Location was great. Easy walk to different malls, and BGC. Staff were friendly. Hotel wise, is just about what you get for the money you paid. It’s a budget hotel, so the stay feels like you’re in a budget as well. The check in took quite some time, then the room was not 100% ready when I got in. It has everything you need though, but the comfort was lacking. The pillows are very hard which gave me a hard time to sleep. But overall, it was okay. Not that bad, but not great for sure.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is very nice (even elegant in places). The room was very comfortable, the gym was decent and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. More than anything, the support of your staff (particularly Ash and Mark) made the trip. They were extremely helpful in helping with transportation needs. Wonderful people!

This is our \"go to\" place whenever we are in Cabanatuan. The staff is extremely amazing-very helpful, very accommodating and always smiling. They've anticipated our needs even before we ask specially during breakfast. We want to recognize the following: Edan, Ron, Mike, Mark and Abdul. They know us by name and would always check on us. We noticed an improvement on the breakfast, it was already very good before but now it's better. The GM is very hospitable and truly cares about the guests. We will be back.

Check in process was quick, our room was up to date in decor, a good size with two queen beds, well running AC and TV had a a variety of shows. Oir beds were made every day and bathroom was modern and soacious with separate glass enclosed shower. Wide selection of dishes to order for lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurantt. Hotel provides a complimentary alll you can eat buffett breakfast that served several entrees, including a separate table for cook to order eggs, omelettes, pasta, garlic rice, bread, coffee, milk and juices.

Welcoming reception staff on check in, which was easy. Just remember to have PHP 2000 available as a security deposit. Bedroom was clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Limited TV options, but not enough to be a problem. Outdoor swimming pool was small but was nice and remains open to 10pm. I had breakfast included, it was a buffet style and decent options, albeit two options were pork. Freshly cooked eggs was a nice touch. All in all a good hotel and I will go back.

It was a pleasant stay. There were some incidents(phone not ringing, water leaking under the sink), but they were promptly taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was excellent. The only drawback I can think of is the noise coming from the hallway. The hallway floor is marble and you can hear people walking outside the room. Overall, we are happy that we chose Harvest.

I greatly appreciated very helpful communication from reservation account executive prior to our booking/stay. Front desk help was always helpful & accommodating. Friendly guardsmen were ever present to greet us at the front door. Restaurant staff was attentive. Housekeeping was also polite in hallways & quickly responsive when we asked for things like extra shampoo, soap, coffee packets and water bottle. I would highly recommend Harvest and will definitely book again for our next staycation.

Rude security guard... I came late and there was no available parking space, the guard on duty just told me to find my own parking space on the street.... I approached the hotel staff regarding my issue but he just told me to talk to the security guard (no help from the staff), so the first night I didn't sleep in the hotel and looked for another hotel. This was a nice hotel in a busy city. A nice cool reception and restaurant a pleasant pool and gardens. Certainly value for money. Breakfast a bit restrictive but would recommend this as somewhere to stay for a night or two

I didn’t like how slow the internet was at times. Most of the time, the connection was undetectable in my room most of the time. It wasn’t much of a problem in the hotel lobby, however. I also didn’t like how weak the shower was, but it is great that it put out warm water.

The staff is amazing - from the Front Desk (Jade, Cai) to the Restaurant (Edan, 2 more male servers-forgot the names) to the Security guard. Everyone greets you and recognizes you. Also, they now have a spa in the hotel and we were one of the first few customers that tried it since it was a sofrt opening and it was great. We did the one and a half hour massage. We think the prices are just right, the receptionist was very helpful in explaining the different services, I forgot her name again.
