We stayed four days at Moulay. The property was clean and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our room did not have a frig, ice was not easily available. We expect to manage our own cold drinks. One day the water did not work for any guest.
The location was great. Eight minutes walk to square and five minutes walk to Place Mellah, a common meeting point and road. We would stay again

I truly enjoyed my stayed. The interior designs are beautiful, the staff are so nice & welcoming. The only issue that might need improvement is at least they should provide a hair dryer in the washroom. Other than that all are great especially the buffet breakfasts. Lots of option to choose from & they'll cooked eggs according to your likings.

We didn’t know quite what to expect having never stayed in a Riad hotel before. However the room was functional and had all we needed. The staff were pleasant and helpful and very approachable. Never got to use the pool due to the weather but ate in the restaurant which was good food a at a good price.
All in all very happy with our stay.

I’m currently writing this taking care of my partner who is sick as can be because we were bitten up by bed bugs. We took photos and showed the staff and they took their own photos. Tried waiting for a manager but the two times they said they would be there the staff would go “oh no they’ll be here at this time” which would be in hour increments. We booked a flight to leave that day losing out on our last two nights. Severely disappointed and waiting on any refund status

I had a great stay at Palais Moulay. The staff was so nice and helpful. Everyone spoke English so I didn't have a problem communicating. The rooms were pretty clean . The bathroom needs to be updated my shower door was broken . The water pressure and temperature was great tho. It was right in the middle of the markets so be prepared to walk through the market to get to the hotel. I only removed one star because of the bathroom and although I got clean sheets daily I'm not sure they vacuumed because I saw something left on the rug for a few days. I liked that alot of foreign people were there and I felt very safe at the hotel. They have great spa services and a restaurant , I only ate one time there . Keep in mind in the Medina there is no alcohol so you have to stay in your room and drink if you do have alcohol and the restaurant at the hotel only serves virgin drinks. All in all my stay was lovely the hotel is beautiful, smelled amazing and clean. I felt safe as a solo traveler .

The staff is sooooooooo amazing. Unfortunately, we had a room that was close to a smoking stand and our room had a gap in the door that made our room fill with smoke.

The staff were kind and brought our bags through the Medina. Was easy check in and the Facilites were great. We had tea by the pool almost every night and it felt like an oasis from the hustle.

While the public areas of this hotel are aesthetically beautiful, the rooms are very worn out , the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was very dingy and smelled bad .

My room was on the first floor near the kitchen area , so it was very noisy , I also contracted food poisoning from the food that was served to me ( avocado toast + salad ) and was extremely ill .

The luggage man was the only bright spot of this stay , he helped me haul my luggage up to the road and he also coordinated a taxi for me .

Google led us to a place that is not this hotel, we walked 10 minute to find the hotel.
We sent messages via Hotels app asking about address and parking without response. When we arrived, hotel staff says it was the Hotels agent problem since they did not receive our message, we had no issues with other hotels booking messaging though.
Parking is far away, Riad helped us with parking and luggage and we gave a good tips for that.

Staff are very friendly, great location. Room size is really big but we had some issues with the room, the electricity kept cutting out but they fixed it very quickly every time. Would recommend for them to add a full length mirror and extra lighting in the front room as it’s pretty dark but understandably it’s a Riad. Restaurant has decent food but only downside there’s a cat in the restaurant. Breakfast was ok, I went at 9am and food was already cold. Overall the Road, is very pretty in the reception area and pool area and would recommend due to the staff and location.

What could be improved is the step in and out of bathroom room 126 … too high and dangerous, one traveller slipped and nearly knocked themselves unconscious with fall on marble floor , 2 others slipped badly. Was reported but no satisfactory response Health & safety ????? Apart nice central hotel , pleasant staff , reasonable breakfast and easy access to square & tourist things. Best suited 2-3 night city break stay.

My airlines lost my luggage and the hotel staff assisted me in where to purchase clothes and basic necessities for my vacation. The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet is very good and they serve variety of good food. If you are planning to visit Marrakech, I highly recommend this hotel.

The riad is very conveniently located and they have great breakfast. That's all I liked.

