Pretty solid for a place that’s located in Al-Hoceima. Big pool and very friendly staff, lowkey felt like I was in the bahamas for a bit.

Second time we stay there in 2 years checking in 2 minutes later people are fighting in the lobby like last time no manager in the evening for check-in plus the bathrooms are poorly cleaned I guess for being Morocco it's as good as it gets for the price. Shame Moroccan hospitality is the best in the world but apparently not at the Radisson.

We got at the radison at 2pm which is the early checking time there was only one girl at the reception and so many families waiting, we got the keys at 3.30
When we got to room AC was not working the next day I went to the reception to ask for another room or quick repair they said don’t y worry we will send u a techniacian right away the techinician showed up at 2 am I was in deep sleep, he finally could not fix
I buffet was horrible not enough staff no one to seat u no one to bass the tables I had to spend 45 to find a table and find someone to clean it
The pizza was scarce my Daugherty had to wait 30 to 45 min to get a slice of pizza the food in general was tasteless
The staff was not friendly one train driver was so rude
He didn’t want to give me a lift but he took other family while I was waiting super rude

We have stayed in many hotels in Morocco along our route. The check in was incredibly slow, the food was terrible. They lost our car keys. Areas are left dirty particularly the toilets.

Personeel zeer onbeschoft en onbetrouwbaar. Er lagen geen handdoeken op de kamer. Receptie 9x gebeld, zij beloofden de handdoeken te komen brengen. Na meer dan 5 uur wachten hebben ze geen handdoeken gebracht. Eindstand receptie loog en was onvriendelijk. In dit hotel zijn er 89 mensen in het ziekenhuis opgenomen door voedselvergiftiging vanuit het buffetzaal ontbijt en diner.

Un séjour très décevant. Dès l’accueil, on sent un gros problème d’organisation : beaucoup d’attente et aucune fluidité. Le petit-déjeuner est encore pire, bondé et sans aucune gestion, ce qui gâche complètement l’expérience.
Le complexe en lui-même pourrait être agréable, mais la propreté laisse à désirer. C’est surtout lié au manque de civisme des clients, mais le personnel ne fait pas assez pour maintenir un bon niveau d’hygiène.
Autre point frustrant : les transats sont “réservés” dès le matin avec des serviettes posées dessus, alors qu’il n’y a parfois personne qui les occupe de la journée. Résultat, impossible de profiter sereinement de la piscine ou de la plage.
En résumé : trop de monde, pas d’organisation, et un service qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un Radisson Blu.

-Après file d'attente pour l'enregistrement:La suite réservée n'est pas prête (pas encore nettoyée) il a fallu 4h d'attente en plus!!!donc probablement pas assez de personnel pour nettoyer toutes les suites ce jour.
-Repas : pas de variation dans les fruits. Toujours beaucoup d'attente avec parfois rupture de stock du poisson proposé, avec une seule personne pour le préparer : donc des économies sur le poisson et encore des économies sur le personnel...
-Tous les cafés/bars proposent uniquement des jus en pack(de mauvaise qualité en plus) aucun jus frais (on est au Maroc pays des fruits). Plusieurs produits manquent pour préparer des commandes = Mojitos sans menthe, Cocktails sur le menu, le barman le prépare sans tous les ingrédients ou change la recette) Manque de personnel pour préparer les commandes (réduction des couts) donc délais++

Tout est très cher. J’avais la formule petit déjeuner. Un verre de pepsi imbuvable au bar m’a été facturé 4€..
Les boissons du bar penthouse sont très chères également en moyenne 14€.. les chichas sont facturées entre 35 et 45€.. c’est peut être les raisons pour lesquelles ce bar est vide tous les soirs.
La piscine du spa (gratuite en 2023) est désormais payante et vide (18€).
Il faut attendre énormément de temps pour se faire servir au bar splash.
Les employés ne parlent pas tous français ni anglais, communication compliquée.
La qualité de la nourriture est faible.
La navette pour se déplacer a été supprimée. Les chambres les plus éloignées sont difficiles à rejoindre.

Nous étions déçu car ça n’est pas ce que nous recherchions surtout côté repas gros point négatif car la formule buffet à volonté en plus d’être source de gaspillage n’offre pas une prestation à la hauteur du prix

Dans l’ensemble le séjour est satisfaisant. L’hôtel était complet ce qui s’est reflété sur la qualité de service. L’hôtel manque d’organisation, il y a des points importants à améliorer notamment au niveau de la propreté et de la gestion du service de restauration du petit déjeuné au dîner en passant par les espaces bar. Le personnel est serviable et de très grande volonté, mais il manque beaucoup d’organisations et de fermeté face à l’incivilité de certains estivants.

Mooi opgezet hotel maar nu al slecht onderhouden, zo jammer! Slechte schoonmaak. Personeel doet enorm zijn best voor de gasten maar word slecht behandeld door meerdere!
Ontbijten en diner was vreselijk, eten was goed maar doordat het zo enorm druk was leek het eerder oorlogsveld dan rustig te kunnen eten..

Check in took 3 hours.
When we got the room, the aircondition wasnt working, and the shower broken. I called reception 6 times, but they never sent anybody to fix it. The breakfast didnt have a variety of options. The buffet at the main restaurant costed 300 dirham pr. Person if you did not buy all inclusive. The other 2 restaurants were for special guests only, so we could not eat there, and we never got an explanation regarding what special guests where. Nice looking hotel, but terrible service.

Het zag er allemaal goed uit maar het was het allemaal net niet. Te druk en te weinig personeel waardoor je echt lang op je koffie moet wachten en uiteindelijk zelf actie moet ondernemen.

Het is een mooie en grote hotel, bij aankomst hebben we 1u30 op onze bagage moeten wachten. Mijn baby had dringend pampers nodig. Wij hebben dan zelf onze bagage gezocht en binnen gebracht. De badkamer had roestplekken
en waterschimmel, de sproeier werkte niet optimaal. Het stonk er naar riool.
Er was ook geen licht buiten aan onze suite. Het zwembad is ook niet diep je kan niet echt baantjes zwemmen. En heel veel lawaai aan het zwembad door de animatie. Er is.maar 1 zwembad.Het eten was goed en gevarieerd het wordt de hele tijd bijgevuld, behulpzame werkers. Er was ook zeer goede airco in de kamer. De kamers waren groot en ruim.
