Walked into my clean room, walked into bathroom dirty bathmat and face cloth. Dirty tub. Dirty floor. Windows to look out of absolutely filthy.

Was asked if I had any drugs by guests. Noisy during the day. And I wasn’t even near the pool where it should be noisy.

The place had three beds and that was what we were looking for but, it was very dirty. Fan in the bathroom was caked with lint, the top of the ac units were full of crumbs. I didn’t look any harder cause I wasn’t sure what I would find. I thought it should have been cheaper to stay there.

We took our basketball team here for a wind up and they had a great time at the pool and their room was perfect for them. It unfortunately wasn’t as clean as I would have liked but the staff was very willing to help out with getting us fresh bedding for the room. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and happy to be there. Overall we had a good experience.

Hallways to and from pool entrances and exits were not mopped once, the smell of dirty water and chlorine was something else. Our room was okay, had to ask three times for a extra blanket for the hideabed. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the toilet seat was broken, the king size bed sagged in the middle, the outside windows were filfthy. Could do with some TV upgrades including options to sign into Netflix etc, WiFi was slow and spotty, fridge had no knob to select temperature my coffee cream kept freezing, only firm standard size pillows, smelled like burning when heat kicked in. First world problems but I paid $220 a night for the 1 bedroom jacuzzi suite.

While our check-in was smooth and the staff member was genuinely kind, that was unfortunately the only highlight of our stay. We have stayed here before, so we had baseline expectations, but this visit was a total nightmare.
The door creaked open like a scene from a horror film. Everything felt coated in grime. The TV shelf hadn't been wiped down, and the lamp switches were frankly disgusting.While the counters looked okay, the floor around the toilet was gross and sticky. The bathtub was both dirty and rusty. The room smelled dank so I turned on the AC to help circulate the air, but once it finally revved up, it was so loud we couldn't even hear the TV. When maintenance arrived, he didn't say much—he just propped a chair in the door and started tearing the unit apart. We had to sit there with three anxious little kids waiting to go to the pool while dust flew everywhere from the dismantled machine. After all that waiting, his conclusion was simply that there was \"nothing he could do.\"
The kids enjoyed the slides, but the equipment is poorly maintained. My husband actually cut his elbow on a rough seam inside the waterslide. Thankfully not one of the kids but still.
A restful night was impossible for several reasons:
The pillows were beyond lumpy, and we actually found a \"smiley face\" drawn on our bedding.
Noise was constant. People were yelling, slamming doors and laughing until 3 am. We packed up and left in the morning. Total waste of money and stressful experience for us.

This hotel is in serious need of repairs and upgrades. Several drywall patches on hallway corridors, dirty flooring in hallway, very uncomfortable beds, rusted handles, no complimentary breakfast. Rooms on the poolside are very loud until 10pm.

The hotel would not give us the room we booked because of our pets.

They said it doesn’t matter if the 3rd party booked us in the family suite or not we have pets that changes our room availability.

The room they put us in was below a party room.
We did not get any refund for the difference in the price of the room.

This is the second disappointment from the hotel in under a year.

We will never stay there again.

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite & didn’t work, we spent the money on it & didn’t even get to use it. Thin walls and gap under the door, could hear above us and in the halls all hours of the night. The room is outdated and needs work; Walls pealing, cracked and damaged. The room was slightly better than a dingy motel. Friendly front desk staff but Will not be staying again nor recommend.

The Theme room we had was disappointing, the wall next to the bathroom was damaged and the wall next to the the water side. The space pillow was digusting and damaged they need to buy new pillows. The only thing the kids liked was the pool and waterslide, next time we won't be getting a theme room, I hope the other rooms were better.

Stayed for a night. Room was nice and big but the hotel and rooms are run down and could use some paint and deep cleaning. Beds were comfy. Staff very friendly. Only issue we came across was the pool area. Very crowded (it was spring break) but staff had hard time controlling the kids. We moved from the waterslide park because of this to the small pool area only to be swarmed once again with kids that were kicked out of the waterslide park. They were throwing hackie sack balls around at high rate of speed and without regard if they hit someone. Not happy at that point as we could not enjoy playing with granddaughter in a safe place. Due to this issue I immediately canceled my return night stay later in the week and booked with another hotel.

Travelled with another family so we had two rooms booked two separate reservations. We booked 2 of the theme rooms. Wanted a bit of an earlier check in so I had Messaged days prior to ask if that was possible. We were told to call the day of check in after lunch time to check. No problem. So we called around 1:00 and were told we could check in at 3:00. Asked specifically about both rooms and were told yes. Perfect. Arrive shortly after 3:00 and only one room was ready and did the whole run around of who did we talk to, are we sure we asked about both rooms blah blah blah. Whatever one room was ready so at least we had something. And because it was a theme room it wasn’t like they could stick us anywhere. Asked if they could call as soon as it was ready the again said yes. Surprise surprise no phone call. I went Back to the lobby after 4:00 and was able to check in. Annoying and inconvenient but again whatever. The rooms were dated. Clearly not updated in a while. The specialty theme blankets and pillow cases on the beds were stained and pilled from lengthy use. The tall tables were so wobbly we almost spilled a few times before we stuck something under it to make it sturdy. The velvet chair had a gross feeling to it like it was filthy. The tub was rusty stained and looked horrible. The themed shower curtain was cloth and not positive it gets changed. The pool areas are separated not one big area as the pictures make you think. It was so crowded I’m sure it was over capacity.

Our room was not clean. There was random hairs in the one bed, and bath tub. A used towel that had been put back. The hallways were dirty and confusing and it was hard to find your way around. I don’t think I’ll stay there again. No elevator and didn’t feel clean.

Everything was good other than the spa in room not working correctly. Control panel is not functioning correctly and the best we got was it working fine before. I stayed in the same room a couple months back and the same problem occurred then. It is very frustrating because you want to relax and it takes 15min to get it started. We will be looking for other options next month.

Hotel is getting run down. The cleaning standards are terrible. We found candy and toy in the main area that weren't very visible if the person cleaned the floor. There was a bunch of toilet paper on the base of the toilet. The sticker from the crotch of a bathing suit was stuck to the middle of the wall in bathroom. None of this was ours.

There was bloody boogers smeared all over th walls and in the bathroom by the toilet paper dispenser was what might have been glue or gel smeared all over but it looked a lot like boogers and crumbs all over the floor as soon as we walked into our room and took off all our shoes and socks to go down to the pool. Couldn’t even walk around in our own room without crumbs clinging to our feet. Very disappointed. One of our coffee cups was already opened the cellophane wrapper. Was starting to really question if I should even attempt to make a coffee in the Keurig in the room. Not impressed at all.

Pool hours were not managed well. Closed waterslides half an hour before closing pool. Pool was also open 10 min later. Rude waterpark staff.
When calling the front desk for more towels due to pool not having any which how do you run out. Took an hour for additional towels.
No bag in room for laundry which is handy for wet clothes. Went to front desk to ask for one and was given garbage bags (too thin)

The first room we were given had pet hair all over the floors it got on our clothes and socks, I complained to the front desk and asked someone to come and clean our room properly, but the desk attendant said nobody will be cleaning the room so I hung up. Then I got a phone call back saying we’re being moved to a different room. We got settled in but quickly noticed the noise from the pool was very loud. Constant screaming and yelling from people inside the pool area, and as we were about to sleep at 10pm after the screaming stopped, we heard people through the vents being absurdly loud. On top of everything inside the hotel, my partners suv got broken into during the night.