First, there was no phone in the room so we had to go up and down the stairs to talk to reception. For example, the drain of our shower wasn't working so we had to tell reception. They sent a worker to come fix it it. We had to tell them again that its not fixed and they said they'll send someone again. We waited over an hour and they never came. We had to go tell them again. We finally just gave up and went for dinner without showering. Finally, we come back to the drain fixed but the bathroom was a mess! The floor is all wet with nasty dirt from the drain and the towel mat on the floor is also saturated with dirty water? I understand their job was to clear the drain but why didn't they have someone clean it?

I would say that the room is quite bare. We booked a Superior Double Room and it was on the third floor. It doesn't have much other than a bed, a dresser, and a bathroom. There were also ashtrays outside our door near the balcony so unfortunately smokers would hang out outside the room and the cigarette smell would enter our room. The heater was also broken. It was stuck at 30C the whole time, but it was still too cold.

We stayed 4 nights and it wasn't a good stay unfortunately. It was too much trouble to change hotels. They definitely need to get a Whatsapp for tourists that don't have cell service to call reception with.

Hospitality at its absolute finest. From the start, everything was seamless. We arranged a taxi transfer through the riad, our driver Mohammed messaged us at the perfect time & asked to video call so he could locate us easily. Pickup was effortless. During the drive, he shared local history along with helpful do’s and don’ts, which immediately made us feel prepared and welcomed.
Because cars aren’t allowed in the medina, Mohammed called ahead on arrival, & Mosai (apologies if I’m misspelling his name) met us at the entrance, collected our luggage, & walked us to the riad. Once there, Abdul greeted us with traditional Moroccan tea & biscuits before checking us in. He provided a map, highlighted key locations, & clearly explained what to know, very informative without being overwhelming.
Throughout our stay, every staff member was warm, personable, & genuinely helpful. No request felt too small, & everyone consistently went above & beyond. We truly felt at home. The rooms & common areas were impeccably maintained & always smelled incredible.
One detail I especially appreciated was the care taken with transportation. Whenever we booked a car service through the hotel (with a few hours’ notice), a staff member personally walked us to/from the riad. The driver would usually call 5 minutes ahead so staff could meet us. Even though we felt very safe, this thoughtful touch made a big difference. The riad is perfectly located in the heart of the medina. Already missing everyone!

A super hotel in a perfect location right on a bustling street in the medina. Great check in, simple but clean rooms, and a lovely buffet breakfast. If the weather had been hot the pool would have been great. I guess all it is missing is a roof terrace but then you are surrounded by many bars and restaurants just metres away that offer that. I would definitely return to this hotel.

A mixed but generally positive stay. The hotel staff were courteous, and the location ideal, within the old town. The decor of the road was stunning. Our clean family room opened right onto the pool, which was lovely. However, the bathroom was dated and needs modernisation. We also had to request toiletries late at night as the dispensers were empty, a minor hiccup that the helpful 24-hour front desk quickly fixed. The breakfast choices were plentiful. I would return, but definitely request a more modern room.

This is a beautiful facility in an excellent location. We loved everything about it! Even though we were in the heart of the Medina, it was remarkably quiet at night. The on-site breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful with navigating the city and visiting historic sites. My only minor critique is that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the towels could have been fresher. Overall, a great stay!

Reda was the most welcoming host, who gave us so many tips, advice and local knowledge as well as making us laugh each day. We are very grateful for the hospitality, the ideal location of the spa, and the overall comfort. This is definitely where we would book to stay again should we return to Marrakech.

It was our first time in Marrekesh and we loved this hotel and the staff. They helped us find our tour guide and arrange a taxi back to the airport. It is central to all shopping right outside it's entrance. My sister and I felt very safe there. The breakfast had great options especially the pastries. I will stay here again.

Stayed here for three nights. Rooms are very dark and not enough light. Even with all lights turn out it was bleak. Bathroom always had a smell.

Room and bathroom was clean when we checked in but daily turn over service was less than desirable as they never cleaned the floors and only made up the beds and changed towels.

The walls and window were thin as we could hear people and cats every night until late.

Room did not have a TV.

Wifi was good.

We found it not worth the money we paid for the family room.
