What a beautiful property, super comfy pillows/bed, tasteful, functional room set up with lots of convenient extras, like outdoor patio swing, staff warm, welcoming and eager to assist with information and recommendations to help make this first-timer’s visit to Sedona a great one. Loved the onsite live music at the pool, complementary breakfast and onsite dining. I’ll be back.

My wife and I had a wonderful three nights stay. The free breakfast was excellent definitely above average. We ate at Molay Sedona and that also was excellent. The property was clean the staff was friendly and in particular the concierge Jackie was awesome and very helpful. The property is a bit older but well maintained and very well located. The pool area was never crowded and always clean with plenty of towels and chairs. Was able to go on a beautiful hike directly from the property! Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for one night here for a golf outting. Hotel was very nice, clean rooms and nice staff. They provide a nice complimentary breakfast that was pretty good.
My only complaint is that the hotel has no elevator. There is only two floors but no elevator which makes it difficult to transport heavy items.
Not sure how that works for those with limited mobility if not on the first floor.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had for an included meal! We loved watching the hummingbirds in the bird sanctuary while we sipped our coffee under the pergola. The hiking trailhead on the property was one of our favorite hikes in our 15 day road trip. One thing to note, there are no laundry facilities on the property for guests.

The staff, the services, the amenities, the tour information desk person was great, and the restaurant was awesome. except that the hotel needs a little remodeling with room bathroom and the pool area as well. Oh also the restaurant needs to have some signs or indication at the hotel desk to show its open for lunch and dinner because it’s all dark and doesn’t have any signs to show open anywhere at least we didn’t see or told about and we had to keep going out in search for dinner

Arabella knocked it out of the park. Their hotel is charming and well kept with daily events that kept it lively. We were pleased with the freshly cooked breakfast each morning and the beautiful dog park for my service dog. They were so friendly about our entire stay, my disability needs, and anything that came up; they are exceeding all expectations. We could not recommend them enough.

The room was spacious and the private balcony overlooking the trailhead was really nice. We did not expect the live entertainment around the fire pits at night. Wonderful. Mole Restaurant was excellent- it was friendly and comfortable and the food was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Only caveat- we would get a 1 st floor room. It was not easy to carry our luggage upstairs. We should have accepted the front desk’s offer of help w the luggage!

Fantastic location and a great property! We enjoyed the nightly entertainment which happened to be right outside of our room in a beautiful patio area with seating and a bar. Stargazing up on the hill was beautiful as well! Great breakfast as well as their onsite restaurant Mole which was delicious. The concierge booked a jeep tour for us upon arrival which was perfect and a great way to see the red rocks of Sedona!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful views from our balcony and many amazing amenities. The hotel had a professional stargazer that guided us through stargazing at night and even had an amazing telescope for us to use! We also saw some wild life in the parking lot at night, which was awesome but be alert!! Super fun!!!

I travel to Sedona at least six times a year, and during my most recent trip, I decided to try Arabella for the first time. I booked the most expensive room available for a 7-night stay, totaling nearly $1,800, expecting a premium experience. Instead, I checked out after just 3 nights. For a top-tier room at this price point, the basic amenities were completely lacking. The room had no microwave, and when I asked the staff, I was told there wasn't a single microwave available anywhere on the property. Furthermore, despite paying for the highest-tier room, my view was non-existent due to the specific room placement. The interior of the room was very dark. The tub wouldn’t even drain properly. Paying premium rates should come with premium comfort and basic modern conveniences. Cutting a week-long trip short because the room didn't meet basic functional standards was incredibly frustrating. I am still hoping management will do the right thing and issue a partial refund for the 4 nights I did not use. This was my first time staying at Arabella, and unfortunately, it will be my last.

The rooms are comfortable, although I did find the walls to be very thin as I felt that the person in the room above mine was going to come stomping through the ceiling at any moment. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Not only was the breakfast actually good, the coffee in my opinion was good too! The room was nice and tidy, property and area was very dog friendly, gorgeous views all around. The hotel is well situated too, you can walk to the main downtown area and tilquepaqui art area too… if you wanted to. The pools were clean with fresh towels out. Definitely want to stay here again! The only downside was the circle K alarm next door went off nightly for us and woke us up. But it’s hardly the hotels fault. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. I wouldn’t recommend Mesa restaurant, it was by far the MOST expensive meal we had our whole trip and we didn’t order full meals even. Just a few sides, a margarita and a chicken salad. Definitely not worth it.

They have a full breakfast - so many options! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The concierge Patricia was so helpful in getting things booked for us and giving us many recommendations. The room we stayed in had a balcony that looked into the red rocks. So beautiful. The property is very easy to access and is central to many area attractions. They had several activities and a place to look at the stars at night. So much to offer! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again 💜

10/10 stay. Was in cottonwood visiting family for Valentine’s Day weekend and decided to go up to Sedona with my toddler for a little staycation. The property was in a good location, parking was easy. So much to do on the property, my son and I enjoyed morning hikes on the trail that takes you to the fireplace that overlooks the town. Room was very spacious, I loved that the shower and toilet were separated from the vanity/sink. Made getting ready in an efficient time super easy without all crammed in 1 bathroom. The patio was super spacious as well and the furniture provided was comfy. I loved that we could walk to circle k for some late night snacks perfect for a hungry toddler. Can’t wait to go back!

Pool was excellent and the hot tub was a nice feature to enjoy.

They don't have elevators so it's something to be aware of. Each building is 2 stories tall.

It really is pretty close to most things but a car is kind of a must when going to Uptown Sedona.

They have coffee and tea in the lobby area and a purified water dispenser to refill your water bottles.

They do have 4 electric vehicle chargers at the end of the parking lot. Tesla owners, you need to have an adapter to use them. To use the charger, you just plug it in and notify the front desk that you need to turn on the charger for your car. It only puts out about 38 amps.

Microwave ovens are available on request.

Overall, it was a good experience.

The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant Mlole is great as well they also ofer workshops with local energy healers. I was able to join one and enjoyed it very much. I booked the room after I saw the website and saw everything it had to offer. It was by no means the cheapest hotel/resort, but it showed a beautiful facility with rooms with great views. The facility has beautiful grounds and consists of several buildings.
Unfortunately we were given a room in the main building that appears to be older. Our rooms view was a parking lot and the room looked more as a regular average hotel room with a dated bathroom. Maybe I got what I paid for,but I think there should have been a better representation on their website of what you get for what you are paying.
In fairness the facility and its grounds are beautiful and the staff is excellent. I just felt I did not get what was advertised when it came to my room. After sharing my concerns with the staff they did change my room and gave me a better view, but the rooms in the main building are a bit dated. The other buildings look much newer and the views are breathtaking. I would just make sure that the room you are booking is not in the main building.
