The hotel provided what we needed to put our heads down . The rooms are modestly furnished.
TV needed a different remote- got it from fr desk staff
One lamp did not work. Too hinkey for me
The property was quiet- which we enjoyed. 1st time accessible parking was available. The parking lot is on a slope- so it’s awkward. We opted for covered parking provided by the hotel.
There’s security cameras but not all were operational.
The room could use a deep clean. They miss a lot of marks etc.
If I had to- I would stay there again but I’m looking at options.

Property in need of TLC! Shower curtain has a foul sour odor, towels were stained, dead bolt on door broken off, there were three spots on th walls where pictures used to hang but just the hooks left on the walls, the mirror in room looked to have been cleaned with a dirty rag, curtains hanging on by a few hooks.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

When we arrived at the front desk we told to sit and wait by one man while the other sat there with his bare feet out. After a about 10 minutes they gave us our room cards and said they werent going to charge us a deposit (red flag).

Entering the room I was met with a stale mildew smell in a very warm room that looked like it hadnt been cleaned properly in years. Stains and splatters of god knows what on the floors, walls, ceilings, EVERYWHERE. Next I checked the bedding where almost every item had some stain on it, every single pillow sheet, bottom sheet and even the pillow itself looked like it had blood stains.

The bathroom was closed and upon entering I realized where the mildew smell was coming from. It smelt like the door hadnt been opened in months, bathtub was dirty, toilet looked like it had been used by a teenage hockey team for 2 weeks and almost every towel had stains.

Finally I opened the mini fridge that wasn't on and was PACKED full of garbage/fast food containers that were just rotting.

From check in to leaving to finding a clean hotel was all of 10 minutes and once confronted, the front desk staff was rude and brushed us off.

Stay far away from this place, Literally stay anywhere else.

The whole place was sketchy, the staff seemed stoned out of their mind. Room was disgustingly dirty with stains on the bedsheets where it looked like they didnt even change them. Rips in the mattress the safety lock on the door was broken off. Shower was so dirty i was afraid i would get tetanus from it. Ended up leaving after 1 night and not returning for the remaining 3 nights. Very scary area looks like it is out of a horror movie.

Room was ok. Check-in staff was atrocious.
I drove 3 hours through a blizzard to get there. I stopped outside under the canopy after already doing the online check in process. I should have been able to just get the key and go to the room.
Instead the person behind the desk, who looked like he belonged to some street gang, started the process again. At the same time my 11 yr old was locked in the truck and another truck behind me was calling the front desk complaining that I was checking in. The desk clerk told me to go park somewhere else without telling me where the parking was. I had to ask, to which he pointed in a general direction.
I came back inside with my daughter where he finally gave me the key then stared at me. I was waiting for directions. When I asked where to go he was annoyed and kept staring at my 11 yr old daughter.
I've checked into a lot of hotels over my lifetime and never have I been made to feel so uncomfortable. The desk guy was unfriendly, never smiled, barely spoke and was absent of all typical customer service skills. It felt like I had walked onto the set of a horror movie where the real desk clerk is tied up and bound, hidden out of sight while the movie villain tries to pretend they're the clerk to avoid suspicion.
I will never set foot at this location again. I was made to feel my very existence at the hotel was a big inconvenience to everyone. The Super 8 in Regina was a great experience and the reason why booked this one. Never ever again.

The room was disgusting and filthy and the hotel didn’t allow us a different room when we asked. They said “all the rooms look like this”.
They also denied us a refund. So we had to find a new hotel and pay for two different hotels.
There were holes in the walls, the rugs hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom floor had hair and dirt. The toilet paper roll was left empty. The curtain rods were bent and falling out of the wall. The mattress had stains.
It was horrendous.
The hotel couldn’t care less about our concerns.

The room was clean however, the bedside lamp didn't have any switches so only worked by plugging it in and out, the telephone didn't work at all so you couldn't even call the front desk, and there was no pot with the coffeemaker.. The add says it includes breakfast. When we inquired at check in the person didn't know where it took place but assured us there was indeed breakfast. In the morning when we went for breakfast we were told they were out of stock, so there was none,although there was no breakfast room. FALSE ADVERTISING!!

The rooms are disgusting! There bedding is dirty and or stained. There is mouse poison in the corners of the room. And I don’t think it’s ever been vacuumed. The fridge had mold in it and smelled awful. Not to mention the pee on the toilet seat I had to clean to use it. I can’t believe their are not closed for health violations!

