I would not recommend this hotel.
The advertised free Wi-Fi in fact costs 8€ a day. When told, the manager acknowledged he knew this though showed no sign of caring.

The shower is very badly designed with only a telephone shower which sits on the wall at about 4.5 feet.
The curtain was badly stained at the bottom with some mold.
There is no 'shelving' in the showing for soap or shampoo.
Luckily the space around the bathroom sink is adequate.

The paint is chipped all over the place giving the room an unwelcoming look.
The sound proofing is very bad, you can easily hear walking and talking in the corridor.
The ac works which was appreciated in the 30+ temperatures we had.

There are no do not disturb signs which means the cleaning crew walked in as I was catching up on some sleep.
The checkout time is 10:00 though it is advertised as 11:00.

I then asked if the room would be unlocked and was laughed with a response along the lines of 'duh'. When we arrived the room was locked. The manager was still around, luckily, joking that he worked all day (unlike what he had said earlier..)

Attention avec cet hébergement, il est situe dans une residence de vacance et il faut arriver strictement entre 16h et 19h pour recuperer les clés.
Le parking de la residence compte une dizaine de places qui sont toujours prises. Le parkibg de la plage a cote est gratuit mais limite a 3 heures et si vous dépassez le temps vous avez de bonnes chances de prendre jne amende. Les options pour se garer gratuitement sans limite a proximité ne sont pas legions.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Un petit peu déçu sur l’appartement qui est en réalité un petit studio de 15 m².
Cependant le cadre est magnifique les pieds dans l’eau, toute la journée avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. ce n’est pas parce que le cadre est exceptionnel qu’il faut laisser se dégrader les appartements.

Au final, un séjour très mitigé car pour de bonnes vacances il faut bien dormir (ce ne fût pas le cas).

Très bien la résidence hôtelière est calme très propre, le personnel d'accueil est parfait en respectant les horaires indiqués. Studio avec vue sur la mer, pour la plage il y a la piste cyclable a traverser. Beaucoup d'activités sur Saint Pierre, marché le matin, petit train gratuit avec douche incluse😂. Comprendrons ceux qui prennent le train ... La région est sympathique beaucoup de choses à voir. Nombreuses pistes cyclables.

Das einzig Positive ist die Nähe zu Strand. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in einem sehr erbärmlichen Zustand. Hohe Extrakosten wie für die Nutzung von Internet, TV oder neuen Handtüchern (nur am ersten Tag neu) trüben das insgesamt recht schwache Gesamtbild zusätzlich. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick/Balkon sind sehr dunkel und mit einem winzigen Balkon für diesen Preis inakzeptabel. Das Hotel hat den Charme einer Betonburg der 70/80er Jahre, an dem der Betreiber kein Interesse mehr zu haben scheint, es schön und modern zu gestalten. Zudem war alles sehr dreckig und verbraucht. Der Verkehrslärm des nahegelegenen Kreisverkehrs bis in die späte Nacht macht ein Schlafen mit offenem Fenster fast unmöglich.

Nuit passée lors d'un arrêt d'un grand trajet. L'objectif était simplement de dormir. Hôtel ordinaire, un peu vétuste, mais propre et tranquille (en basse saison). Très bien placé, à côté de la plage et du centre. Prix correct.

Cet appartement hôtel nous a fortement déçu, pas d'équipement comme cela aurait dû être, nous avons été obligé de demander un \"kit vaisselle\" et le ramener à l'accueil avant notre départ, salle de bain exigüe, pas de chauffage, eau chaude un 1/4 après ouverture des robinets.

Bon accueil, Bon emplacement, juste en face de la plage, piste pour running, nuit en saison creuse pour rdv pro, donc pas grand monde=calme, cuisine équipée, il faut demander un kit cuisine à l'accueil qui inclut tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et nettoyer. wifi payant (je ne pensais plus que ça existait encore) mais signal 4G reçu dans chambre donc pas un pb.
