Filthy sheets, clearly not laundered, sink and shower also disgustingly dirty. Checked out immediately (did not stay the night), staff told us we could get a refund through Expedia but 5 days later they have still not responded to Expedia’s emails and phone calls, so we are out CAD 144.
DO NOT STAY HERE, AVOID!

It said buffet breakfast, but the only breakfast ed an egg salad sandwich, banana muffin, and juice box.

There were no black out curtains in our room. Anyone walking by could see in through the shear curtains plus the light outside the window kept waking me up.

There was no bathtub, just a shower. No counter in the bathroom to put stuff on. Only 1 towel set for 2 people

The air conditioner didn't work properly.

There was no asking for another room as they said they were sold out.

Will not be staying there again and would not recommend.

Homeless people sleeping on the stairs having us carry our luggage from the far side of the building to our room across the upstairs of the accommodations.
No bar, no restaurant and no breakfast.
Air conditioning was not working as the room was at roughly 25 degrees at all times.
Wifi was weak and thus did not allow the tv to work as it was only a Roku TV. No toilet paper and having to go to the front desk and ask for it. Genuinely feared for our lives staying here this weekend. Wife became rather ill after leaving, don’t imagine we will ever return

This motel is a definite \"Stay Away From\" property. The good rating shown is likely from what looks like fake reviews from October 2025. There is no way that anyone who has actually stayed there would say anything positive about this place. The pictures shown are definitely not pictures of this property. The reception area (you can hardly call it that being in a dirty back room), the rooms and the whole area is filthy and so much more than run down. There was no breakfast included and I didn't see the 4 restaurants/coffee shops that they say are there. The area it is located in is also very sketchy with people around yelling and just hanging around the front entrance. We had booked for 3 nights but stayed just one...ONLY because it was midnight and we could not find another place to stay that night. We definitely did not feel safe being there. I am surprised that this place is listed as a place to stay on Expedia. Do not book here!

This was one of the most ghetto places I have walked into.
The office area was so dirty and falling apart, AC cages were kicked in an damaged, just overall not an inviting place.
I asked to look at a room before making the decision if I felt comfortable and safe enough to stay, which after seeing the room I didn’t.
There was another couple who also came in thinking the same thing as me and made the same decision to leave because this place is NOT the same as the photos, dirty, unsafe and just nasty.
They have refused to refund me after not staying there due to me not feeling safe as a single female.

There was no breakfast offered and there definitely was not a room like the one in this picture that you provided. Thankfully the heat worked. We were given the wrong room twice. We checked in after 4pm and when we went to the room, it had not been cleaned and the bed did not have clean sheets nor was it made. Around 1am, we were woke up by another person who they gave the room to. Scared the crap out of us.

Moved rooms twice because of renovation noise and was downgraded rooms where I was woken up every morning (7am and 3am) to car alarms going off and when I alerted the front desk they came to my room to check on me instead of dealing with the disturbances-do not recommend if you want to actually sleep

Hotel is very run down and dirty. They swap the sheets (not necessarily with clean ones) and sweep the floor in between guests. I don't think the floors have every been properly cleaned. Everything was slightly sticky. The \"buffet breakfast\" does not exist. They do not even have space to set one up if they intended to. I have included a photo of what they provided in lieu of a buffet. Do not book this hotel. The pipes were clanging all night. The curtain was so thin I literally made eye contact with an in-housed fellow who was watching me through the window. The door did not latch. Had to push hard and deadbolt it, lest the wind open it. Cigarette burns on nearly every surface despite being advertised as \"non-smoking\". Again, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

It would be very easy to miss the turn off to get into the parking lot. The room did not look anything like the pictures and I couldn’t find the breakfast room to save my life. for the location, I would say probably not suggestible for people who have children.

Bare bones room. No heat. Only one blanket. Pillows were lumpy. Floors on bathroom were sticky from?? Daylight visible around door when it was shut and locked. No grab bars or anti-slip mat in tub. No power to electrical outlets where I would have plugged in my charging cords. Bedside lamp had no power due to electrical outlets not working.

BUT front desk staff was very nice and friendly.
Would I stay there again? Maybe…if I arrived very late and was only staying for one night. The price was right.

We checked it at the midtown premium yesterday January 19, 2026, as I have an appointment nearby the place. We go to the receptionist as long as you enter you smell the old and not pleasant odor. The guy was nice and helpful.The room was smell awful. The washroom are not same as the pictures shown at the ads. It's very far from the pictures at the ads. the place was not safe at all. I will not come back at that place. It's horrible!!!

This was certainly one of the worse places we’ve ever stayed, we felt very unsafe here and the room was not good, the shower didn’t work properly and our next door neighbours where very sketchy people, the walls were paper thin, we couldn’t sleep all night because the people next to us where screaming and fighting all night and in the midst of that playing loud music, at some point in the night their smoke detector went off and a little while later ours did too, no idea why ours went on when we didn’t do anything other then trying to get some rest which was impossible, all I know is that I would never recommend anyone to go here unless you’re up to no good yourself and don’t feel super unsafe when you hear fighting and screaming all night and no one does anything about it. There were even people trying to open our door, we could hear the noise in our room when this keycard was denied.

Staff at the front desk are always super friendly. This time - not sure if it was because of the holidays or the cleaning crew - but we had to ask repeatedly for the room to be cleaned. We were there for 10 days and the toilet bowel was never cleaned. They did however came late at night when we realized they didn't leave any TP and the dropped it off which was great. Complimentary breakfast of toast, fruit, coffee and juice was nice. Felt safe and it was usually quiet if not one call the the front office settled things down.

The water only has 2 temperatures: too hot, and freezing. But you don’t need to worry about switching between them, the shower switches between the 2 temperatures at no additional cost!

Firstly, it was an $80 room in a $300 market, so expectations shouldnt be that high. Counter staff was great, however the first room I was assigned has see-throigh curtains, and although the bed was made up the bedding was very dirty with clumps of hair and other dirt.
They gave me a different room with better curtains, however the beddong (although \"clean\" was quite stained.
Otherwise, the bed was actually very comfortable!
Ended up only staying one of ym two booked nights, but was unable to get a refund for the unused night.

Was put in a “newly renovated” room. When I first entered I was greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke and fresh paint. Bathroom floor and shower tiles were all broken and sharp. Floors and counter were very dirty. Pulled the sheets up on the bed to find it covered with stains and lots of loose dirt. Immediately went to the office where I was told I was not able to get a refund and had to go through Expedia. Later on Expedia reached out saying they had not given an exception for a refund and I was not able to get my money back. Avoid this place

We were woken up by a man yelling at 6 am and had to wait until the cops showed up. Of course there was no room cleaning during all our stay. Very run down property in a bad area of the city. There was a house alarm going off across the street nearly the entire night, and I was constantly worried about my car being broken into. Additionally, a soiled towel was left in the washroom from the last guest, and the bed sheets were very stained. The breakfast is white bread, packaged muffins and apples. The staff were friendly. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Room was clean but motel was old which is fine. However, linen and towels had stains on them. I’m sure they were washed but does not look professional.
Also, breakfast should have said ‘continental’ for breakfast. It was not a full breakfast and well below average. Lack of items for one.
Bed had a support railing sticking out which scratched my leg.
Bulbs burnt out in room also.

For a place to sleep, it wasn't so bad, the rest of it was okay. The shower went straight to cold as soon as somebody else in the area turned on their water. The shower was the only place you get water pressure, the tap in the bathroom was just barely coming out. It basically just needs to be updated and kept up on cleanliness around the building. Also, the location is not the greatest. I did not feel safe walking around with my dog. Other than that, the 2 gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