The bedsheet and towels were not clean at all; multiple stains that were not cleaned properly. The bathroom was smelly. The room phone was dead-I used my cell phone to talk to the receptionist during my entire stay. There was no iron or coffee maker in the room. Both receptionists were very supportive, provided a coffee machine and an Iron, although the iron was leaking water, but I managed. I was very disappointed seeing all this mess after travelling the whole day from another province. I am a frequent traveller, and I can say for sure that this hotel is no way close to the standard of other Super 8 hotels by Wyndham.

This was the filthiest hotel I have EVER been in WORLD WIDE! The front desk never has anyone attending it. List of things that didn’t work in the room: microwave door falling off, fridge didn’t work and had brown sticky liquid in the bottom, towels thrown into bathroom, not even folded nicely. Bugs crawling on the front desk during check in. Ants in the room. Coffee pot and cups covered in mystery crystallized liquid. Never. Again.

This was the worst hotel I stayed or rather refused to stay . The first room the heater was ready to fall apart . Room was dirty , sheets appeared to be moldy or just not washed properly, empty toilet paper roll still on the hanger , bathroom not properly cleaned , shower curtain moldy , items just laying on the wall not hanging , mirror , picture, dresser drawer partial open , went to ask for a different room . Went to second room and this room was worse if you could believe it . Holes in the wall something sprayed on the wall below the tv , looked like a possible home invasion had happened .zero care and attention . If the first room had mold this one had the ground zero of mold . I have stayed many times in super 8 hotels and the pictures should have said this is what the hotel looks like 40 years ago .
STAY OUT OF THIS HOTEL UNLESS A SERIOUS RENOVATION. The only part that I could say was good was the desk attendant that called a taxi for me .

Hotel located in sketchy area…not well marked where to get in. Night clerk did not explain why he came up to our rooms with us, it was very awkward. We saw a made bed and the room size and said it was okay. Had we known to look more closely at the filth of the place we would never had agreed to those rooms. TV power outlet hanging off the wall. TV did not work…dust and garbage on furniture you could write your name in. Mirror was smeared with handprints and who knows what else. Long hairs on bathroom floor and yellow pea drops on toilet seat. That was room 207 which my daughter refused to sleep in and stayed with me and her sister in room 201.
Room 201 also had a smeared up mirror…towels were all stained as well as face cloth. I would swear that they do not have cleaners. There was no sign of them in the morning. Bed skirts were torn and falling off the bed. Yellow mattress. Disgusting!
In the morning I requested a discounted rate and was told I should have made that request to the night desk clerk when he took us up to see our rooms. We will be very wary of Wyndham hotels in future We have photos if you need further proof

The front desk fellow moved us to a second room on the second floor, but the carpets were filled with dirt, and there was popcorn under the beds.

Nothing was unique about the property. The room was completely gross and damaged. Used towels, dirty blankets and walls. Glass on the floor in the bathroom. For a no smoking room there was tobacco in the rug and the chair, which was broken by the way. Didn’t feel safe with my wife and kids being there so we left after awhile because we were inspecting everything so my damage deposit wouldn’t be taken away from an already damage dirty room. I got my damage deposit back, but I showed photos to the lady in the front desk and kept smirking like I was lying, there was also a clearly broken picture frame that I showed her and she smiled and said “sir the picture frame isn’t broken. From the start this hotel was terrible. Upon arrival the front desk staff stated that due to hotel policy, he had to show us up to our room where we weren’t allowed to stay until we came back down to pay for the deposit on the room. We then had to go back down because we had to drop off all our things into the room. He proceeded to explain that because I booked through a third-party website ex: expedia.ca. That my card was declined and I didn’t have my phone on me to confirm the booking so back upstairs we all went where he again chauffeured us back into our room for me to retrieve my belongings to confirm that the room had already been paid for. It was a very odd check-in. However, we looked past it as we were tired and wanting to eat so we got back to our room and once in our room, we discovered how horrific it was inside. There is no mattress protection, there are stains all over the bed, the sheets down the side of the bed. The fire detector was sitting on top of the microwave with the batteries out, the coffee pot had residue sludge to the bottom of the of the pot. The bathtub has not looked like it has been cleaned in years. This room had no vacuuming no dusting hair everywhere bad odor. On top of it the location is not ideal or safe. Once we checked out the next morning, we asked if they have housekeepers which the front desk attendant stated no. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unless you want to
be worried about bedbugs all night long like we were.

