desayuno, ya q soy Celíaca e intolerante a la proteína de la leche, si podía bajar lo q yo consumo, me dijo q lo bajara sin problema.
