No one at check In so had to walk to their second hotel to sort. Rooms were very warm. Everything else ok. No lift. No food places walking distance but microwave food options and pizzas available at reception of 2nd hotel 2 mins walk.

The receptionist was unable to help when I asked for information about, and a map for, Narbonne. I was also challenged about not having paid for breakfast despite producing a receipt showing that I had paid for it the previous evening. Otherwise, the hotel was reasonably comfortable, the WifFi was good and parking was free and accessible. However, the breakfast was only average.

L'accueil était parfait, la chambre propre, le petit déjeuner très correct, mais par contre l'isolation des chambres est à revoir. La chambre 49 que j'occupais donne sur une route à 4 voies et j'ai très mal dormi compte tenu du bruit de la circulation.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und lies sich nicht abstellen, das Zimmer roch nicht so gut und der Check in war revht kompliziert, da schon ab 20 Uhr kein Personal mehr da war. Die Lage ist ok, auch wenn man vom Bahnhof schon ein Stück gehen muss. Preislich war das Zimmer in Ordnung, tendenziell aber zu teuer für das was es ist.

Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht. Eines war in Ordnung, im anderen hat es trotz Rauchverbot nach Rauch geschmeckt und zudem war das Badezimmer nicht sauber (vor allem viele Haare von unseren Vorgängern). Insgesamt einigermassen o.K. als günstiges Hotel auf Durchreise.