This hotel did not meet any expectations. Bodily fluids on furniture and the walls. Knife marks in the walls, punch holes and patches from old bunches. Burn marks on the bathroom wall. Stained and stiff bedding. Broken security lock. The first time I have ever had to barricade my hotel room door and keep a weapon on the bedside table. Staff was dismissive and not helpful when trying to check out of this nightmare. TV didn't work, was able to fix myself when I checked all of the connections. Stains in fridge. Just gross, felt scared to stay more than one night.

the toilet seat had hairs from the previous guest .... some wall have stains ... under the microwave was disgusting.
The fridge in 219 freezes everything.
The a/c in 219 is extremely noisy when the compressor kicks in.
The shower in 219 was VERY small ... a handheld shower head installed in there would improve the situation greatly.
Having more varied sized towels would be appreciated.
The first room I was given had a faulty card reader on the door, so I had to repack all my belongings and move to another room ... there was no apology and it felt like I was treated like more of pain in butt.

Upon arrival, I checked in and headed to my room to find out that my key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk to get another and that key didn’t work either. They ended up having to get the master key to let me in the room and let me know they would send someone to fix the issue so I could receive a key. I did not end up receiving a key at all. While I was waiting in the room for the key I looked around and noticed it was absolutely filthy. The bed appeared unlaundered as the pillow was in the middle of the bed, linens wrinkled and untucked. The floor and the window curtains had many disgusting looking stains. Upon looking in the bathroom, there were no towels except hand towels that were unfolded and a face cloth left in a mess on the counter. The shampoo was on its side and the toilet paper roll was nearly empty and unrolled.
The room didn’t appear to be cleaned at all.
As if it wasn’t bad enough that I couldn’t leave the room without being able to get back in since I didn’t have a working key, now I was stuck in a room that had clearly not been properly cleaned between guests.

Nightmare Hotel- Follow Through with your word!

There was no continental breakfast. The room was dirty with someone elses medication in the room and blood on the wall and ceiling, as if someone was shot in the room and they never cleaned up the blood. I went to the hotel management and asked if they could clean the room or switch me to a different one and they said no and that I had to call expedia. I woke up on the morning of the 29th and the room next to mine had police banging at the door and there was pepper spray lingering in the hallway and when I got to the elevator to get to my vehicle to go to work.. the elevator was doused in pepper spray and I couldnt breathe. I have stage 3 emphysema amd COPD and I am still having issues catching my breath. Then to top it off I get back to the hotel room after a long days work and the hotel didnt even clean my room or make the bed. My business trip then ended earlier then planned and they said I had to switch my reservation with expedia and they couldnt do anything. So I contacted someone on the app that my itineray was on and they said they put in a tocket request to seek a refund as I did not stay the whole 4 days and that I would be credited back in 72 hours. I have still not seen the money reflect back onto my credit card. I would like this issue fixed immediately and I am not happy with the services from not only the hotel but also expedia or hotels.com this is unacceptable , do better.

What a Mistake

Online, we booked a pet-friendly room. We got there, were informed (by a friendly young man) it's only service-dog-friendly, but for an extra $30, we could stay in room 112. We signed in, saw that it wasn't great, but we had places to go. When we returned in the evening, we saw just how bad it was, but decided it was too late for us to go looking for another hotel (bad decision). The bed was comfortable, but we have to say this was by far the worst room we've ever stayed in (we stayed at the Super 8 on Circle Drive in Saskatoon a few years ago, and it was fine!) Please look at the photos we're sending.
We'd appreciate some kind of compensation or refund of the $174.31 we paid for a totally unacceptable hotel room at your 22nd St. W. location.

Either I was intentionally ripped off or the person who checked me in didn't know what they were doing. When I checked in, my reservation was canceled and I was charged a cancelation fee even though I paid cash for my room. The telephone didn't work, the sheets and towels didn't look clean, there was a large burn in the carpet, the curtains were askew, etc.

Overnight stay during travel

Everything about the room was clean but we didn’t like the look of the pillow cases. We simply asked for fresh ones and the front desk brought those up in less than 5 minutes. The room does need updating as it looks old and used (but clean). The location has very good restaurants within 5 minutes drive and parking at the hotel was great.

The advance check in was great but when we got to the Saskatoon location it was not. Apon arriving in Saskatoon the was a young woman obliviously high on something freaking out and asking the front desk clerk to call 911. When she and her friend were high and not on weed either. My wife and I thought about and talked it over and we decided to just drive through and not spend the night at Super 8.

The hotel was disgusting - overall filthy! I checked in with doubt but was tired from travelling. I went to my room took one look around and immediately checked out! The room was gross and the bed looked like someone had slept in it

I didnt stay once I realized where the hotel was located. The hotel is located near a safe use center and a homeless shelter. Im not knocking the hotel or the people but the risk factor was just too high for me to stay at the hotel. I got the 2 Super 8 locations mixed up.
