The bathroom was not clean and the floor certainly could do with an upgrade,the carpet was dirty and had holes in it.Not what I expected but my husband enjoyed the breakfast that came with the price of the room.The staff was great but it’s time to do a big Reno in that hotel

Lors du départ (check out) la personne responsable de l'accueil était PLUS interresé a son cell que la clientèle pris dans le portique(j'ai ouvert la porte) et j'ai reçu ma facture en insistant et jamais le recu ( toujours sur son cell)

réellement une incompréhesion que la clientèle bien servie reviens ou donne des bons commentaires.

le premier Confort inn avec une indifférecence face à la clientèle

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had some great options for such a small hotel. My cats were welcome and enjoyed the stay as much as we did.

We were there for three nights and towels were replaced after the first day, trash cans were never emptied. The second day housekeeping came in at eight am, I was not dressed and they never came back. However , I liked that it was quiet and the location was very good.

The staff were friendly and helpful. At no time did I or my husband feel slighted because we spoke English. The continental breakfast was sufficient for our needs. It was close to restaurants which were sufficient for our needs. However, next time I will ask for a room on ground level because after a long day visiting our daughter and her partner as well as walking etc, my legs were very sore and tired to walk up 2 flights of stairs. There is no elevator

Party in the hotel

The room was nice with a useful microwave. But at 2AM I had to call the front desk. I tolerated for 1h a party, but it was still ongoing. The staff tried to stop the party but I had to put slow and calm music in the background to remove the party noise. The first of 2 nights was really not calm.

Completely fine place. Beds are never amazing at comfort inn, but could be worse. The breakfast was great, although I wish there was less throw-away garbage/waste. I thought it a bit strange that they asked us not to walk around unnecessarily. Who would do that anyway? I also wish there was more space in the room. But no complaints really… we had a good stay.

Simple and confortable

The room was very clean, with a good bathroom size. Small fridge in the room. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. They offer French and English tv channels. Hotel is close to a shopping center and restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Where do we start, found a long hair on the toilet seat, stains on the pillow covers and hair on one of the covers. Soap on the sink was already out of its wrap and seemed to be used. Drains in the shower didn't work very well, so I was standing in a puddle of water wile showering. Not impressed, will not be going back.

If you’re just passing through Sept-Iles, this hotel deserves a look. Staff is very courteous and helpful, rooms are clean and up to date. Wifi a little on the slow side but very functional nonetheless. There are a lot of hotel in Sept-Iles and I found this to be the best all around value

Newly renovated, with upgraded furniture, spacious bathroom with small counter. The room include mini fridge and microwave, coffee and toiletries, a nice experience. It was close to restaurants and shopping over all a good experience, but little pricy.

Le personnel n'est pas très accueillants. A notre arrivée, au moment de payé, il y a eu un problème avec la machine de paiement et le personnel a toute suite demander si nous avions l'argent pour payer. Ce a quoi nous avons répondu que oui il y a ait de l'argent. Puis la machine a encore fait défaut et la personne nous a demandé a nouveau si nous avions l'argent pour payer. Puis finalement la troisième fois ça l'a fonctionné.

Pour ce qui est de la chambre, c'était propre, mis a part le poil frisé et le long cheveux dans le bain. Cependant, il y a une odeur d'humidité, dans la chambre, sans doutes a cause du tapis au plancher.
Le matelas est ferme.

Par contre pour la chambre: plusieurs items ont été trouvés sous les deux lits. Nourritures, bas, brosse à cheveux, lunette, produit laitier, déchets, plusieurs jouets, bonbon etc.

*Ce qui me confirme que le ménage ne se fait qu’à moitié. Nous avons pris des photos de l’état des lieux!

Plusieurs travailleurs de la construction sont hébergés à cette Hôtel. Dans le couloir on peut y sentir l’odeur du canabis sur les deux étages! Très désagréable

J'ai été très déçue de mon séjour à l'hotel, en arrivant, il fallait que je cours après des serviettes, un drap pour le divan lit, le lendemain, ils ne sont jamais venus faire la chambre, il a fallu que j'y retourne pour changer les serviettes, le tapis bien mouillé, car le système climatisé coulé, plus d'électricité dans la chambre à cause de la séchoire à cheveux, déjeuner inclus, mais y avait rien et seulement et seulement 3 tables pour toute l'hôtel. Avant de partir, mon auto avait plein de tâches mauve/violet qui a été aspergées part un genre de sloche pas trop sure. En plus j'ai payé un montant de 450$ la nuit et moi qui pensait que c'était du 2 au 5 août, FRANCHEMENT! Je leur ai dit c'est cher, ils m'ont dit si je voulais y penser🤔 il n'y avait plus de place ailleurs👎
